Days before Christmas we dropped in at Mancini's Milpitas to familiarize ourselves and try out different mattresses. We were assisted by Vanessa, the store manager. She did an outstanding job introducing different mattresses without any sales pressure. With her assistance we were able to zero in on two different manufactures and mattresses, but decided not to do an immediate purchase - we wanted to come back to do a second evaluation to see if the two choices were still our preferred choice. We returned a few days after Christmas. We went to try out the two mattresses we had previously zeroed in on. To our surprise we did not experience a great difference over our existing mattress, but stumbled upon adjustable platforms. We were assisted by Vanessa and once again, she did an outstanding job and not an ounce of sales pressure. She listen to our concerns, patiently answered our many new questions, showed us different platforms and explained the features and differences, and then was able to guide us into a top Mancini adjustable base (Ergomotion Washington) at a great price. We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Vanessa and would highly recommend her, and the Milpitas store, to friends and family. Last evening we were contacted by Mancini's delivery department advising us on the delivery time window, and the team showed up this afternoon ahead of the scheduled time - awesome! The delivery crew was polite and very professional. They got the adjustable base set up in under 1 hour, took away all the boxes and wrapping. I've never been to an actual bed/furniture store before and my first time shopping for a bed was great! I went at a perfect time where there maybe 1-3 customers looking around while I was helped by Vanessa. She also helped them as I looked around. She was very knowledgable and very welcoming. I was going for the Avocado Brand bed but I was kind of on a price limit. She showed me alternative beds that served the same purpose but in the end I went with the Avocado Brand bed. She offered me to test the beds that were similar to the Avocado Brand which were similar and lower price wise, I was looking for a Twin XL and she showed me some to see how big they were. Perfect size for my situation. I ended up getting the bed, pillow, mattress protector and sheets. She didn't try to up sale me at all. I asked about them. Everything went smooth and I got a confirmation a few hours later that my bed will be arriving tomorrow. Will definitely come back here if I need a new bed and will refer people. Great place but after my friend exchanging a too firm mattress it was still too firm and they insisted on giving the mattress time to break in. A year later still to hard and she couldn't exchange and had to give away a $2000 mattress she couldn't sleep on. Need better exchange policy rather than wait to "break in" nonsense read more

He said it was brought to his attention that the wording of the terms "full refund" is not a full refund if it is minus the service charges and that adjustments are being worked on to make it more clear to customers regarding placement and wording of the terms for the 120 night comfort guarantee. I appreciate knowing that changes will be made to make the terms and conditions more straight forward regarding the fees. Some fees are standard, but clarity goes a long way to maintain trust. Clear disclosure only benefits both the customer and store employees. Mancini's has also refunded all the extra service fees which demonstrates that they've hired a district manager who listens to customers and the company was open to the feedback they've received and is working on improvements based on the feedback. read more

On November 12, 2023, we bought an Aireloom Pacific Bay Orion king-size mattress along with an adjustable base and a complete wooden bed frame set that included a headboard, footboard, and side panels. The salesperson Burney McCarthy was so helpful since we were not sure what we wanted to buy...it had been 10 years since our last purchase of a bed. He showed us several models, explained in detail the differences in each model, and then stood back and let us try out the beds. He was not a pushy salesperson. When it came time for our delivery Oscar, Polo, and Noay were very professional, friendly, and careful when carrying everything upstairs. A week later we decided to go back and purchase two night-stands and two lamps. We had the same experience as before when we bought our bed and were very happy with how salesperson David Morales treated us as well.
