The most incompetent, lazy, customer hating group of idiots ever assembled in a Pharmacy. They don't answer the phone and, if you go down there they will likely give you the wrong order or say they have no perscription. Their so called Text service, where they are supposed to text you when your order is available is almost never used. I assume it's because these lazy idiots don't support it. It is absolutely unbelievable that a big company like Walgreens puts up with this nonsense. read more

Horrible service at the pharmacy. My doctor sent and urgent prescription. The pharmacy sent me at text that they received. A couple hours later they said they 'filled it' and we'll let you know when it's ready. Was if filled or not? Apparently filled doesn't mean filled. Over 4 hours later and it's still not ready. I need to find a real pharmacy. read more

Walgreens - But is it? - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Los Gatos, California

I've only been at this particular, Walgreens to pick up different prescriptions and this particular day I was pressed on time. I really like how clean this particular Walgreens is, and there's usually not too many people inside, but this particular day, the whole plaza was filled! Lol, no one was actually inside Walgreens except for the workers and the three people in line ahead of me at the pharmacy! Lol so I have no idea where all those cars/people were from the cars parked out in front! Anyways, I was able to get my two vaccines, since I'll be traveling soon yet one of them I was able to get maybe 20+ years earlier than had anticipated due to a personal health issue that I'm pretty sure is on my health chart and yet the pharmacist at this particular location asked me how and why I was allowed to get that particular vaccine. I told her it should be on my chart and if my doctors Prescribing the vaccine for me. I believed I was supposed to get it and follow my doctors orders. She pressed me and asked me again what my health concerns were. I didn't feel very comfortable stating it out loud what my personal health restrictions are, especially since there's glass in front of everyone and I would be yelling into it while everybody could hear me. What about HIPAA?! Anyways! I was able to get the two vaccines I needed, but I will give them only three stars because of the awkward double questioning my doctors orders of a vaccine, and then the fact there were only three people in line ahead of me, and it took me 45 minutes to get my two vaccines . Granted I know one of the vaccines takes 20 minutes become ready because it Has to sit out of the freezer or something for a bit. Still only three stars. I'll probably go back again, but hopefully they won't question me about my health in front of everybody! Oh and I love the fact this Walgreens is in Los Gatos and I got lunch near by at a coffee shop. Hee. read more

The pharmacist is a joke. I planned my morning carefully due to a flight and pharmacist never showed up at 8am when it's supposed to open. Must be nice to come and go as you please. If the pharmacist owns the place at least change the hours to open later so we're not ruining our plans. read more

If incompetence was an Olympic sport, this Pharmacy would have more gold than Michael Phelps. I ordered my meds on Wed, said done by the end of the week. I called for an update. I got treated like a bad ex- left waiting on hold, told they don't have time for me, and hung up on. That woman on the phone had issues. I got an update on the app my meds were getting filled Monday though! Apparently with disappointment. I walk in Tuesday and they tell me it's not available, they'll never be able to fill it, and I should try somewhere else. So if you like to be gaslit, lied to, and ghosted, this is your Disneyland! But seriously, avoid at all cost. read more

This particular Walgreen is one of the most inefficient drug stores I have ever experienced. I have been a customer of Walgreen for over 45 years in Illinois. My experience was in general positive. 3 years ago I moved to Los Gatos and this Walgreen became the closest store for me. Getting prescriptions ready is very slow, the line is long and the staff appears sub-qualified for their positions. One window staff, I even felt sorry for him yesterday and was wondering if he knew what he was doing! The most of the general store staff are also rude including the store manager. I sincerely hope the new owner will improve the customer service of this branch. UNDER STAFFED!!!!! read more

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They are always short staffed (or so it seems) it always takes for ever for them to fill a prescription but this is unbelievable. I've had to wait an hour to get my child's asthma medication filled all the while she is waiting and struggling to breathe. How difficult is it to put some albuterol ampules and an inhaler in a bag?! I've even begged them to hurry up because my child needs it and they still can't get it together. Standing around looking clueless. Walgreens - HIRE SOME STAFF. read more

I was inspired to write this Yelp review of my local Walgreens because of Jeff, the employee I interacted with in the Photo department. It was very busy in the store since today is Christmas Eve and many others (myself included) were doing last minute gift shopping. Despite the volume of customers, I received the best customer service from Jeff. Not only did he have my Photos prepared for me in less than 1 hour, but he also took the time to search for a Picture Frame so that I would have the right size frame for the prints I'd ordered!!! So clutch!! His coworker Jose took over while Jeff was searching the BACK-STOCK for a frame for me. Great teamwork, guys! They were both festively dressed, and in jolly spirits. I had a great experience with the Walgreens photo department at this store. In general, this is my go-to Walgreens store and I've been coming here for 10+ years. They have a good selection of inventory and kind, helpful employees. read more

This is the worst run pharmacy I have ever been too. The woman who is always there that takes prescription pick ups is unusually unhappy, and rude to customers. She is not pleasant to interact with and has no sense of urgency. The line is always long and moves slow. I will be going to the CVS across town who manages to be much more efficient and greets customers with a smile. Whoever is the district manager of this store really needs to pay attention to the many terrible reviews of this Walgreens location. Seriously. read more

No one here. Waiting almost 2 hours since they received the prescription. 1/5 people who came were told it'll be half an hour so I don't know what they are doing back there. I'm only here because they are open later than others. Otherwise I would never chance it. read more

I had to put one star just to post this review. In reality this place deserves zero!!! It's messy, the people working (not including the pharmacy) obviously hate working at this place. As I was getting ready to set my stuff down and pay, I saw lysol bottles behind the counter. I asked the checkout guy if they had anymore and in turn he turned around to ask the manager. His response was filled with annoyance and just plain disregard that a customer is asking. No wonder this place has horrible reviews! Walgreens! Plz fix your staffs attitude! read more

This review is for the pharmacy department. I have had the chronic disease for 13 years, and all of these years, my experience with the pharmacy staff who did everything from filling my prescriptions with wrong strength pills multiple times to the point that I thought I was going to die, to not ordering my medication, not having supply.... The pharmacy customer service is the worst. When I have to call them, they put me on hold at least 10 times. My husband went to pick up my RX's... 2 of them were filled only partially when we were told they were ready. Both were supposed to be a 3 month supply. 1 was for 1 month and said it was done and the other was 2 weeks and said they would let me know when to come in again and pick up the entire order. Then I received notification that 2 of 2 was now ready for the one where they gave me only 2 weeks. I went within 5 days of receiving the notification and it was "put away" and they now said they will only give me a partial of the remainder they were supposed to give me and yet my notification said it was supposed to be 2 of 2, the rest of the original order. The man was extremely rude, apparently a manager from the Cambell store. He never once said he apologized for not having it the first time and now for not having it again the 2nd time. So when I got home, I put my RX in again so I can get the remainder owed to me that they still haven't filled and completed. The system processed it and the Walgreens (most likely the same man) rejected my order and now says it was already filled. This is the worse pharmacy ever!! And I still don't have my prescription filled. read more

I do not recommend using this pharmacy. I came to pick up a prescription and it took me 20 minutes to get to help. Pharmacy is the worst...plan to stand in line for a while. It never gets better, only longer and longer waiting. Please get more help and pay them decently so they stay. This has been ongoing for years. I'm not surprised of.the low rating this place has here. Please do something about this problem. I also experienced a situation about the pharmacy not checking voicemail for hours. My Dr had called in a prescription about 12:30pm. At 2:30pm, I called in to check if it was ready using the automated service and apparently there's nothing on file for me. I was made aware the pharmacist had not checked voicemails. I didn't get my Rx filled until 4pm. I wish a CVS was here at this location vs. a Walgreens. read more

My current insurance plan requires me to use Walgreens much to my disappointment. No matter what time I come in, the pharmacy line is long and my prescriptions are rung up wrong about half the time as I have Medicare A/B and a supplemental plan. I have told them twice to run Medicare B first as the primary and then the supplemental plan. I should not be telling them how to do their job. (Ex: on one script, the drug came out $50 less when I told them to use Medicare B as my primary.) So to my latest issue. I made an appointment online for a flu shot and filled out all the paperwork online. I get to the pharmacy 10 minutes early for my appointment and they tell me it'll be an hour wait! What? It's getting to be flu season and Walgreens is heavily promoting getting your shots here. Isn't it a good idea to be prepared? As I sit here waiting for my shot, they are aggressively promoting the flu shots to walk/ins! So aggravating. If I treated my customers this way, I'd be out of business. read more

Terrible customer service at the register. Lady at the cashier was acting too high and mighty to do a price check for a item set while checking out other items. Giving me attitude for something that took 10 secs. Lady needs an attitude adjustment. I'm adding a star for the beauty consultant who helped me last time looking for a make-up item. At this point I can't even put my entire review into such a small Yelp comment since there's a word limit. All I have to say is please find a different pharmacy and/or Walgreens because this location is pure garbage. Like other reviews below me, I fully agree. Would give 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy is dangerous and should be reviewed internally by Walgreens. They misspelled Pfizer on my vaxx card, have wasted countless hours of my life waiting for shots or prescriptions unnecessarily and tonight couldn't help me with a prescription that was time sensitive. That's super dangerous and past being an annoyance. Plus, everyone waiting at this pharmacy is always upset and irritated all the time so just being here is cringy. Won't come here ever again. I'd rather drive across town! Save yourself. read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever been in. No matter when you get there, there's a line 5 deep and all five people are angry. I've reported this to the store manager who simply said "yes, we know" It most likely is a problem with understaffing as everyone behind the counter looks frazzled. That being the case, a pharmacy is the last place you want mistakes to be made, and mistakes are made. every. time. read more

Nightmare!! Called over the course of three weeks to have a prescription filled. After almost a month they told me they were unable to get it in but it couldn't be transferred so I had to call my doctor and have it called in as a new prescription to a different pharmacy. The person who answered the phone could barely speak intelligibly, and the pharmacist was yelling that she had 25 people to give flu shots, with a line around the corner. I am now here, and indeed, the line is around the corner, moving slowly and without any regard to adding an extra cashier. This Has to be the most unorganized, unhelpful, and poorly run Walgreens I've ever experience throughout the country. read more

Walgreens - Long line at 4:15 on a Thursday - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Los Gatos, California

The staff is friendly and tries there best but I think they need more staff and clearer help from the pharmacists. I spend one hour here yesterday, 30 minutes last night and 45 minutes on the phone with the pharmacy this morning before someone was able to clearly tell me what I needed to do to get my medicine approved. It was not all their fault but I felt they were not clear in their directions on what I needed to do until someone made it very clear this morning and it took less then an hour to get my medicine approved. However when they were able to finally fill it I am welcome by this line:-( Hope things improve here as I love having a neighborhood Walgreens! read more

This review is about Walgreens' customer website - where you log in, sign clearances, etc. Also their text messages for updates re. prescriptions. Were they made by somebody's high school student as a school project? Literally the worst Walgreens in the world. Whether the pharmacy or the cashiers at the front, the staff is surly and unhappy. They clearly hate their jobs and while I feel for them, they definitely take it out on their customers. Every time I go there, I have to get myself ready to be treated horribly. You are always left feeling like they hate their customers because it shows in nearly every interaction - whether getting a prescription or asking them to unlock the Advil. Had a 9am appointment for a flu shot. Pharmacy opened at 9:05 and after waiting twenty minutes in line, they informed me that it would be at least another thirty minutes prior to getting shot as the pharmacy opens at 9am (why give me an appointment at that time then!!). Additionally, they claimed that they had no record of me filling out forms, so I would have to do the entire process again. After a crowd began to form in close quarters, I left due to being uncomfortable. Would never recommend anyone visit this Walgreens. The staff was totally unprofessional and overwhelmed. read more
