I had such a positive experience buying a mattress + some extras here! I went in pretty set on a purple mattress, but after trying out a few of the Casper beds and *especially* because of the attentiveness of their staff, I changed my mind and ended up purchasing The Casper, and their pillows and sheets on the spot. I've been to a number of mattress stores this week, and the customer service here was 10x better than every other store I stopped in. The staff is so great and they really go above and beyond in helping you pick a mattress. You also don't feel rushed at all...I probably could have fallen asleep in their showroom because it was so peaceful LOL. They even loaded my car after my purchase which was sooo nice of them. Instead of ordering online, I visited Casper at Santana Row to pick up one in stock. Tony is friendly and efficient, which is a rare and ideal combination. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Unable to schedule delivery date. Unable to modify delivery date. Customer service agents lie. Bought a mattress on Memorial Day with a great sale price. Tried to schedule delivery for about one month after purchase. First rep makes the delivery date sound like no problem. I check in closer to the planned date and they say it isn't schedule until a week after said planned date. This means we have no bed in our new home and all had to sleep on the floor including my 6 month old baby. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. GO TO MANCINIS INSTEAD. I thought that given the price of the mattress they would at least deliver it directly into bedroom... NOPE. we got doorstep drop off a week late. I did not buy the most expensive mattress, but Tony made me feel like I bought the right one for me. No pressure just lots of attentive service. I was afraid a king wouldn't fit in my new bedroom, and by using my floor plan dimensions, Tony helped me get the best size for my space. I was down the street and the other guys told me to get a king it will fit without even knowing my space limitations!!? - ughhh. I also got a hybrid pillow and some sheets that were 50% off!!! My girlfriend & I had already been to this Casper to get a quote for a mattress. Already I was impressed because at no point did me or my girlfriend feel pressured or rushed to buy anything. They greeted us with open arms on multiple visits. Today we finally purchased our mattress along with some other products during Black Friday. I wanted to buy a mattress and bed frame. I called this store when they opened and it went to voicemail. I called them numerous additional times and still went to voicemail. So I drove to the store and there were two associates working. One was on the phone and the other was sitting around. It turned out that they didn't have either of the items that I wanted in stock so I whined to the associate that if she had answered the phone then I wouldn't have spent 45 minutes (round trip) driving to the store. And before I departed to drive to the store, I chatted with a Casper agent on the Casper website who advised that they had no access to individual store inventory. Not a good experience all around. I have bought products from this company numerous times and the experience is getting worse over time. :-( read more

I was starting to develop back problems from my old mattress. With a lot of research, we decided to check out Casper. The store is very organized which makes it super easy to shop. I enjoyed being able to try and feel the different mattresses they had to offer. My husband and I were in between the original and the wave hybrid. Tony was able to give us information on both products which ultimately led us to buying the original. He was very informative, open to all our questions, and even helped us load the mattress in our car. It's hard to come across good customer service nowadays. Tony def exceeded our expectations. Shopping during the Holidays could be VERY STRESSFUL, but shopping here at Casper made my life so much easier and less chaotic! I arrived on a Thursday but unfortunately didn't make it in time before they closed. I came the next morning and I told them that I was really sad I wasn't able to get the present on time especially traveling from 40 miles away. Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted by Tony and Aryia. I don't know why, but I felt like I was at home. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout my time here. I was stressed out looking for a last minute white elephant gift and they helped me pick the right pillow that is accommodating to everybody. They noticed that there was a slight price increase overnight, and granted me the discount that already had ended. I never had experience such great customer service and they even gave me a free travel sanitation kit. I didn't ask for ANY of this! :') Thank you both for working during the holidays. Your guys hard work doesn't go unnoticed! I wish I was able to give them a hug but I can tell you, i left SUPER happy. 5/5 highly recommend. Some feedback: I have a Casper pillow myself, and I absolutely love it. I tried numerous of a high end pillows like the purple pillow and nothing compares to the Casper pillow. I no longer have neck pain and able to sleep throughout the night without tossing and turning and trying to find the right position for my neck. Terrible customer service. Customer service over the phone was way more helpful than the people here at this store.... over a silly pillow return, they told me they couldn't do it in the store because I had initiated the return online. They told me they couldn't cancel the online return in the store, so I had to call customer service to do that. So I called while I was there (and the CS rep on the phone told me they could've just done this in the store...), then as soon as I get off the phone, they tell me that it'll take at least an hour to process the cancellation so to just leave the pillow there (with no receipt or confirmation of a return) and they'd process it in an hour and call/email me when it was done. Honestly, they acted like they just didn't want to lift a finger to help me... didn't even look up my order. Well I leave the store... 4 hours go by and no call, no email. I call back, they tell me the manager is out on a break, and that they would process it as soon as the manager was back and give me a call. Another hour later.... nothing.... so I decided to just call customer service and they were able to process the refund for me right away. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS STORE. Even though we didn't come to a price at the time, Sameer was extremely professional, and said he would reach out the next time there is a good sale.
