This location has a good produce section and a good variety of anything else you'd want from a grocery store, including the bulk sized things like paper goods and cleaning supplies. It's usually clean and well stocked also. Cashiers are also generally very friendly, too. Buying a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate a new baby, Whole Foods has a nice Moet & Chandon box on the shelf. Turns out you can not buy that nice box. No signage explains this, and they make you wait at the counter while they retrieve the bottle, and take BACK the box! So... I just went down the street and bought the same thing at a liquor store. If you display the box, then sell the box. Or at least put up a sign to say "box may not be purchased." The dealer obviously created the box to "sell" their product. Whole Foods' policy lost the sale here. What other product in a box is sold, but then at the counter they remove the product from the box? Cereal? Spaghetti? (laughing emoji). A smug statement of the undisclosed policy by a manager, obviously not caring, does not help the customer. Do better, Whole Foods.

This is the Chevron station at the busy crossroads of Foothill Expressway and Homestead Road in Los Altos, CA. It's also very close to I-280 ramps. The junction for I-280 & Rt 85 is nearby. I was there on a Thursday evening to meetup with a coworker. While I was waiting, I got some gas, snacks, a soda, and chatted with the cashier. The man working there was nice, and we talked about other gas stations, and who sells Top Tier fuels. The gas station was very clean and organized. I paid with a credit card, and he noted that they don't charge a fee for credit card use. He agreed that their gas prices are high, but they're in Los Altos and this is a prime location. Also, the restroom is on the outside and it was clean. Lots of parking. Maybe it's different in the daytime with a Trader Joe's store right next door. Note: Station has a Smog Check shop. Overall, a good experience and I would return.

This past Saturday, I came for the drive thru automatic car wash. Didn't realize it was so cheap, $8 with the dollar discount off the "I'm in a hurry" wash. Basic and sufficient, exactly what I needed with the layers of filth caked on my car, at such an affordable price. And it only took about 5-6 minutes, a few minutes waiting for the car in front of me to finish, and a few minutes for my car to get cleaned and blow dried in the tunnel. Great customer service too, when I paid inside the store. The staff was helpful and friendly, and made the process smooth and easy. Having been here several times, I can say the service here varies depending on the staffing, but I've never encountered any noteworthy problems.

Staff has always been excellent , even when I bring in bent up lottery tickets for redemption and they have to run through the machine five times. Store is very clean and well stocked. Actually while establishment is very well kept. And most of all some of the least expensive gas around all the time. Highly recommend.
