Zaina was extremely helpful. She asked questions about firmness, configuration, fabric etc and we narrowed down the couch fairly fast. If I would have gone in by myself without help I would have been overwhelmed. Zaina made it seamless. She also reconfirmed my choices throughout the ordering process just to make sure everything was correct. Also I had multiple sales people come by and compliment me on various things. I don't know if that's something management asks the employees to do, but their compliments sounded sincere and every person I interacted with was super friendly. The delivery person tried to tell me that it was OK that the ladder had chips and I proceeded to let him know it was not OK and I took pictures of it so that I could send it to the store themselves. Once he saw me do this then he took the ladder down and he took it back to the warehouse to fix it. I had not heard from anyone for three weeks. I finally called the furniture store to ask them where my latter was, and they immediately they immediately delivered it within 48 hours. The king size bed however, was not nearly prompt. The bed was estimated to arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. I called them nine weeks after I purchased the bed that cost me a lot of money and I was told that they had tried to get in contact with me. I had never received any missed calls or any voicemail from the furniture store. Then once I did call them and follow up the bed was delivered to me within a week but it was missing the four drawers that were at the bottom. The delivery folks had attempted to call me but hung up after one ring and left my apartment when I did not open the door. Finally, I received the drawers two weeks after the bed and even then did not receive the phone call that was promised to me on what time they were delivered the drawers. The drawers were left outside of my door and I found them when I came outside. I found the service to be very poor. The follow up on the side of the furniture store was very slow, and I had to follow up many times in order to actually receive my furniture. I would not purchase from the store.

Came back a few days later with my mom since she was the one buying it for me. (Merry Couchmas). The particular couch I was interested in on display there, was in orange. He said it was fully customizable for color, fabric, pillow pattern, and which side the chaise was on. They had probably over 200 different fabrics to choose from, all there with samples you could see and feel. I opted for a beautiful green with a peacock type pattern for the extra pillows, and the chaise flipped to the right side. He was transparent about the estimated lead time up front. We triple checked all the changes I wanted and it was just so simple from start to finish. You know how when you're shopping for a car and the salespeople try to follow you around and upsell you and are just overbearing? This place was not like that. Never buy from Ashley furniture home store, just come here instead. Since my mom has a truck we opted for pick up when it was finally ready at the warehouse. When they called to say it was ready, (which ended up being 1-2 weeks quicker than anticipated, woohoo!) I was so eager to see it, they let me come back in the store to see it in person. Because it was wrapped up so well in protective film and foam, it was hard to see. Then they actually offered to deliver it which made everything so nice and easy. Ebi was also great at checking in with me throughout the process. Just great communication all around. The driver came the following day and brought it in to my apartment. I made sure we tipped him well. My friend and I unwrapped the couch and set it up. It was so perfect and beyond my wildest dreams. I LOVE THIS COUCH. It's now been almost 10 months of using it daily. I think I have slept on it more than my actual bed because it's so comfortable and such great quality. It does not creak or wobble. It came fully assembled just in 2 sectional pieces since it's huge. It was wrapped so well and absolutely zero damage. Clearly amazing quality and great prices. This couch was worth every penny.
