Worse customer service. Came in because I had ordered an 2 items from the same area. One was the last of it in stock. Went to see if I can pick up my order from customer service cause I'm not from the area. She told me to cancel my order and just pick it up myself. Then the guy at electronics area tried to "look for it" and come back and say we don't have it. That makes no sense. Why did online let me purchase something that isn't available. That makes no f sense. He said it was miscounted. So pretty much you want me to purchase something and then wait for it to be ready and tell me it's not available? 2 little items. This is one location where I don't always leave with a purchase. If the price of a sale item does not appear on the checker, take a photo to show the cashier or person at self-checkout to confirm. They still have food sampling available here, occasionally. I used to shop here before work and have a snack in my car that I purchased there before leaving, but some annoying prick security driver kept stalking me and parked their vehicle near mine in the lot waiting, instead of doing their job. Great location. The parking lot is big, they always seem to have everything I need in stock and the store is clean. The staff who assisted me today were friendly and helpful. The major annoyance from here is regarding the lack of help/staff @ the fitting rooms. You see an elderly lady there one minute and then the next she's gone. I stood around waiting for someone to double back and assist but that never happened. When I finally decided to walk around and find help on my own, I am informed that the fitting rooms would essentially be closed anyhow. WTF??? As much as I love Target, this location seems to either gotten rid of shopping carts or they have disappeared. They did not have carts available in the store and the parking lot didn't have any as well; and the shopping baskets weren't even available as well. The setup for Valentine's day was well stocked. There were many different Valentine's day goodies. I love shopping at Target, especially after Halloween when they have amazing deals. I always scan the items to make sure they are really discounted. I got some stuff for 90% off! This store is not the best though. The front part is messy and crowded, but it gets better as you go further in. The weirdest thing I saw was that they had locked up the men's clothing, but not the alcohol. That makes no sense to me. Why would anyone steal a shirt or a pair of socks? They will even go as far as to store bible's for the homeless community behind their front counter and this is something that I truly respect about the team at Target... The lack of quality children's clothing is bizarre and concerning, I needed little boy's clothing for a gift and it was extremely limited. Waited 25 minutes (and still waiting) for the cabinet to be unlocked as target employees walked by and watched me waiting. I'm not one to even write reviews but seriously...it's frustrating. I knew only certain people have keys so I made my way to the front and asked the cashier if she can help me out. She radioed the employees and yet after another 15 minutes of waiting no one came. I'm just trying to get a toy for my cousin...A TOY! It's ridiculous to even lock things up if no one is even going to open it for you. Very disappointed in this Target. Came here on a Monday afternoon and I was surprised by how much people there were. Every single check-out counter had a huge line and social distancing measures did not seem to be in place. Also the bathrooms were very disgusting. There was a lot of water and toilet paper on the floor and didn't seem like it was cleaned in a really long time which is very unsanitary especially during this time. I think especially being a trustworthy place where people who traveled far can have their needs addressed, there needs to be more sanitary measures in the store. read more

Please train your employees to FOLLOW GUIDELINES :) I came in to grab a couple essential things since I was near by. I tried letting a employee, CARMEN (older, shorter women with grey/white hair), know that the sale did not apply. I personally didn't mind it because it's only a couple dollars but I just wanted to let them know the sign in front of the item DOES NOT reflect what's showing up in the system. She tried to break down the math for me that; $3.33 + $3.33 + $3.33 = $9.99 $9.99 + .45 + .45 + .45 = $10 ??? Never mind that BUT she was leaning in VERY CLOSE.. I felt extremely uncomfortable as she tried to correct me with her slow comprehension skills and leaning closer and closer to me.. She most definitely did not handle this situation professionally. I have always been a big fan of Target. this location has wonderful customer service, good inventory and plenty of parking. there are always wipes carts and baskets at your service. prices are wonderful and the quality is wonderful. this location in particular happens to be about a 10 minute drive from me and it's convenient because it's located near other places where I run my errands. 10/10 recommend. read more

I thought it was completely necessary to leave a review because I've been going to the store for quite some time. 5 stars all the way! I go most frequently for Starbucks as it's close by. The barista's are always friendly the manager Miriam is just amazing. She's always smiling she makes conversation, she's friendly, she's informative about all the new Starbucks merchandise and is very welcoming to each customer. Even when it gets really busy she stays completely calm and handles every customer the same. Her smile will make you smile! If you wanna pick-me up, grab a coffee from them and enjoy a Smile and do some roaming around the store if you have time! Target has never been known for its speedy customer service, especially on weekends. Coleman Ave Target has done a few things to improve this. Self check out is 10 items or less, and there are 3 x the cashiers working on registers. Even though this target is literally 3 corners from my home, I drove to Santa Clara for months, because their store was clean in front, and the employees were attentive. Today there was an exceptional young man named Sage who was working in the return area. He was kind, very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was curious why I didn't receive my $10.00 off of health and beauty products. I spent more than $40 on them. Apparently there are only certain health and beauty items that count towards the $40, and out of 14,347 items that count, some of the things I purchased did not. Can you believe Kleenex doesn't count? Not the ones I bought, whatever Ugh, it was a process to say the least to figure out. I'm pretty sure Sage knew what the issue was, but he showed me, item by item, in order to help me understand. He was very patient and kept a smile on his face throughout. I love Target and have been a customer since it opened on Hillside Ave more than 30 years ago. **** PET OWNERS: THIS LOCATION IS NOT A PETS FRIENDLY TARGET*** I've been going to all Target locations nearby so far this is the only pet-discrimination location. Brought my puppy in-store today. I usually have him stay on the cart and wipe it off before I leave but they said no dogs are allowed on the cart. Well, I had been going to other targets with no problem with that, I rather have my puppy stay on the cart than have him run around the store or be unconscious if being left in the car this is the 2nd time I have been denying service due to having my puppy with me at this location.
