Thank God for this 7-11. It's right across from the AAA and down the street from the DMV so if you are starving for some food, candy or the KING of all 7-11 purchases (SLURPEE'S) while you are dealing with sometype of annoying administrative chore, come down here. It is easy to get to if you are driving down Santa Cruz but if you have to pull in across traffic through the red light it's a parking/driving hassle and not for the faint-of-heart. Plus, the decaff coffee here is really, really good. But the parking is limited and I'll bet there are lots of rear-ender accidents in this little lot. read more

I used to stop here after school or on my way to work in Saratoga. Whenever I step into this 7-Eleven, I usually get a slurpee and some energy drinks. The Female Asian Clerk with the glasses always seems paranoid & uptight, yet The Male Asian Clerk with the spikey hair is very nice & cooperative. Overall the place is in a convenient part of Los Gatos, right down the street from downtown and Vasona Park, you'll want a slurpee here. read more

The guy working at 7-11 tnite (5-31-14)has the Worst customer service of all time. He was so bad that he did not even offer my change back remaining from the food I ordered. When asking for my change he looked astonished that I was even asking for my change and said it's only "$.35". This guy needs to be fired pronto. Terrible service, went for fill your own cup day and brought in a cup the size that I saw my friends were bringing and the same size that I had brought before. I got yelled at by multiple employee and embarrassed me in front of the customers. Tried to ask if I could fill it a quarter of the way and she just kept yelling at me saying they would call the police. then the customers started yelling at me as well. Can't believe I had the whole store yelling at me as a 13 year old. Go to the other 7-11 in Los Gatos, much better service read more

We came in today for 7Eleven day as they were offering free slurpees. This store will be no surprise as it looks like many other 7elevens and shares a small but adequate parking lot with a laundry place that looked closed. When I walked in we were greeted and handed cups for the free slurpees. Their staff were super efficient especially a young guy with glasses who was helping everyone with cups and lids while keeping a line. I was impressed and its only a 7eleven. We grabbed m&ms for the road. I like this location and the staff are nice. If I am ever in the area with a hankering for slurpee I would definitely come back. read more

I go to a lot of 7-eleven locations across the state as I travel a lot for business. This 7-eleven is very clean and organized, and there coffee is very fresh. They have the large coffee containers instead of the standard coffee pots. In my opinion, it keeps the coffee fresher. As well, they have the creamer machine which can be used instead of the individual cream shooters. I'd rank this 7-eleven in the 80% percentile. Service was good, the clerk was rockin her Rastafarian hat which I found humorous. read more
