Another poor decision coming here. I decided to get the iced viet coffee to avoid a half cup of coffee with 2 inches of cream. $7 ended up going to waste because I couldn't drink it all. The flavor was not good. Too thick, I added more ice once it all melted and I still couldn't bare forcing myself to drink it. I came here because it's close to my house and thought it would have been better than Starbucks but I was wrong. Went to donut shop today and spent $5.25 for a small hot coffee and donut. No disappointment here. The service at the counter was nice and fast by the way. There was a long ordering line and the barista kindly grabbed my online order.
Had a great time getting drinks here with my partner on a slow Sunday morning around 9:30 am. It's a small coffee shop next to 3 other establishments of a Poki Bowl, Botox, and Acai Bowls. There's lots of street parking and lot parking nearby. It's a classy intimate coffee shop with outdoor and indoor seating. They have table tops, bar seating, and a wooden shelf for more seating with outlets. We ordered a banana latte and blueberry matcha. It took about 5-7 minutes for our order to be complete. I loved my banana latte since it had lots of foam, great banana flavor, and was smooth to drink. Great drink and great experience!
Okay i'm generally not a coffee person at all but i wanted to try pour decisions! and honestly it was a 10/10 I got the Banana Latte With milk! and my friend got the PBJ Latte and it was fire i would rather get that one! mines was pretty strong so my friend asked if they can add more milk and the lady did not hesitate to do so the service was pretty nice and they were very sweet and welcoming and it's dog friendly!!! which makes it 10/10 I would definitely be coming back and i love how it's family owned so cool!
Cute ambiance inside- love the step seating- super comfy! Unique coffee menu ( blueberry lattes , banana lattes, etc ). Food options were limited but the burritos are good, seems like they have many unique flavors. The banana latte is absolutely delicious and the foam was yummy! Only caveat was the service was kind of slow!

I tried the Ube coffee which is a Vietnamese iced coffee with the ube foam on top. It was delicious. Not overly sweet or overpowering. The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. It looks like they serve alcohol drinks as well. The shop is bright and colorful with seating and a counter top to sit at. I don't think I'd work or study here since it's a bit upbeat but it was cool.
The phin ube and phin pandan coffee were very thick and delicious when we ordered it here. The service was fast with a nice patio for seating. The ambiance had a nice interior; they also served beer, and it looked like a good place for it based on the decor.
I like this place. It's a combination between a bar and boba place with WiFi and tvs. A solid place to meet with friends, catch the game, or get some work done. There is a bathroom and a lot of seating both outside and some on the inside. Noise levels vary depending on when you come and if a game is going on. Workers are nice. They have beer on tap and tea drinks! They do not have many toppings options nor boba for their drinks which I was bummed by, but the drinks we got were still solid and refreshing. I think they could expand their boba teas more, but I understand if they are more focused on their beer.
Coffee, tea, and beer here! But came for the matcha. Indoor and outdoor seatings. They have some pastries for small bites. Currently has a valentines drink featuring raspberry matcha. Ordered at the counter and got a layered pink green, and red drink. Creamy top and look like they make the raspberry syrup. Good raspberry flavor with the texture of raspberry seeds. Matcha on the other hand was a bit lacking. Drink is nice if you like a more creamy and raspberry syrup flavor. Would try their matcha horchata next time. Busy parking in this area.
I'm very picky when it comes to matcha, but this place has one of the best matchas I've had in San Jose! I was genuinely impressed, not only by the quality of the matcha, but also by how quick and friendly their customer service is. If you're a student looking for reliable Wi-Fi or a cozy place to study, this is definitely a spot to check out. Great matcha, quick service, and a study-friendly atmosphere.
They just released spring new drinks today so I had to talk about pour decision-making on my part for coming here. Normally I don't do fizzy drinks but the new fizz looks so good I had to try it. It wasn't too strong fizz but the raspberry flavor was good and the raspberry foamy thing I think?! Was pretty good too. I have been here a couple times and their special drinks like peanut butter latte are always good.
I love a place that understands duality. Caffeine and Craft beer. Let's start with the good: 1. the variety in color of the cream is BEAUTIFUL especially the purple one (ube). I also really liked the decor and ambiance. 2. inside is very modern-industrial. full tap wall lined u It's not cluttered. It's not chaotic. It's very Bay Area casual. Here's were I struggled a bit.. There was hella egg cream. Like... aggressively generous. And while I love richness, the ratio felt off. The coffee was bold and tasty and wish that spoke more than the egg cream. If you're someone who loves a dessert-forward drink, you'll probably be obsessed. If you're here for caffeine that slaps you awake? You might feel slightly betrayed. Flavor: 7.5/10 (would be higher with better cream balance) Service was quick and smooth, no issues there. Would I come back? Yes. But next time I'd probably ask for lighter egg cream or just traditional coffee to balance it out.
Walking in, there is a great ambiance to it. The menus are lit up and easy to read. It's kind of a smaller place so not too much sitting. It's a coffee shop and a craft beer place. My gf and I went for the coffee. I got an iced Hawaiian latte with oatmilk (still wish they had soy but they don't). It has a strong note of coconut so if you are not a fan of coconut, I wouldn't suggest the Hawaiian latte. I like coconut so I enjoyed it. The one thing that would make this place better is if they had different sizes, as they only had one size and I wish I had a large. The service is good. They were smiling and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. They thanked us and told us to enjoy. It's those little things that make their customer service stand out. I'll come back next time to try out their other lattes.
Been here numerous times for beer and food and has always been bomb. The staff is always friendly and patient , letting you sample beers before purchasing. Inside and outdoor seating. Not super big place but a comfortable spot. Owner is super nice and down to earth as well. Makes it easy to come back! Had my favorite Pulp beer from Fieldwork. Also had a mozzarella and pesto sandwich from them and was much better than expected. Bread itself tasted/felt fresh with a good little toast. ( im sure it's packaged but still really good) I haven't tried the bahn mis yet from them but they do get them from Duc Huong who is very well known in the bay for bahn mi. Next time! read more

I've visited this location many times since it's been open. My favorite has got to be the Peanut Butter Latte, the peanut taste isn't overpowering which is what makes it perfect in my opinion. I've tried the other options and they just don't quite compare to it. They also offer a rotation of bites and pastries which is great for those who get easily bored of the same menu. I love the vibe although the indoor space is quite small. Coffee in the morning, Happy hour brews by evening. The beers they have on tap rotate and the options are stellar, I've gotten a flight as well. They sell packs and single cans from local breweries as well for the fanatics. It's great to see that they occasionally host events with vendors and food trucks which is nice for the community. read more
I've been meaning to try this spot for months now! It has a nice outdoor patio and some seating inside. I got the banana matcha and I gotta say the cream top was definitely the star of the show. The banana cream was thick and whipped. It tastes so good and you can tell it's made with real bananas. At first sip, I noticed the matcha itself is not sweetened. Ordered some drinks to bring home so I can't say much about the ambiance. This location is pretty far south in San Jose The drinks were packed neatly in a carrier then bagged. I ordered the Ube, Pandan, Matcha Strawberry, Peanut Butter, and a viet coffee lattes. All of the drinks were pretty good. The Ube was a little too thick but flavor was good. The Peanut butter has to be a popular drink. The peanut butter flavor comes through really well. The coffee was pretty good. I liked the pandan latte but wish it had a stronger flavor. Overall, I will be trying other Pour Decisions locations. read more

I tried the Banana Matcha Latte. The banana foam on top tasted fine, though it had more of an artificial flavor than a fresh banana taste. The matcha itself was good and not overly sweet. Overall, the drink was just okay. My friend ordered the peanut butter coffee, and it was delicious. It was very unique, and I've never had anything like it before. read more

First time trying this place out and the person working was super helpful in choosing my drink and food options. The matcha with one cream was delicious, the perfect amount of sweetness. They sub for non-dairy milk as well. We also tried the longanisa bites and the Korean pastry and they were delicious. I would go back just for those. The vibe was cool and they were playing r and b music. They also have beer on tap. Would come back! read more

Pour Decisions is becoming one of my new favorite coffee shops in the South Bay! They have one of the best strawberry matchas I've ever tried. I keep coming back for more! You can really tell in the taste that their drinks are made with high quality ingredients and real strawberries! Plus their cups are so darn unique and fun to drink out of. They have a laid back vibe with indoor and outdoor seating which is perfect because they sell beer too! I always use their easily accessible mobile ordering system to get my drinks on the go. However, each time I have been in they haven't ever had too long of a line. So excited to keep trying more awesome drinks from Pour Decisions! read more
Pour Decisions Craft offers an unique vibe unlike a lot of coffee shops in the Bay Area. The vibe is more laid back, casual serving up nothing but good coffee and refreshing beers. The menu is stacked with intriguing coffee flavors such as pandan, peanut butter, and ube. Not to mention they also have seasonal drinks like Pumpkin Spice Latte during the fall season. For alcohol selection, they have everything from IPAs, sour, ciders, you name it. Theres a selection of prepackaged beers to-go as well. The interior features bar stool seating, some stacked bleacher style seats, small tables, and a bar facing the window great for people watching. I do wish the metal chairs were more comfortable since this is more of a hanging out establishment. The staff members are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The coffee took about 8-10 minutes to come out on a busy Saturday morning. * Peanut Butter latte - This was so so delicious. The peanut flavor shines beautifully through each sip of coffee. The topping is thick but not overly thick- really great consistency. If you are a peanut butter lover, do not hesitate to order this. * Pumpkin spice latte - This was the best pumpkin spice latte hands down. The coffee is smooth, sweet, with a strong spice forward finish. It really does embody the flavors of the fall season perfectly. Order it if its on the menu! Skip that PSL at Starbies- its overrated anyway. If you like sweet coffee drinks, I would come here. There is little to no sugar customization so expect your lattes to be on the sweet side. Prices are on the higher end for the amount of coffee you actually get. Excluding the cream topping, the amount of coffee is quite small so you can expect your drink to be finished fast. Each drink is about $7-$8 each. I like that they allow outside food with the exception of Poke from next door. This really allows flexibility in your food options especially with the surrounding restaurants nearby. But please, be respectful and clean up after yourself. We will be back to try more drinks! read more

Located in South San Jose, Pour Decisions is a brewery/coffee shop, which is a cool combo. They also had a front patio too, which was very helpful since we had our dogs with us. We were able to sit down and enjoy our drinks. I had my sights set on their signature Phin coffee and ordered the Sesame Coffee, which is Vietnamese coffee topped with house made black sesame cream. The Sesame Coffee was delicious and was a great coffee fix. I'm not in the South San Jose area enough, so I wish there was a location closer to me! However, it was still great giving them a try! read more

SOOO GOOD Went here for the first time today with my boyfriend. I've been eyeing it since I saw it on social media, and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! We got the peanut butter latte and the blueberry matcha latte. The peanut butter latte was DELICIOUS. It was a perfect balance of peanut butter and coffee, and was very creamy. The blueberry matcha latte was also surprisingly delightful. It was also very creamy, with both flavors complimenting each other in harmony. Literally so yummy. The place itself is in a fairly busy plaza, but there's ample parking. The ambiance of the place was very casual and cool, with fun decoration. There's a nice outdoor patio to enjoy your drink and the sun. There's employees are also very nice, they're very helpful! Will definitely go again. Until then, I'm dreaming of that peanut butter latte read more

I'm so happy I finally got the chance to try out Pour Decisions. The variety is amazing: lattes, phin-dripped coffee (!!! perfect for people who love Vietnamese coffee), matcha, and even craft beer. I think I saw some bakery/food options on the menu as well. They don't charge for alternative milk here which is a plus. I ordered a blueberry matcha with oat milk at the recommendation of the cashier. He also recommended the horchata matcha which is probably what I'll try next time. You can taste the blueberry before you even sip on the cream. The crumbles at the top were really good, I wish every café had them. Really hit the spot after a nice run. :) Line was out the door but the service was still attentive and very hospitable. Decent outdoor seating, I'd definitely come back to catch up and chat with a friend over their unique drink selection. Honestly would even go on a date here, the vibes are cute. read more

I drove 30+ minutes just to try the phin coffee at Pour Decisions Craft! The Pandan latte was delightful, and I appreciated the ability to customize the sweetness. Be warned that half sweet is still pretty sweet. My husband got the peanut butter latte, which tasted like a peanut butter cup. You were not able to customize the sweetness level of the peanut butter latte. The cups and branding were super cute, and the interior is a bit like a sports bar with several beers on tap and a few TVs playing. Overall, it was a good experience, but the ambiance is not your typical sit down coffee shop. I look forward to their Mountain View location opening soon! I'll be there shortly after it opens. :) read more

This was our first time at Pour Decisions. We stopped in for coffee/matcha. We found parking on the street right in front! The spot is pretty cool. I mean, look at the triple layered seating (picture posted). There are also tables, a bar style area and tons of seating on the outside patio! We ordered a Banana Latte & Banana Matcha. My daughter loved her Banana Matcha. She said the matcha was delish and just the right amount of banana flavor. However my Banana Latte was not to my liking. It was too sweet and not a strong enough coffee taste. Next time I'd love to try the Egg Coffee! read more

I really wanted to like this place bc it's dog friendly & I love beer & coffee :( lots of outdoor seating which was nice lots of people coming in & out tho Inside feels kinda cramped imo blueberry matcha - 8/10 would be higher bc taste is good but the size is tiny :( like a Starbucks tall maybe? idk burritos - 2/10 extremely tiny size (smaller than my hand) for $9 also it was ridiculously hot & I burnt my hands & tongue trying to even take a tiny bite , & there was like no meat & a very large amount of undercooked potato cubes they do have cans of beer in the fridge too & we found an Ube beer that was surprisingly good; however I don't think this place can or should technically take credit for just carrying a beer that happens to be nice read more
