Like many reviewers here, I am a frequent customer of the large chains (CVS, Walgreen's, Rite Aid)…read more I didn't even know this little mom and pop pharmacy was here until my son's pediatrician (across the street, at RAMBLC) mentioned them. My son has been getting sick a lot, from flu season and daycare germs. We visited his pediatrician today because he was wheezing a little and the doctor prescribed him Albuterol with a nebulizer to help him open up his airways a little. The doctor mentioned that Wellness Pharmacy carries nebulizers for ~$30-$40. I popped over, after my son's appointment and the guys at Wellness Pharmacy were able to help me get in and out pretty quickly. The only downside was they didn't have any Albuterol on hand, so I had to go to my local CVS to pick that up (I was very annoyed at the service at CVS, but that's neither here nor there). Once I got everything, one of the guys even helped me carry the nebulizer to my car (I had a baby in my arm and his prescriptions/diaper bag in another). Do you think you would get that kind of service/help from a local CVS? Suffice to say, I'm getting all of my prescriptions here from now on.

I was prescribed a cream for the dark spots on my face and that would not generally be covered by…read moreinsurance. The dermatologist's office suggested this pharmacy because the cream would be a bit more affordable. The pharmacy called as soon as they received the prescription and even though insurance would cover the prescription at a much higher cost, they still checked. The cost would have been close to $300 if I went through insurance but if filled directly with Wellness, it was $90. Communication was smooth, I got regular updates via text, even an option to prepay before gong to pick up the prescription. I went by to pick up my prescription around 3pm on a weekday and there was no line and I was in and out with my cream. I removed one star because of the parking situation - I can never get parking here, I used to go to a RN in the same building and it was always bad. For the number of businesses in the building, there is very limited parking in front. You can go around the back and park in the dirt and walk up or park in the underground parking. Basically, it's a bother. Great service and people!

Jay Patel & his staff at Savco Pharmacy provide exceptional service & great prices. I cannot tell…read moreyou how many times they've gone above & beyond any business to insure my satisfaction and are actually concerned about my health & wellbeing. No chain or health system Pharmacy will or even is able to provide the personalized & empathic service that Jay & his crew happily gives you. I rarely give this kind of review but Savco has earned it's unrivaled position as Santa Clara County's Best Pharmacy (according to this former County Commissioner, of a Santa Clara County Healthcare Planning Commission) with consistently premier service I've been given for over 2.5 decades of my depending on them. And I'm not a simple customer because I take between 13-15 meds a day, have debilitating chronic pain (2 meds), ADHD (2meds), Bipolar Type 1 (4meds), HIV+ (2meds), & minor others along with very frequent med changes. No other pharmacy has actually made my life easier & been pleasant to deal with. They provide many services including having your daily meds put into blister packs for the month, which makes dosing & compliance easier along with saving you time and avoiding frustration. And you can feel good knowing that you're keeping a local family owned business successful instead of supporting some soul-less corporation that doesn't give a dam.

After switching providers, I went through…read morean exhausting gauntlet - calling five different major chains and local independent shops - just trying to find someone who could consistently supply the specific manufacturer of my medication. I was so stressed after getting false hope over the phone from one place, only to be told in person that a steady supply couldn't be guaranteed. When I called, Jay answered promptly and immediately put my mind at ease. He not only confirmed that he could reliably provide my exact brand, but he proactively shared his inventory history for that specific medication to reassure me that I wouldn't face sudden shortages. Within minutes, he efficiently pulled up my insurance and completely took over the transfer process. That massive sense of relief continued right through pick-up. Jay remembered me from our call instantly, had me verify the pills matched exactly what I was expecting, and took the time to answer all my questions about future refills. Navigating medication changes and jumping between multiple pharmacies can be a stressful process for some. After trying nearly half the pharmacies in town, I am so thankful I finally landed here. If you are looking for a reliable pharmacy, go see Jay & his team!

Good improve change success I got taught with these three little words. Survival skills words from an older pal. Her English is improving, she can even move up a position. I have faith in her. Just sacrificing myself by being unemployed so that English learners can well adapt to the community. I like you m am for your improvement in pronouncing English clearly. I look for that word " improve" five star today as for this evening. When I bless someone with word sweet dreams I end up coming back. Sweet dreams m am as for tonight. I'm glad this store is not closed because many other rite aids stores are closed due to bankruptcy. The store always have something I like. The point system is so fair for me for instance $30 will definitely rack up and accumulate for a reward. More quicker than Target circle.

Plenty of parking spaces available in the parking lot. You can feel the lower income class folks and homeless population at times walking around asking for money in front of retail businesses. There are a few small restaurants options too. This Rite Aid location is easy to spot. Store was spacious to look around and pharmacy is operating. Grocery section is not bad. What I really liked was to be able to find the most Thrifty ice creams here with a huge variety of flavors to choose from. You can buy the 1.5 quart size Thrifty ice cream for $5.99 from the refrigerators, or go for over the counter Rite Aid ice cream which is my favorite. $2.79 for my single scoop cherry ice cream. Yes, plenty of mouth watering flavors to choose from. Delicious and special. Felt like a kid again, but it's no longer under $1 for sure. Two or three scoops would be too much for my appetite. Overall, good customer service at the ice cream counter. You have to pay for it at the cashier area in advance before they can serve you their ice cream. Lady was very helpful. Rite Aid had plenty of aisles to browse around for stuff. It felt empty in some aisles because most products are locked up or low in inventory. I still enjoyed my ice cream experience very much on multiple hot summer days, so I would consider revisiting next time. I'm glad that Thrifty ice cream still exists at this Rite Aid. Cheerish while it's still around.
