Originally, I could not find the beer my friend was able to see on their website that was somehow in the store, but it was not in the refrigerator instead it was on the endcap. He didn't need them cold so it was perfect!! One of the employees found it with ease!! The store was very big and very well organized! I was quickly able to walk down the full aisle of cider beers as well as another part that was import beers and specialty. I guess Amber beers or maybe seasonal beers! There seem to be something for everybody here!! Plus, there was a really close parking spot at the angle of the door, so it was easy for me to get in and out! He scanned the barcode..confirmed the item was in stock..and spotted the cases up high. Without hesitation..he grabbed a ladder and climbed up to get me exactly what I wanted. Ross's helpful attitude from start to finish was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. He's super friendly. He always has a smile on his face. You could tell he's worked hard to make improvements to the actual store and bring in some new merchandise as well. I mainly go for lottery tickets and then an occasional refreshment or snack so I'm not spending tons of money, but he still is so friendly and Always strikes up a conversation and always has a smile on his face. That's really appreciated these days. We all need that, because I have another liquor store That's closer to my home that sometimes I'll go to in a pinch for a lottery ticket, but they're so rude that I'm not going there anymore. I'll go out of my way to actually go to El Monte now even if it's an extra 15 minute drive.
