The leasing agents do monitor the area and make sure café customers stay within the designated Coffeebar seating area. Drinks & Service: I ordered a loose-leaf tea and asked for it iced. The staff was warm and friendly, and as they handed me my drink, they said, "I hope you enjoy the tea."
