Shopping for a mattress can be very confusing and expensive these days. Based on various reviews, including those from Consumer Report, I decided on a Casper mattress. I went with my wife to the Casper store on Santana Row. We were helped by Elizabeth who knew her stuff and was very patient and helpful in explaining the various mattresses they had available. In the end, we selected the Casper Snow and we're very happy with it. read more

Went to all the mattress places in Santana Row / Valley Fair and by far the Casper team provided the best customer experience! I was also able to find the perfect pillow (one plush down and one super cooling). Thanks! #FPM read more

Tony is awesome here, wandering in and got our bamboo sheet set on sales, such a good deal. We came back to buy the second set and pillow too. Located right across Vintage Wine Bar and next to Dumpling Time on Santana Row! Need anything at all, ask for Tony! read more

I purchased a hybrid pillow about a month ago, and it's been great--no more neck pain and I've been sleeping comfortably every night. The sales associate, Sam, was super helpful and knowledgeable. He really went above and beyond helping me in the store and I left with the perfect pillow. The pillows are pricey, but I think it's worth it especially when they have sales. read more

I've been eyeing a few options for a mattress. I walked into the Casper store and Sam greeted me with a smile and was super helpful. He answered all my questions and gave me the pro/cons of each option. Needless to say, I'm walking away a happy costumer. read more

Great service by store manager Tony! My boyfriend and I walked in with a good idea of what we wanted in a mattress, and Tony helped us try out options that would fit our needs. We ordered the queen Wave Hybrid + a mattress protector. Delivery was super fast and easy and we've been sleeping on it for a week now. Took a few days to get used to, but it feels amazing now! read more

Shoutout to the manager Tony for helping us find our dream max-tress! ;) He was knowledgeable, listened to what my fiancé and I wanted, and gave us recommendations based on our sleeping preferences. Sometimes when salespeople try to get you to buy something, you can tell that they are just trying to sell you the most expensive product. However, it didn't feel that way with Tony. He was personable, patient, and even wheeled out our new mattress to our car. Appreciate the great customer service, thank you, Tony! read more

We've had our Casper matress for over 8 years now and still very content with it which prompted us to recommend it to my mom. Sam was super helpful in helping my mom decide which mattress to purchase. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here to purchase your next mattress! read more

I had such a positive experience buying a mattress + some extras here! I went in pretty set on a purple mattress, but after trying out a few of the Casper beds and *especially* because of the attentiveness of their staff, I changed my mind and ended up purchasing The Casper, and their pillows and sheets on the spot. I've been to a number of mattress stores this week, and the customer service here was 10x better than every other store I stopped in. The staff is so great and they really go above and beyond in helping you pick a mattress. You also don't feel rushed at all...I probably could have fallen asleep in their showroom because it was so peaceful LOL. They even loaded my car after my purchase which was sooo nice of them. With all the extras I selected and the bundling discount, I still spent less than I would have on the purple mattress alone. I highly recommend stopping by! read more

Casper at Santana Row is a great store. I've used a Casper mattress for 3 years and, upon moving to California, chose to buy another. Instead of ordering online, I visited Casper at Santana Row to pick up one in stock. Tony is friendly and efficient, which is a rare and ideal combination. Tony made my entire shopping journey, from making the purchase to dealing with logistical problems, feel pleasant, while wasting no time. When I need anything else for my bedroom, I will return to Casper at Santana Row so that I can have Tony looking out for my best interest as his customer. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unable to schedule delivery date. Unable to modify delivery date. Customer service agents lie. Bought a mattress on Memorial Day with a great sale price. Tried to schedule delivery for about one month after purchase. First rep makes the delivery date sound like no problem. I check in closer to the planned date and they say it isn't schedule until a week after said planned date. This means we have no bed in our new home and all had to sleep on the floor including my 6 month old baby. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. GO TO MANCINIS INSTEAD. I thought that given the price of the mattress they would at least deliver it directly into bedroom... NOPE. we got doorstep drop off a week late. Summary: Don't let the nice appearance of the storefront fool you. This place doesn't care about customers at allllll read more

We had a great experience at this store. I'm a light sleeper and was looking for a mattress that is both cooling and has isolation separation. Sam was super helpful in walking us through the options given our concerns without any pressure so we have time to think through. We found the perfect mattress that met our needs. I definitely recommend asking for Sam when you visit the store. read more

Sam has been super patient and helpful finding me the mattress. I got to try a few in store and decided to go with the Snow Max!

Sam is the man! Sold me on the hybrid snow pillow with cooling technology. Felt so nice and cooling to the touch. Can't wait to sleep on it

Tony, the store manager, and Dino, the sleep specialist, provided excellent and full customer service. They answered all my questions openly and transparently providing me with the knowledge I need to make the right purchase for me. Will be recommending friends and family to go to this store and seek them out for great and full customer service. 10/10 customer service so far I was debating between the Casper original and the Casper original hybrid and decided to try the Casper original hybrid. I love that there are free exchanges if it does not work out and how responsive and attentive Tony and Dino have been in following up so far to ensure I'm satisfied with my purchase. Will update later about my experience with customer exchange services if I end up needing them! read more

I'm sure we can all agree shopping for a new mattress can be stressful. If you're planning to make a mattress upgrade, check out Casper in Santana Row. Huge shout out to the store manager, Tony!! Thomas is the most helpful, genuine, nice employee/person I've interacted with as a customer. He went above and beyond to help me get the product I'm looking for, was so thoughtful and provided really good insight into how to pick between different sizes and colors; was so patient and overall made it a wonderful interaction. He called other stores for me and followed up as promised to help me get the specific item I was looking for. Thanks Thomas for taking the time and being such a fantastic human. Your kindness and effort is so appreciated To Tony who seems to be the manager based on other reviews or whoever is manager- I hope Thomas gets all the raises, promotions, and bonuses for being an amazing employee & doing so much for the customers! read more

I want to specifically write this review for Tony at Casper Santana Row. The service provided to me over two visit was nothing short of amazing. I did not buy the most expensive mattress, but Tony made me feel like I bought the right one for me. No pressure just lots of attentive service. I was afraid a king wouldn't fit in my new bedroom, and by using my floor plan dimensions, Tony helped me get the best size for my space. I was down the street and the other guys told me to get a king it will fit without even knowing my space limitations!!? - ughhh. I also got a hybrid pillow and some sheets that were 50% off!!! So many wows. Im thankful for all your help. Everyone at that Casper store were nice and always smiling. Please visit them. And ask for Tony! You wont regret it. Original Hybrid Queen. Hybrid pillow. My girlfriend & I had already been to this Casper to get a quote for a mattress. Already I was impressed because at no point did me or my girlfriend feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. They greeted us with open arms on multiple visits. Today we finally purchased our mattress along with some other products during Black Friday. And to our surprise the man who helped us out was actually the manger of the store his name was Tony. He was polite, friendly, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable on all his products. If I could rate this experience more than 5 stars I would. Most definitely will be back whenever we are in town. Thanks Tony for the house warming gift! read more

I wanted to buy a mattress and bed frame. I called this store when they opened and it went to voicemail. I called them numerous additional times and still went to voicemail. So I drove to the store and there were two associates working. One was on the phone and the other was sitting around. It turned out that they didn't have either of the items that I wanted in stock so I whined to the associate that if she had answered the phone then I wouldn't have spent 45 minutes (round trip) driving to the store. And before I departed to drive to the store, I chatted with a Casper agent on the Casper website who advised that they had no access to individual store inventory. Not a good experience all around. I have bought products from this company numerous times and the experience is getting worse over time. :-( read more

Shopping during the Holidays could be VERY STRESSFUL, but shopping here at Casper made my life so much easier and less chaotic! I arrived on a Thursday but unfortunately didn't make it in time before they closed. I came the next morning and I told them that I was really sad I wasn't able to get the present on time especially traveling from 40 miles away. Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted by Tony and Aryia. I don't know why, but I felt like I was at home. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout my time here. I was stressed out looking for a last minute white elephant gift and they helped me pick the right pillow that is accommodating to everybody. They noticed that there was a slight price increase overnight, and granted me the discount that already had ended. I never had experience such great customer service and they even gave me a free travel sanitation kit. I didn't ask for ANY of this! :') Thank you both for working during the holidays. Your guys hard work doesn't go unnoticed! I wish I was able to give them a hug but I can tell you, i left SUPER happy. 5/5 highly recommend. Some feedback: I have a Casper pillow myself, and I absolutely love it. I tried numerous of a high end pillows like the purple pillow and nothing compares to the Casper pillow. I no longer have neck pain and able to sleep throughout the night without tossing and turning and trying to find the right position for my neck. I have the low profile pillow and it hugs me so nice without getting flat throughout the night. This is your sign to get one! :) read more

I was starting to develop back problems from my old mattress. With a lot of research, we decided to check out Casper. The store is very organized which makes it super easy to shop. I enjoyed being able to try and feel the different mattresses they had to offer. My husband and I were in between the original and the wave hybrid. Tony was able to give us information on both products which ultimately led us to buying the original. He was very informative, open to all our questions, and even helped us load the mattress in our car. It's hard to come across good customer service nowadays. Tony def exceeded our expectations. Thanks for making our experience so easy awesome. read more

Came just to look around. Sam was really helpful in deciding which mattress fits us best. Great service and very friendly

My girlfriend and I were mattress shopping when we walked into the casper store and were met with Sam's kind welcome. He was attentive and pointed us to the mattresses that would suit our needs. He allowed us to lay on the mattresses without hovering over. I would recommend Sam for any of your mattress shopping needs. Sam was so helpful. We ordered the original Casper pillow all thanks to his help. My girlfriend loves the pillow! Disappointing.. read more

Terrible customer service. Customer service over the phone was way more helpful than the people here at this store.... over a silly pillow return, they told me they couldn't do it in the store because I had initiated the return online. They told me they couldn't cancel the online return in the store, so I had to call customer service to do that. So I called while I was there (and the CS rep on the phone told me they could've just done this in the store...), then as soon as I get off the phone, they tell me that it'll take at least an hour to process the cancellation so to just leave the pillow there (with no receipt or confirmation of a return) and they'd process it in an hour and call/email me when it was done. Honestly, they acted like they just didn't want to lift a finger to help me... didn't even look up my order. Well I leave the store... 4 hours go by and no call, no email. I call back, they tell me the manager is out on a break, and that they would process it as soon as the manager was back and give me a call. Another hour later.... nothing.... so I decided to just call customer service and they were able to process the refund for me right away. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS STORE. Casper, you should take a look at the staffing at this store because it is extra questionable. All over a silly pillow. read more

Customer service was awesome! Dino, Tony and Angela were super kind and made our purchase of the traditional hybrid mattress a breeze. Pickup from the store was easy and Casper picks up your old mattress for free. They even have a guarantee that if you don't like the product they'll pick it up for free and donate it to charity. 100 % recommend. read more
