An associate told me they "wouldn't sell me an empty box," and an Asset Protection employee said I should have been able to tell the item wasn't inside because the box should be heavy. I was told they world not sell me and empty box. I was also instructed to check all future purchases before leaving the store to prevent things like this. These responses made me feel treated as though I had done something dishonest and showed me they truly do not value their customers. I spent more than 90 minutes being directed between store employees and the customer service line without a resolution. An assistant manager I was told would assist never appeared during my 20-minute wait. After filing a complaint, per AP, customer service could not confirm whether a manager would contact me. I paid for a product I never received and promptly tried to resolve it. I'm asking for a refund or replacement and a response from management. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

That said, the usual crowd in here is non-threatening and the store is definitely safe and in an excellent location.
