Everything we tried was delicious and refreshing, especially in the strong summer heat. They even have cassava (木薯) which is usually hard to find. If you are craving Guangdong style Asian desserts and the line isn't too long, you should definitely check it out!

I've never had a negative experience with the employees at this shop, who let you sample a couple flavors before you order. The inside is small and feels vintage. It may be for sentimental reasons, but I truly think the gelato here is unmatched by any other ice cream place I've visited. I love the soft and slightly stretchy texture of the gelato. It's definitely softer than other ice cream I've tried, but I honestly prefer this type of elasticity. The flavors are very classic: I love the strawberry fresca, lychee, and stracciatella flavors. I'd prefer less of the cream and more coffee but it was still delicious and refreshing - not too sweet and had a lot of the PB flavor. Hubby got the Pandan Matcha. When I finally got it, it was very dark like coffee, so I asked the employee, if this was my order - the Salted Cream Jasmine Tea. She double checked and confirmed the name and drink. I was still skeptical about it, but since the employee confirmed it was order, we just left after we all got our drinks. After leaving, I tried my drink (which I should had before I left) and it was definitely coffee and it was super strong (I do not like or drink coffee at all). While I thought the protein could have used a touch more seasoning, it didn't take away from the overall quality or experience. This is the flavor profile I still expect from a cold cut sandwich. There was a healthy slathering of pate with just the right amount of pickled vegetables to bring in that brightness to balance it out.
