I approached the technician, who happened to be Vietnamese, to ask if he could help inflate one of my tires. To my surprise, he completely ignored my request. His demeanor suggested that he was not only disinterested but also seemed genuinely miserable in his job. It's disheartening to see someone in a customer service role who appears to dislike their work so much. I understand that everyone has their off days, but this was beyond just a bad moment. I left without the help I needed and felt quite unwelcome during my visit. I hope management takes note of this, as a little professionalism and a positive attitude can go a long way in customer service. I won't be returning. This is the only place that has turned down someone who needs a simple air pressure input. Only one tire.
