And I'm not a simple customer because I take between 13-15 meds a day, have debilitating chronic pain (2 meds), ADHD (2meds), Bipolar Type 1 (4meds), HIV+ (2meds), & minor others along with very frequent med changes. No other pharmacy has actually made my life easier & been pleasant to deal with. Cate was not only able to secure a month's worth of my medication, but found a way to fill a 3 months supply. Her attention to details like confirming my contact information was very reassuring. She kept in constant contact with me and immediately both texted and called me when it was ready for pick up. The friendliness and service she offered was amazing. When my doctor first sent the prescription to my usual Walgreens pharmacy, the immediate response from them was "delayed, out of stock, we've ordered more." I had to call to different Walgreens to hunt down a box, which was an annoying waste of my time. This time, I simply had my doctor send the script to Cureall as they had a box in stock. I paid online through their Nimble Rx app using my HSA card and picked it up yesterday. Easy and fast! Mini, one of the Pharmacists, also gave me advice on an alternative to Azelastine nasal spray. I look forward to using this pharmacy going forward as a better and more personalized option to Walgreens. Plus they are literally a 6 minute drive from where I live.

Wow! I was blown away today by service at Kaiser Campbell Pharmacy. I called to get a prescription…read morethat was delayed due to power outage last week and not optimistic I'd be able to get it before I travel overseas in two days. Richard took my call and said he'd do his best to get it by Thursday, which is all the info he could provide. I know that the medication takes a minimum of 3 days to arrive at the pharmacy after being ordered and often up to a week. He called me back about 20 minutes later saying he found the medication and I could come pick it up right then. Incredible! Richard is a superstar hero. I got to the pharmacy an hour later and -- no surprise -- there's a line of over 10 people waiting to pick up. But, instead of the usual one person very slowly helping customers, there were three staff members fulfilling prescriptions so the line moved very fast. This is a huge change from the past couple years where the same selection of slow unhelpful staff take their time helping customers and the lines at Campbell pharmacy moved very slowly. I don't know what happened but this change is very welcome and much appreciated.

Walgreens didn't have the medication in stock and recommended Valley care pharmacy. I called them and they actually had the medication in stock. I gave them my information and my Dr. sent them a new prescription. I called to see when I could pick it up. The pharmacist told me the cost would be $10. I've met my out of pocket max, so all my meds should have a zero copay. I told her this but she said since the medication was hard for them to get, it would be $10. I thought that was strange and didn't sound right. I called my insurance and explained the situation. It is a violation for any pharmacy to up charge on a persons copay, which was exactly what was happening here. While on hold with my insurance, the agent I was speaking to called the pharmacy to let them know I should have no cost other than my copay, which was zero. My insurance agent said if I go in there to pick up the medication and they still want to charge me the $10, I should immediately call them back and they will handle it. I went in to pick up my prescription this morning and the price was adjusted back to a zero copay. The pharmacist acted as if nothing had happened. She was very nice to me and answered my questions regarding the prescription. I was just really disappointed that they were trying to take advantage of me, when I spoke to them over the phone. Please be aware that pharmacies cannot charge you an additional fee other than what your copay is. This is a violation with their contract with insurance companies. Call your insurance provider before picking up your medication to make sure you are only paying for your actual copay.
