The viet coffee they use is pretty strong and does well to cut through the creaminess of the milk and cream top. The custard cloud was on the sweeter side but I really enjoyed the eggy top which had a lot of flavor as well. Such a great coffee pop up and I'll have to try the matcha next time! Although it is not closer to my neck of the woods, it tends to be a fan favorite of ours to make the drive out and enjoy our small cup of coffee. Whether its a flat white, matcha latte, hojicha latte, or something else, it is consistently delicious. They also have pastries available and super fancy Fossa chocolate that we've actually scoured for when traveling in Singapore. Parking isn't the greatest but quality in the simplicity of it all.

Pretty good. 2) Fire Nation's Butter Mochi: -Certain days they would run out of one flavor, other days they would swap it up from what I believe. -I got a black sesame and kinako banana. -I think I got a third one, but a friend ate that. It was more of a savory flavor, but unfortunately forgot what it was. -My favorite was the kinako banana since it was a neat twist on what a banana bread would be like in a different form. -Very filling, decently large piece of butter (shaped like a rectangle of butter) mochi and easily shareable too. -You have to eat it the day of since it does get dry and hard if you try saving it for the next day, sadly. 3) Spam Musubi (Sizzle Crisp Rice Snack): -Decent spam musubi. -Rice had the perfect texture, it didn't fall apart and despite it being, I'm sure prepared before hitting the con floor, it wasn't soggy in the slightest. I've had some Vietnamese coffees that made me feel like I was going to bounce off the walls, this was more mellow. But it still has the strong coffee flavor I'm used to. The peach drink was super refreshing, full of peach flavor, but again the level of sugar wasn't cloying at all. And the little chunks of peach added a nice texture to the experience. Again, not an expert on milk tea/boba, but this was probably some of the best I've had, definitely the best I can remember. Inside the shop is a bit spartan but there's seating for a few groups.
