I thought this pharmacy couldn't get any worse, but today I was hoping it would be my last time having to visit this horrible pharmacy as I moved to a new area and had to fill my prescription here one more time. After having had my prescription refill request for hours, I showed up on my way home to get it. The assistants were very nice, but basically told me it wasn't finished and they weren't allowed to give me an estimated time. When the pharmacist herself came over to speak to me, she was downright hostile and completely unprofessional. She told me I should have my doctor's office just use a different pharmacy, even though they've had my prescription order for most of the day. I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague. This whole pharmaceutical system inside these stores needs to end. Clearly the system has failed. read more

Now, I think the stress or whatever has caused them to become both unprofessional and hateful to their customers as well as my returning day after day to the same "come back tomorrow". Cute and cozy one that feels like an old school drug store because not like the spacious farmers market feel of a Sprouts , everything is stacked 7 feet high and the isles are really tight. But I like it as it's clean organized and set up by sections you easily figure out. My parents owned a delicatessen 80 feet away from it in the early 70's so maybe I'm just sentimental to the location! . I may never move away! read more

Pharmacy- The pharmacist (2 of them) have gone out their way to be helpful. This has been my go to pharmacy. But I'm now moving to CVS. Had a major stock issue which I understood and the other Walgreens was horrible. I called twice already to say I needed my prescription today and the worker told me "yeeeaaaaaaaaaaaa ookkkkkkkkk"multiple times. Today I was there, a customer was at the window asking for a walk in vaccine, there were 4 people in the back running around, they took his temperature 3 times, gave paper work to him, took it away, gave him Done other paper work. It was chaotic to say the least! Meanwhile the line was 8 or 9 deep. I finally gave up and walked away. This is not the first time that I have faced this at this store. Worst Walgreens, 3rd straight time we've watched the clerk be rude to others or us. This time they sold us a fraudulent gift card (had no pin number on it and the store wouldn't take it), then told us it happens all the time at their store and it's our problem. Told us they have people replace their gift cards with frauds all the time, and it's not their problem. Guy was arrogant and condescending, no customer service, said no manager would help or deal with it, etc. We've shopped at this Walgreens for almost 20 years, but will never return. read more

I'm annoyed when they display their operating hours but, don't adhere. I don't know what's going on with walgreens these days. Operating hours at this location are M-Sat,10pm closing... I get there at 9:45pm and they are closed. Another location somewhat nearby is a 24 hour store. They are often closed anywhere from 3am to 5 or 6am. I get it, staffing might be an issue... but, change your operating hours! It's been going on for a while, now. read more

Walgreens Photo. When you print something that is copyright (as I do for my classroom posters), some Walgreens will refuse to do the order and not even call you (F), some will refuse to do the order but will call you (D), some will need to be reminded there is a Fair Use form that legally clears them (C), some will insist you sign a waiver (B), and some, like this one, don't even know the waiver exists. So, that's a reason to like this photo location, even though they currently only have one person who knows who to operate the machines. The absolute worst pharmacy experience that I've ever had. My medication is back ordered at my usual and many pharmacies so I have to call/ask around to see if pharmacies have it in stock. I called and after several failed attempts got no answer. Today I went in person to ask. The girl at the pharmacy told me that I need to ask my doctor to call them to see if my medication is in stock. I have already asked a few other pharmacies and I know that this isn't the case. Even my doctors office told me to call them myself. read more

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved here almost 2 years ago. And I have been happy with the service they provide. But I was extremely impressed the other day when I had to refill some prescriptions which I did over the phone (automated). When I was told over the phone that it would be ready for pick-up by 11:30 the next morning, I chose to receive text message for updates. Just a couple of hours later, I received a text letting me know that my prescriptions were ready. And I had the option to have them delivered for free! (I believe it is only because of COVID-19 in case you're reading this later.) It said it would take 2-3 days for my delivery which was fine--I had enough meds to get me through until then. However, to my surprise, Fed Ex knocked on my door the next day that my package had arrived! Super quick and so easy! Thanks Walgreens for making things even easier for me to STAY AT HOME. read more

This is the worst pharmacy customer service I've ever experienced. I was trying to get a prescription transferred from Rite Aid. The assistant said they faxed a request. When I called Rite Aid they said no fax request was sent and a quick phone call would suffice, they even offered to talk to Walgreens. Walgreens refused to do so. Walgreens kept insisting that Rite Aid call them in some weird game of chicken. Stuck there with no one attending to me, I tried to catch the pharmacist after she finished with a customer. She scolded me "Sir I'm with a customer" although the customer had walked away. Finally she said she'd call and told me to sit down. She and the assistant refused to give me any update on the transfer request. After 30 mins the assistant was vacuuming. I tried to get their attention but they pretended to not see or hear me. Finally they responded and said it's coming. How would I know that without any communication? When I confronted them at the end about this lack of acknowledgment and poor customer service, as expected it became about their lack of staffing. I totally understand it can be quite stressful, but I still feel like acknowledging someone and not scolding them for asking basic questions is possible even when not staffed. Very disappointed with this Walgreens after being a customer of one in Mountain View for many years. read more

Ordered same day photo pickup. Had a such a horrible experience. Waited on the counter for 15 mins without any acknowledgement from The lady on the counter kept. Then started her insulting me one after other. I showed her the phone and said I have pickup - she said I am not gonna read your phone. Is it same day order. I said yes it's pictures, she said it's not a order it's a photo pickup. I kept quiet and said okay. Then she asked what's name. I told her the name and she couldn't find the order and said what's the last name. I gave her my last name and she said you gave me a different name earlier. How can you employ people like that ? Who unnecessary insults customers. I am never stepping in any Walgreens again. I wish I could file a formal complaint. read more

I made an appt a week ago for vaccines. The appointment was for today, and I got a text this am saying it's cancelled. No reason. I called and waited on hold for 25 min to be told it was due to 'scheduling conflicts'. I explained that I needed it before a trip, and could we be fit in another time today. The answer was no, they were all booked. If I go back to the online scheduling system, I'd be waiting another week and that's too late. The person on the phone was rude and dismissive. I won't be trying to work with them again. Just awful. read more

Dumpster fire seems to come to mind. The pharmacy and team of folks who worked there were dismissive and rude. Instead of helping, they kept adding additional things they needed before they were willing to fulfill my prescription. It wasn't like "here are the issues we need you to resolve." It was always something else. They told my doctor one thing and me another thing. It took much longer than it needed to, extra trips, extra communication with the doctor, and way more effort than I or any reasonable person should expect. It was unpleasant and just dismissive customer service. Their hours are inaccurate. They were not open when I went the first time despite stating they were. Instead they seem to take breaks whenever. There were two windows, each labeled for separate items. I was told that there was only one line and to get in the express line despite not being able to handle my matter as an express pick up matter. I didn't need any attitude, but all interactions have had this tone of judgment from the staff/pharmacist. I learned my lesson and will hopefully never need to use them for anything again. read more

Well, I have been going to your store for years. Today, Friday the 15th of Sept. 2023 I went in. Clerk at cashier was pleasant, however, in camera not so. When I told clerks, that all their milk was expired, one clerk put her head down ignoring me. I thought I heard the older clerk she would help me in a minute. Never happened. Any milk I have purchased from y store in the last month has gone bad before it was used up. Check your dates people. I don't know what happened but service is really lacking for quite awhile. I went to this location to get a vaccine and boy I was surprised by the two gentle men there who helped out prepare the vaccine in advance so I don't have to wait. I was having a busy day so that was really thoughtful! Also the person who gave the shot explained everything in detail and was very gentle with the shot. Amazing! I took my mom shopping the girl who helped me I believe her name was Aida she was so knowledgeable, and helped me a lot! But I can't say that about her colleagues no one wears their uniforms it's hard to find an employee if you need help, because they are mixed with the customers! Usually it's not that hard to find an employee but this store is different I believe! Management should re-consider! They get this 5 stars just because of Aida (Hope not mistaken her name)! Their pham tech has been consistently rude every time I've been here. When the pharmacist was instructing me on how to take the medication, the pharmacy tech threw in that I should drink lots of alcohol with the medication, then proceeded by sliding the medication across the counter and walking away. I GET that he was being sarcastic. I would just suggest saving the snide comments for somewhere away from a professional/health setting ;-) I'd drive further just to avoid being treated disrespectfully by their staff. read more

If I could rate -5 stars I would. First, my kids and I went shopping for overpriced items that we needed for upcoming travel. As I checked out the total seemed to be too high by $50-$100 but I had a lot of items so I figured I'll just audit the receipt to make sure it's accurate. BUT after I paid the cashier tells me that the receipt will be emailed to my email address on my account and he can't print one?! So I go out in my truck and wait for the receipt to hit my email, it doesn't happen. 10mins later I went back in to the store and asked for them to give me an itemized receipt. The store manager said she could not print a full receipt but she could pull the order up on her computer screen and screenshots can be taken. This is absolutely ridiculous... so I leave with four pictures of the list of ~40 items I was rung up for so I can audit the receipt. I got home audited the charges agains the items in my bags and sure enough the cashier charged me multiple times for the same items! Over $50 in additional charges. I drove back over there to get a credit but they had just closed. One of the clerks was out front emptying the garbage and I told him I was overcharged, I'm being cool about it. He asks me to wait while he talks to the store manager. As I am waiting the cashier that made the error walks over to the locked front doors and starts staring at me through the glass door like he is provoking a fight. He walks away and yells "F!!! you!" At this point I am am no longer chill. The young man then comes back and opens the door and tries to give me money from his wallet. Did he scam both me and Walgreens and then try to give me back some of the money he stole?! The store manager then comes over and tells me I need to come back tomorrow. I told her what just happened and no problem I'll return tomorrow. It took some real self control to not let the rage out today. Don't go here! Our boy turned 12 and we had him scheduled for the COVID-19 vaccine. Made an appointment and went as planned. The pharmacist was very understanding and detailed. She could see our boy's nervousness about getting a vaccine. She took the time to explain to him about the vaccine and praised him for being responsible in taking the vaccine. She made him feel comfortable and good about taking the vaccine. Thank you. read more

I would give no stars if I could. This f-in place wouldn't sell me cigarettes because of my out of state drivers license has a bend in it from putting it in my front pocket and sitting down, numerous times. She asked the other cashier about it and he said my birthday was valid and that was my picture. Then she went and asked the manager anyways. The manager wouldn't allow my drivers license. Wtf? Almost 28 years old and I get denied cigarettes because of a bend? Are you f-in serious right now?! As it was I knew exactly where my cigarettes were on the cigarette stand and had to direct her towards them because she couldn't read or tell color when I specifically told her pall mall green 100s. She brings two packs and I told her I didn't need two packs. Just one thank you. She asked for my ID so I gave it to her and I'm really trying to pull a quick one? Seriously, WA has a different kind of fake almost feel and look to their licenses. Not at all like California. They bend easy. Never coming back to this Walgreens again and I can guarantee none of my peers will either. This is just wrong. I was in the store shopping last night for snacks for a party, and I couldn't find them anywhere. I was standing there looking, and some employee named Mariana came up to me and asked if I was finding everything okay. I explained what I was looking for and she happily showed me the way to what I was looking for. I've been coming to this store for years since it's the closest to my house, and this was the only time an employee has EVER come up to me and asked if I needed help. I have been going to this location for years because its really close to my home. This location was getting really messy. Today the store looks great and the staff was more friendly than ever. I was so shocked that I had to ask employees what had happened. They told me they are changing store manager. Refused to email me a digital version of the photo. Came back 40 hours later with a pen drive and was told it's been too long, need to take a new photo and will also be extra charge for copying to a pen drive. Ridiculous. I really hate seeing one person working the register, getting all the shit because there's a line of 7 people and no matter how many times he calls for back up nobody comes. I think it's even more unacceptable that I could hear a female employees chatting away in cosmetics with another co-worker, while another employee (Mr Nguyen) casually places new prices onto shelves in the adjacent isle.
