This store is located across the street from PayPal park and SJC. Huge parking lot with plenty of parking. I came in to check this place out since we recently purchased a new couch and wanted some new decor. This place has A LOT of stuff.... And I mean A LOT of stuff. To me, it was super overwhelming. They have never-ending aisles of throw pillows, bedding, bathroom accessories, wall art, faux florals, rugs, outdoor decor, pots, and furniture. It's a great place when you want something specific- color, shape, size etc. However, it was not for me. First off, it's too much. When you have 500 choices in a blue throw pillow, it's very hard to choose. Also, quality is eh! Things looked good from a distance, but felt pretty cheap. Prices are reasonable, so if you need a specific color, etc this is probably a good place to come.

Nice big store. I liked their selection of artwork, mirrors, clocks and vases. There was a wide variety and pricing seemed reasonable. Its not like a luxury store but good for basic decor and home stuff.

I mean, the cutest paintings are available!!

Oh this place has anything and everything that you need! From bathroom to decor to bedroom decor to floor mats to a huge selection of posters and canvas prints, this place is definitely the place to check out if you need ANYTHING for your home. Is it overwhelming? Yes. Are there options? TONS! Located in a shopping center with a big parking lot, I never have issues looking for parking and I know that I can go in and go right out after I find what I need. The challenging part though is to come out of there ONLY with what you need! I do love their holiday decor selection. They definitely anticipate the next two holidays ahead though it seems, at any given time, so take caution - again, it can be overwhelming! Not so sure about the quality of most of the items, but again, because these items are mass produced, that is something to keep in mind, if you are looking for something of ritzy quality. The checkout process always goes pretty fast and there are tons of registers, which makes for a quick checkout process. They also have a frequent shopper program too, so be sure to sign up for that as well!

IMHO This place is HUGE!!!! It's a gigantic home decor store that took over the old Lowe's location. It is bright, well-organized, and I'll say it again...MASSIVE!!! If what you're looking for has anything to do with your home, you're likely to find it here. I just didn't have enough time or energy to look... You could literally spend hours here looking around. I wasn't looking for anything special, just checking the place out. I do like garden decor and they have plenty of items from whimsical statuary to colorful whirligigs and gazing balls to pottery of all shapes, colors and sizes. Price-wise, they're just "okay". Even their clearance items and prices weren't all that impressive. However I did find some things that piqued my interest and I'm pretty sure I'll go back again.

This is a mega Home store with a HUGE selection and inventory on the floor! First time shopping here and was overwhelmed with the store size and selection. Prices are very reasonable. It's not top notch quality for the large furniture pieces but that would be expected. However, there is a good selection of staple pieces (e.g. accent tables, benches, dining chairs, etc...) with the inventory out on the floor so customers know what's available right away to take away and don't have to deal with delivery services if pieces can be self transported. Lots of rug selection and sizes! Vases, lamps, wall art galore! Abundant parking, convenient location, and helpful, friendly staff working this evening.

My issue has been the attitude of the one specific person who was working each time I went. Pushy as heck every time, following me around and talking at my back as I look at products- if I wasn't in need of gifts I would've walked out immediately. I don't need to be hounded as I shop. Couldn't answer simple questions based on what she tried to explain to me: Me looking at a resin platter. Salesgirl: it's so pretty isn't it? Me: it is but it is uneven when laid flat and the handles are different on each side. Her: Oh it can be "warmed up and flattened so it isn't uneven" if u "leave it in the car" Me: umm huh? Her as she quickly walks away: yeah or heat it up in the oven and like press down on it on the countertop. Me: Ok so what temp can it be safely heated to? Her from behind the cash wrap: just heat it idk. So do you want it or not? Me: no thanks for that price ($200) I would want to know what "heated" means. Sounds like it isn't very possible to make it lay flat without knowing the specifics. Her: well then don't buy it. Me: yeah i definitely won't. I expected a nice reply like "Oh let me check with the Maker and get back to you" or "sorry I don't exactly know what i'm saying but our return policy is.. and here is how to contact the Maker." Still bought about $300+ of products on that visit but wrote this review in my head before leaving as she shot me eye daggers as she rang us up. Won't be in again if she is working. Or maybe ever...made it all very suspect.

I came in tonight to check out sectionals in person…read more After seeking a sectional to replace our family couch (which, is breaking down after three years! what a bummer), we decided to test out couches in person. Our last couch was purchased online and we followed reviews who had solid feedback, but no long term feedback. The couch was awesome upon first opening and using, but as the years went by the springs and cushions couldn't hold up as well. The couch has lost its shape and feels uncomfortable. This background story prompted me to seek West Elm for a better option. I know West Elm provides quality and durability. The last couch we had was a nameless brand and that red flag had me investing time in researching our next couch. West Elm's contract grade third party approval is something that I've admired and appreciate. Knowing that something can withstand high impact and volume is important especially when you have a busy life or entertain guests often. This was important to us. I've found and loved multiples of their couches online, but sitting in them in person made the biggest difference. I learned which couch was better for us (Dalton 2 piece) and the color that would fit with our room. We were helped by an associate who approached us and helped guide us in the process of choosing a fabric and material. I didn't catch his name, nor was he wearing a name tag, but he provided us swatches to feel and see before determining the final order. Him bringing out the swatches had a huge influence on our choices. He showed us a material that would withstand scratches (we have cats), and would also age well with future use down the line. Having a piece that would grow and adapt with our lifestyle meant a lot to us and the process in finding the next best couch. What I had appreciated was how attentive he was and how he helped us choose everything in store and printed out the order in case we were interested in pursuing it further. Ultimately, we ended up leaving with the order number and the specs for the couch. We decided once we had come home that that was the couch for us and we will be following up to place an order. It was a game changer trying out the couches in person since there were many lovely pieces and I would have otherwise overlooked the couch we ended up loving online. In the end, envisioning our home setting and layout was made a lot easier in store. I appreciated the stellar customer service, along with getting a quote for the sectional we're going to purchase. There is so much to see and appreciate in store, we will definitely return to purchase other delightful pieces in the future.
