Saw they had banana match and ofc I had to go. Parking wasn't too bad, I like that it's tucked away from the main streets. You order at the kiosk and it was made very fast. Workers greet you and thank you for coming in. Lots of seating and spacious. It was a little warm inside though. The matcha was pretty good for batch matcha and the cream didn't taste artificial. I would come back!
Vietnamese coffee, seems new. Easy to navigate and find. Got the Saigon silk. Tastes like a Vietnamese coffee with foam (just as it's intended) not overly sweet. Seems like a good balance (I picked the default sweetness level). Very open space, could fill it in with more soft seating.
Cute little spot tucked in the corner of the shopping plaza. Cloud 36 was delicious! The Banana Matcha was great too. It had a nice twist of a crumbled cookie topping.
New matcha spot with a catchy name! I came here on a weekday around the first couple weeks they opened and wow, they were packed inside. Ordering was fast and easy because I already knew what I wanted. I got myself a banana cream matcha and my boyfriend a banana cream coffee. The banana matcha was more on the bland and milk tea side. It was decent, I wish there was more of a strong matcha taste and that the banana cream was more creamy and thick. On the other hand, my boyfriend loved and demolished the banana cream coffee I got him. He said it was delicious and addicting. I'll have to try the coffee again next time when I need a caffeine boost. I did come during their early opening stages, so hopefully the matcha will have more of an *umph!* to it next time I come back to try it again.
I went on a weekday, so there was literally no one there, which was perfect because we wanted to take pics in front of the sign haha. My friend got the Banana Creme Coffee, and I got the Strawberry Matcha. She said the Banana Coffee was really good and strong. It definitely kept her up all night lol. I liked my drink overall, especially the freeze-dried strawberries on top, but I do think the matcha itself could've been better. We ended up sitting there for a while, and I loved how cool, spacious, and relaxing the space felt. Definitely a nice spot to chill or get some work done!
Stopped by a new coffee shop that just opened this month! And it was great! I am a little hesitant with Vietnamese coffee because it is usually pretty strong for me. But I tried their Marble Drip, less sweet, which is less caffeinated, and it was good! Still a bit strong for me, but they were super friendly and checked in on us. They were able to add a little cream to make it less strong. I appreciate them making the recommendation and adjustment The inside is a clean space and has a good amount of outlets, nice stop to hangout and study There is also ample parking!

Ordered the strawberry matcha! Wasn't sweet, a bit watery, just ok. I've had better, but service was quick! Wouldn't come back for the matcha, but maybe the coffee? However, wouldn't hang out here. They have lots of space but all of the tables are against the walls and close to each other, so a bit noisy.
I am a fan! I can see they're only soft launching but I feel it'll be a hit among us coffee enthusiasts. I can't think of any other coffee shop that is family friendly on senter road, just the vietnamese coffee shops, so I am very happy to see they chose this location. Away from story rd vietnam town, they don't need any more coffee shops in that area. I got the marble drip coffee, which reminded me of another coffee shop in milpitas, but tastier! I appreciate that they did not filled my cup full of ice, so it did not taste super water down by the time I finished my drink 4 hours later. I refrigerate my drinks between sips! I was greeted by friendly staff members, it's pretty spacious so I hope they add more furnitures, and hopefully some music once they're fully open. I'll be telling everyone I know! This new cafe is super spacious making it a pretty good spot to bring a laptop and get some work done! Parking is super easy with plenty of spots, and the staff were incredibly friendly when answering questions and giving recommendations. Their simple menu focuses on coffee and matcha at reasonable ~$7 price points. I tried the banana matcha, mango matcha, and strawberry matcha lattes, but unfortunately, they fell short on flavor and value. All 3 felt more like dessert drinks with barely any actual matcha taste, and the standard sweetness was pretty sweet (easily an 85% at other spots). The banana matcha was my favorite since it felt the most balanced, but the mango was a bit too ripe and had an odd aftertaste. None of the cups were filled near the rim, and they came packed with wayy TOO much ice. When I ordered less ice for the strawberry matcha, the cup was served noticeably low. While it's a good workspace with kind staff, I really hope they adjust their sweetness levels and drink portions!
SOFT OPENING REVIEW! New Viet coffee spot... and it's named after Fetty Wap???? Okay, not really... sorry... I really liked the Banana Matcha Latte! Matcha was earthy and pretty strong. BUT the drink itself was really sweet (even after less sweetness). So keep in mind, it's definitely a dessert type of drink. I can imagine the standard matcha latte is phenomenal though. We also tried the Caphe Den Da, which is the typical iced black coffee. It is also on the sweet side, but BOYYYY was that coffee really high quality! Strong and fragrant. I was a pretty big fan of the experience here! Lots of seating inside, but the air conditioning wasn't great. Parking on the weekend wasn't too bad though!

We tried the lychee tea and a few different coffees, and everything was really good. The lychee tea was super refreshing, and they have a lot of coffee options to choose from. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great place to hang out. Definitely coming back! read more

Every drink I've tried has been beautifully crafted, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell there's care and attention put into every cup. Whether you're a coffee lover, matcha fan, or tea person, there's something for everyone. Their menu is also expanding, and the newest menu has SO many tempting options! A few standouts include the Saigon Silk, Banana Cream Coffee, Mont Blanc, Banana Matcha Latte, Strawberry Matcha Latte, Matcha Tofu, and Hojicha Latte. Coffee: Their Vietnamese coffee drinks are rich, bold, and creative. Matcha: Smooth, creamy, and perfectly balanced--not overly sweet. Tea: Great options if you want something refreshing or lighter. Sweets: The Strawberry Croffle and Oreo Croffle are definitely worth trying when you have a little extra time! And the presentation? SO cute! Every drink feels like a little treat. We found out about this store on Yelp and decided to give it a try. It was still in soft opening until August 7. They had 20% off during soft opening. Their menu was simple. They had a few options for coffee (mostly Vietnamese style coffee) and matcha. We ordered the Mable drip and banana matcha latte. Good: - Marble Drip was strong and smooth. It was towards the sweeter side due to the condensed milk. - Manama matcha latte had dried banana slices on top and the banana cream was sweet and creamy. - The inside was spacious and cozy. There were quite a few seats indoor. Outdoor parking was convenient too. Needs improvement: - For both drinks, we got less ice. However, the ice still filled 3/4 of the cup. Also, the marble drip cup was not even full. I was quite disappointed that they gave us so much ice (and therefore so little drink). - Matcha itself was quite bland. It could be due to the ice level or just the matcha itself. read more

We came here on a whim, Saturday morning and found that they were in a soft opening! The interior is really nice and had good seating. They had a variety of drinks that are popular and everyone can like! I got the banana matcha latte and my boyfriend got the cloud 36. * SOFT OPENING 20% OFF UNTIL AUG 7TH * Drinks: - Strawberry Cream Matcha Latte: strawberry puree was fresh and natural, matcha is thin and could be stronger, overall refreshing. Comes with dried strawberry bits on top. - Banana Cream Matcha Latte: banana is addictive and doesn't taste artificial but wish it was stronger. Cream is light and not heavy. Comes with biscoff crumbs on top. Recommend mixing everything in drink as it tastes better but matcha is overall light/subtle in flavor. OVERALL: Cream is light and not overpowering in flavor. Matchas are light and could be stronger in flavor. I likely would not come back for the matcha but I'm still down to try the rest of their menu like their coffees. There's plenty of parking and seating. Interior is spacious and feels very open. I don't think they have AC at the moment but their fan still works. Great matcha! Saw this place on TikTok and wanted to try it out- definitely will be back. You can tell that the matcha is good quality and had the right amount of strawberry/mango flavor. I added an einspanner top and it was delicious. Interior is also very modern and minimalist, perfect place to study at as well. read more
There's another newcomer on the block Phedi Coffee specialize in tradtional Vietnamese coffee and matcha latte making its round in the South Bay. We were there last week during their 20% discount promotion soft opening day. Came back on a Friday morning and the staff were so pleasant order process via self-service kiosk no cash as I chose the Saigon silk tegular ice less sweetness a bold Vietnamese coffee drink topped with a savory salted cream layer a velvet dense textured flavor. Bro chose Saigon cloud topped with a thick fluffy like layer of cold foam both drinks were refreshing price $6.75 each very reasonable would definitely be back. Ample parking with so many surrounding shops and restaurants. read more
I really like how simple and open it is. The staff are really nice and helpful. If you want actual coffee that's not super gimmicky, then this is the place for you. I'm not sure if you can adjust sweetness but the default isn't that sweet. read more

Tried their Mango Matcha and it was so good I forgot to take a picture because I finished it so fast! The water chestnut boba was the first time I'd ever had it, and it was surprisingly good. I loved the unique texture. I also ordered the Salted Coffee to try, and it was delicious too. Probably a little too much caffeine before 10 a.m., but totally worth it. The owners were incredibly friendly and patient. They answered all of my questions and gave great recommendations, which made the experience even better. They're still in their soft opening, and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Excited to see them do well! read more

Phedi Coffee is currently one of my favorite coffee spot. The Saigon Silk is everything Vietnamese coffee should be. Bold, rich, and strong enough to get your day going. The salted cream is so good and balances out the intensity of the coffee perfectly. The space itself is also a huge plus it's spacious with plenty of tables and seating, and parking is super easy. If you love strong coffee, I highly recommend trying the Saigon Silk with salted cream. So smooth, creamy, and flavorful. This is how Vietnamese coffee should be done! read more

Went to Phe-di after seeing it all over social media and decided to check it out during their soft opening. There were three of us, and we each got different drinks. Unfortunately, none of them were that good. Brown Sugar Matcha Latte: Way too milky and I could barely taste the matcha. It was also really sweet. Honestly reminded me of Starbucks matcha. Banana Cream Coffee: Didn't taste any banana at all, and the coffee itself was really watered down. Cà Phê Sữa Đá: This one was the most disappointing. It tasted watered down and sour, almost like the beans were burnt. I know it was only their soft opening, so hopefully they'll improve the recipes. Just wasn't worth the hype based on our first visit. read more

The ambience as soon as you walk in is VIBES!!! Zen like features as soon as you walk in. Staff is friendly and hospitable. New spot in the neighborhood and they have been open for a couple months. I wasn't sure what to order and the young lady at the front was super knowledgeable and gave me her recommendation. Iced coffee is on point! i came in with my friend to visit a new place because we wanted to get a drink and they also had wifi, since we were going to lock in for 2-3 hours. i believe it was their soft opening, i got the banana matcha latte and my best friend got the coffee version of it. it was good, the coffee one was really strong though. the parking is plentiful, one thing to note, while we were working, the music is a bit loud so bring headphones and keep that in mind! read more

Phedi Coffee was such a pleasant surprise! If you're looking for something beyond your typical coffee shop, this place brings a bold Vietnamese twist that's absolutely worth trying. The Mont Blanc was easily my favorite--rich, creamy, and incredibly flavorful. We also ordered the Saigon Silk, Banana Cream Coffee, and the Brown Sugar Matcha Latte, and every drink was delicious. The coffee is strong, smooth, and packed with bold flavors without being overpowering, while the matcha was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. Everything felt thoughtfully crafted, and you can really taste the quality in every sip. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Got the Saigon Silk and it was so good, very silky/smooth for a Vietnamese coffee, not thick. They also had a complimentary pandan jasmine tea and it was also sooo good, no artificial flavors. I hope they do well! There are no coffee places in this vicinit read more
dad and i decided to try this place out, they're doing a 20% off currently for their soft opening. the cafe was warm toned brown & white very modern and clean. the space was big and there wasn't too much people when we came. the brown sugar matcha i thought it would be sweet since i saw a decent amount of syrup but it wasn't! the drink was good but i could the matcha wasn't the best quality. the saigon silk!!! the cream had a light salty flavor, decently sweet and the coffee base was strong and not overly sweet. this place was cute and drinks were yummy. they also had a pandan jasmine tea to try SO YUMMY it smelled sooo aromatic as well. since its a soft opening they obviously still have things they're working on, but i can totally see this place being popular! read more
