It's not really worth going here anymore. The local grocery store has a better selection and they stock the shelves regularly. Unless you need the pharmacy it's useless to go there. The staff are experts at being nice, lazy people! read more

What a fun adventure! What a comedy of errors worthy of a Shakespearean play. Imagine the silly faces we all made when we realized the 3 Diet Dr. Peppers rang up as 3 for $13.99, when the price was advertised in the aisle as 3 for $10.99, but the in-store display advertised 3 for $9.99, and the app advertised them as 3 for $8.99, but we ended up paying 3 for $7.50. This new math is crazy! The fun began when the cashier and manager engaged in a whimsical back and forth regarding the in-store display, which they claimed was only for regular fat Dr. Pepper and not the diet version. The face I made should be a new emoji! Imagine if Huh and WTF had a baby and that baby did a face-off surgery with the confused John Travolta meme. Then, I looked online to see if we could figure out if it's 9.99 or 10.99, but the website said 8.99. The manager laughed warmly with a great smile, and by laughing warmly with a great smile, I mean that she decided to help other customers for 14 minutes. In the end, I should note the manager gave me even a further discount. And as I left, the cashier was very thorough and thoughtful to make sure I paid for my newspaper, assuming it had perhaps been refunded. I could almost hear her brain say, "Get off my lawn" as we left. read more

The pharmacist really helped me out of a bind. I had run out of my medication, my normal pharmacy was closed for days due to the storm systems that pounded CA non stop, and this pharmacy came through to help me. It was a super complicated process because the refill had already been processed at the closed pharmacy and my insurance was not cooperating. This Walgreens went the extra mile to help - what is that called? Uhm, Customer Service? Absolutely YES!! read more

I never thoroughly enjoy my experience at this store. There's VERY limited staff and one cashier in particular, who is very nice, but 5x's as slow as she is nice. The store is almost always out of one thing I need (supply chain issue?). Good thing is, store is usually clean. That's about it. This store is a hotspot for theft. I can't imagine there wouldn't be more employees on duty at any given time. And yes, this is the store that crooks drove thru the door and wrapped a chain around the ATM and stole it out the building. I think this manager needs to do a better job at making it's store employees and customers feel welcome and safe. Other than that, an ordinary (not extraordinary) Walgreens. I cannot imagine this Walgreens being around much longer if they don't get a grip on customer service and security. There's a lot of loss to the company and the customer on both accounts. read more

I made an appointment for my mom's Covid booster online at this particular Walgreens a couple of weeks ago. When we got there they told us that they don't have any vaccines. So we left. We made another appointment today (7/30/22) for her booster and this time the clerk said we don't do vaccines on weekends. So you can imagine that was not happy and didn't accept that as an answer. I asked for the store manager or anyone who could help with this situation. The pharmacist came to the counter and said she is shorthanded. I said then why do you accept online appointments. She said we have no control and can't block the appointments. Anyway, my mom is 86 and I wasn't going to leave again until she got her shot. After almost an hour of looking her up on Medicare, they finally said ok we can do it. But you now have wait another 15 minutes for the vaccine to come down to room temperature. In any case, this looks like a systemic problem with Walgreens' Covid vaccine administration. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service. Show up to the pharmacy and don't let them tell you it will only be a few minutes. The young lady working there told me ten minutes, so figured I would shop a bit. 50 minutes later I go and check and still waited another ten minutes. Absolutely outrageous, I understand being short handed, but come on people. Most of us come to get meds bc someone is sick. This review is primarily for the photo service. It used to be amazing! I'd place an order on my phone and then be there in a couple hours and it would be ready. Now, I literally cannot even get a couple of 4x6 prints done. Like - at all. For both Mother's Day and a birthday, I ordered wall pictures, same day service. I kept trying to give this Walgreens a chance. And disappointingly, neither gift ever appeared. The orders just vanished. I'll be going back to Costco for my prints. On a good note, the customer service here is usually really good. The staff has always been super nice and helpful. read more

We were traveling, and after a long drive stop by at this Walgreen location, I needed help with a picture to enlarge, and Chris helped us. He was very polite and knowledgeable and spent good enough time to show me how to use media and helped us with our photographs. I ordered a print online and selected a next day morning pick up and was giving a 8:30am pick up time. I figured that was early, so I went in at 10am. They said it was a super busy morning and she would print my picture right away and it would take 10min. I said ok and waited but while waiting, the attendant helped 2 customers (that came after me) and after waiting 15min, she said it would take another 10m!!! 45min after I got there, I finally got my print!!!! I would give negative star if allowed for the pharmacy. We made 2 Covid vaccines appointments and got a phone call 1 hour before the appointment time to cancel on us. Her reason is if it's not urgent, they want to close early. We refused to be canceled as we had to get the vaccines to participate in an important school event. When we rushed here. They made us wait for over 40 minutes. Yes 40 minutes. And since they canceled all others, there was no line, no one else besides us getting vaccines. We've had Covid vaccine experience at CVS and at the county previously. It's just not worth it to get vaccines from walgreens, or at least from this location. No wonder the rating on Yelp is already so low. Neighbourhood Walgreens, please get your act together! Or you may not be able to survive the competition. read more

Pharmacy are supposed to be about filling prescriptions. They do fill them. But it's impossible to pick up without an hour long wait due to covid shots making lines long and slow turn around time. Corporate management appears to be clueless about the problem. 1 star for management 1 star for efficiency 1 star for sustainability because it takes 3 trips to get 1 script. I used to live them. The pharmacy here has gotten worse and worse. Todays case and the motive for this review - I prepaid for my Rx and need to get out of here within 15 minutes...should be plenty of time right? Well apparently there was some issue with my insurance, and even though I prepaid full and outright, they're still jerking me around saying my insurance needs to be updated. And it's amazingly slow. So slow I'm gonna have to leave without my medication and not have it on hand post-surgery. Not going to continue bringing business here or any Walgreens. The only problem with this place is the inconsistency with the staff. I take controlled substances for severe pain due to a chronic illness and after five surgeries that have left me a bit broken. Sometimes they are very very up ltheir own ass about monitoring my pain schedule and sometimes they will say, "sure we can give that to you one night early so that your husband can drive and pick it u.p". Point is they are inconsistent; Sometimes they are overly accommodating and other times they treat you like a drug addict. It can be very disappointing. Other than that it is a nice store, as when they do take care of me or when I don't need a favor because I am driving at the time. It's a very lovely store. read more

I love the pharmacy staff here they are so knowledgeable and efficient. My son got his Covid vaccine and they were great with him. I would give the pharmacy five stores but the store brings it down to four. While we were there we went to pick up a few items after his vaccination and the front registers weren't working so they sent us to the beauty section to check out but then there was nobody there win I went to get someone to check us out they told us we had to go to the front I said the front send this to the beauty section and the girl gave us attitude. This is one of the worst Walgreens for location. It maybe technically in Los Gatos but don't let that fool you. Everything is always out of stock. They don't do there counts so when you order online it say's available but then you end up not getting anything you ordered . On top of that they lack employees all they care about is the pharmacy which I understand makes all there money but why even have a conscience store attached .better off going to target for the price and convenience. Atleast there you can find an employee that can help you most times. Oh there is more when you mobile order and then they adjust your order because there out of everything they don't give you an updated amount there charging no recipete they won't let you substitute to make your order whole. Wife sold defective Insulin injection pen. They reused to replace a life sustaining drug. When you buy a car and the airbag fails and a death occurs you sue the seller for product liability. Same for pharmacies selling controlled medicines. They have diligence requirements of products in their possession. Short term solution in $15,000 trip to ER for an injection. Who pays the bill? I love that Walgreens has the capability to order prints online and pick it up and pay in person. BUT when I got an email saying that it was ready and went out of my way to pick it up to find that the machine was broken was very inconvenient. The least that this store could do was send another email saying my emails was REALLY not ready. I'm going to try to order them at another Walgreens location and call before I pick it up. I have been waiting on my ADHD meds for about two weeks now. my doctor put in an order and said they would be available for pickup when I go. I got a text the next day saying it's out of stock and they ordered more. That's fine, I'll just call in a couple days to confirm if they have it or not. So I called and they said there was no order for my medication, but they would put one in. Weird... but ok. I need my meds and I guess I can be patient. Check the app a week later and it says there are NO PRESCRIPTIONS for me. Wtf??? I call them and I wait on the line for 30 minutes, and then I hang up because I have other things to do. Still no meds. What if it was my insulin? What if I was badly sick? I'm making it by without my meds but even those are necessary. How did it go from "it's out of stock but we ordered it" to "you don't have any prescriptions with us"???? Worst pharmacy I have ever used. never had any problems remotely of this caliber at CVS. read more

I used this pharmacy since 2007 but lately services became very slow with long waiting time. Even if you are first in a line and nobody is there or if you got notification to pick meds you still can wait another 45-50 minutes to get it done. Vaccine is almost impossible to get. They process you paperwork and make you wait and wait saying they'll do it when They Are Ready for you regardless of your appointment was 20 minutes ago and you are here only one customer for 45 minutes. They also sent me notification congratulating on my vaccine without doing it 20 minutes before I finally decided to leave because my lunch was over and without booster shot to be administered. I guess it's time to find a new pharmacy. read more

This is a clean and well maintained store, the staff is friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I was looking for and it took me next to no time to find it with the helpful staff working this day. I only wish that all Walgreen's could be like this. I was not here for any major length of time, so I did not use the restrooms or having to ask for any assistance in this location. I can not say enough about this Walgreens location! For the past two years, I have worked directly with the store manager, Moon Song. She has organized a team of employees to come and serve as our photographers for our Girl Scout He/Me Dance. They also make the pictures readily available for pick up by each family the day after the event. Not only are they very professional, they are respectful and organized. This location is also my neighborhood store and I visit on a bi-weekly basis, if not weekly to have pictures developed of my own. They are always very quick and the pictures come out wonderfully. I always make sure to check the photos before leaving, so if a print doesn't come out as I would have hoped, I don't have to pay for it. Crystal is amazing at customer service and I am always excited to see her behind the counter when I visit, as I know my prints will be amazing-no questions asked. read more

One star is too genera. Worst pharmacy ever! They do not care about the customers. My prescription was called in and I was told it would be ready in a half hour. An hour and a half later it's not ready they said they needed my insurance information, why can't they fill the order then get the information they need. I niw Have to wait a half hour and I'm sure it will be longer. I'm extremely uncomfortable and in pain but they blew me off because they are busy. I will never come here again read more

Take your photo needs elsewhere. I needed a set of photos for European visa. I stopped by on Thursday, 4/5 at ~7pm. The guy behind the photo desk, Dennis, tells me they don't do any document photos except for US passport. I know he's lying, since my wife did a photo there two days prior. I called my wife, she described the employee who made the photos for her, the guy says "That's Crystal, she'll be working tomorrow from 9am." Okay, next day at 9am I am at Walgreens again. No Crystal, but there's some other guy, Isaac. First he tries to give me the same tune "we don't do it", but finally agrees. It turns out that the very difficult step that only Crystal knew about was... SELECTING A DIFFERENT TYPE OF PHOTO from a drop-down list. By default, "US passport" is selected, but there's a lot of other photo types as well. So, he prints the photos and handles them to me. When I open up the envelope, I see that the photos are cut right at one of my ears. Moreover, he took a photo not front-facing, but semi-sideways. All documents photos (including US passport) require that the face is at the center and facing the camera. I am pointing that out - but that guy Isaac quickly disappears, and another employee (sorry, forgot to look at her nametag) tries to help me. I'll give her credit - she at least tried to do things right, although she didn't look very familiar with the photo equipment they have. Her constant excuse was "I don't know why the machine is doing this". Bottomline: 90 minutes wasted, still no photos. read more

The store manager was unspeakably and unnecessarily rude to me. The pharmacy was terrific . . .very nice, helpful, friendly person. In the main shopping floor, there is no one, but NO ONE on the floor. You have to waste so much time searching for what you want, then find there are no tags on the shelves telling you what the price is or they are sold out. Only one cashier on duty, very very slow and didn't seem very confident or competent in what he was doing. When the suggestion was made that it might be a good idea to staff up a bit and provide at least a modicum of service, the store manager claimed "no one wants to work." I can see why no one would want to work under her supervision but maybe Walgreens should think about whether they want to be in bankruptcy because no one wants to shop at their store or if maybe they want to pay a few dollars and hire some more staff. We live close by, this would be a good go-to shop for us, we are registered at the pharmacy. But I will never, EVER shop here again or at any other Walgreens. There are plenty of other drugstores with similar merchandise, better prices, and helpful and courteous staff. read more

Appointments at the pharmacy are a joke. I had three appointments for shots and was told that I would have to wait for the 4 walk in appointments approximately an hour. Appointments are scheduled in 10 min increments so the timing didn't add up. I realize that sometimes it takes longer than expected, but when you schedule appointments your time should be respected and priority placed to assist you. read more
