And to my surprise they were great! The clerk had to call my insurance and figure out all this insurance stuff, which meant long hold times and required a fair amount of patience. I think it was because it was my first visit, my medicine wasn't coming up as covered under my plan and their system. They were nice and very prompt when calling me to update me, every time something changed. They got it all sorted out and I got my prescription and was happy! I will continue to go there.

They are knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely care about their customers. One experience really stood out to me: I needed to refill one of my husband's prescriptions that, with CVS, always required me to chase down his doctor's office before it could be filled. Before I even had a chance to call the doctor, I received a text from Cureall letting me know the prescription was ready for pickup. I was amazed! As a small business owner, I also appreciate supporting another local business that truly values its customers. When my doctor first sent the prescription to my usual Walgreens pharmacy, the immediate response from them was "delayed, out of stock, we've ordered more." I had to call to different Walgreens to hunt down a box, which was an annoying waste of my time. This time, I simply had my doctor send the script to Cureall as they had a box in stock. I paid online through their Nimble Rx app using my HSA card and picked it up yesterday. Easy and fast! Mini, one of the Pharmacists, also gave me advice on an alternative to Azelastine nasal spray. I look forward to using this pharmacy going forward as a better and more personalized option to Walgreens. Plus they are literally a 6 minute drive from where I live.

Poor communication, misinformation, dishonest to insurance and customer about realistic medication…read moredelivery date. Send canned, pasted messages with unclear info and then respond in defense of their errors (versus a "customer is right" stance). Previously have sent me another customer's info via message (HIPAA violation). Have failed to get signatures when delivering expensive meds that I requested to confirm delivery of. Unreliable for use for high-acuity meds for IvF and early pregnancy support. Barely deliver enough meds so constant, frequent refills are needed- really have to keep on top of everything (and them) because you never know when they won't be able to deliver a med on time. Two of my meds are currently unavailable and one is being filled thru another pharmacy/ alto claims it will reimburse but who really knows?? For a concierge level delivery pharmacy, they really under perform.

That being…read moresaid, when I recently had shoulder pain, I went to my local Walgreens and they stated the medicine that I needed wasn't covered under my insurance and that I'd need to pay out of pocket. Did some quick research and realized for those who pay out of pocket for medicine should go to a true local pharmacy because big box pharmacies such as Walgreens can price meds at whatever they choose and let me tell you, in was pricey and this was for a generic med not a brand name. I came to KC Pharmacy and man was I surprised at their courteous/quick service. My cost was maybe 1/5 what walgreens wanted to charge. Secondly, there was no line and I even had a chance to speak to the pharmacist about the medication and it's side affects without feeling rushed. Overall, I had a surprisingly great experience at KC and would recommend them in a heartbeat. They even threw in some cough drops, man they are they best!
