Cute little coffee shop that seems to specialize in roasting. The drinks have strong nutty/chocolate/roast notes that to me is distinctive to local coffee shops in comparison to more light/sweet/floral notes of larger ones, but I'm not a pro or anything. I was reading through the reviews when ordering and was worried that the drinks would be too sweet or overwhelming in flavor, but I didn't it to be an issue. I was particularly afraid of the Leprechaun but it was good! The barista was very chipper and nice which I really appreciated. There are outdoor tables. It is located in a plaza with plenty of parking.

I went in on a Friday at 1:30p and it wasn't busy. Parking is spacious and cafe is easy to find. The atmosphere inside was neat too. Seating is pretty limited though. Worker was super nice and energetic! I got the almond joe latte, and flavor is STRONG. I love almond so yum. The sweetness level is probably like other places' 75%, pretty balanced. Actually I'm drinking it while writing the review and I'd give the Almond Joe drink a 10/10 :) Bring it to sip on in the library a block away!!!!! There are also different speciality drinks that I would try again, like Major Tom. Overall, I'd come again.

Came here on a Monday morning around 8am and it wasn't busy! So much parking outside and the inside was spacious with a lot of tables to work at. It was my first time here and their menu had alot of fun drinks! I had a hard time picking one so I asked what they recommended. I ended up ordering the dirty thai tea! It was so yummy I should've got a large Definitely need to come back asap to get it again but I also want to try their other drinks as well!

Quick and easy to order. Love the vibes on the inside as well. I'm not a huge coffee fan but I think the inside really has that coffee lovers vibe. We got the cinnamon roll drink to share and I will say it was interesting. It was a coffee flavor with toffee and then cinnamon after taste. Once the ice melted a little, the flavors blended together better and was much more enjoyable. But don't wait too long for the ice to melt because then it became watered down

    Pretty varied menu selection

Cute little cozy place. I ordered the honey lavender latte and it wasn't too sweet. I tried other places that serve lavender and it's usually overpowering, this was a good balance. They have a pretty good menu selection. I would come back to try the other drinks.

Moonbean's is my go-to coffee shop and I love that I live sooo close to it. Their lines are usually out the door and for good reason. I actually saw my last review was 9 years ago for this place---- and I still love this place. (I moved away from the area for a few years but bought a house nearby so I'm back now.) My drink is an iced zebra mocha. I've tried a couple of their other specialty drinks but my favorite is the zebra mocha. Service is great, staff is always kind. Seating is still limited inside with either people hanging out to catch up or to do work. I usually just order my drinks and go home. They have a stamp card system that I hope never goes away lol.

My brother and I were looking to get out of the house without having to spend too much money. I was very reluctant to come to this spot initially because I've been drinking Vietnamese iced coffee exclusively, but changed my mind quickly after walking in. The AI-generated coffee images pasted in the windows were a bit tacky, but the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable about coffee. I ordered the dirty Thai and my brother got some espresso drink made with some hard to source coffee beans. I've had the Thai tea + espresso concept before so I knew I'd like it, but I was pleasantly surprised at how relatively affordable this option is here compared to the other places where I've seen it. My brother enjoyed his drink so much that he went back inside and bought a bag of the coffee beans. There isn't the most seating inside, it is a small shop, and a few people were working on their laptops. There were tables open for standing and waiting and a couple of seats outdoors, but I wouldn't take my chances at planning to get work done here. I'd recommend MoonBean's to any coffee connoisseur, or if you're looking to take that one friend that is stuck in their ca phe sua da and boba era then the dirty Thai won't let you down.

Major Tom was rich and flavorful. Ample parking, and the establishment was clean and well-maintained. Customer service was decent.

The pastry was perfectly flaky and warm, and the fillings were super flavorful. It was the perfect pairing with the coffee. The whole experience was great--great drinks, great food, and a spot we'll definitely be coming back to. Their coffee is really good; I particularly like their dine-in-only Phin drip cream-top coffee. Though it is a little pricy, it comes with its own little drip setup, your choice of type of cream, and a little pastry snack. I also like their refreshers, though I would recommend the lower sweetness option, but I wouldn't recommend their matcha. Their food options are also appealing--their báhn mìs are quite good, but their pâté chauds were already sold out at ~12:30 PM, which was a little disappointing. I hope to try more of their food and snack options in the future. I would say that their prices range from being relatively reasonable (particularly for the food) to a little pricy (for some of the drinks). The quality varies, but is overall pretty good. It's also a good spot to study or work, as it has free Wifi and a number of electrical outlets, but it isn't open particularly late. Overall, I would definitely recommend you give this spot a try, particularly if you like good, strong coffee with a snack. The service is friendly and fast, the interior is clean and aesthetically pleasing, and the bathroom is clean (though the paper towel dispenser was empty or broken today).

The donuts were made to order, and I still remember the two young employees who worked there. They'd happily let you know it might take a few minutes because they wanted you to experience the product the way it was meant to taste. That kind of pride in what you're serving is rare, and it made a real impression. There's something different about that kind of enthusiasm coming from employees versus an owner. An owner has an obvious stake in selling you on something, but when the people making your food are genuinely excited for you to try it, that energy is contagious. You can't help but feed off of it. Fast forward to this year. My daughter loves coming here since we frequently visit the amazing Chinese restaurant next door (China Delight-highly recommend), so I've brought her a few times. Unfortunately, it's been a different experience. The donuts are always pre-made, and the focus seems to be more on cleaning and closing down than on having a fresh product ready for customers. To be fair, the staff is always friendly and I do appreciate a clean shop , but when I'm choosing between a spotless floor and a donut worth eating, I'd rather have the latter. I'll note that I usually come a bit after dinnertime, so maybe timing plays a role. But after a few visits with the same result, it feels more like a shift in priorities than bad luck. I genuinely hope this place finds its way back to what made it great. The bones are there. The location is great, the staff is kind, and clearly there's a customer base that wants to love this place. Bring back the fresh donuts and you'll earn those stars back!!

In addition to mochi donuts they sell hot dogs, coffee, and fruity tea. I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. The shop was empty of customers; they must be busy in the mornings. They sell three donuts for $10.50, but they seemed to be out of quite a few flavors, so I ordered two chocolate and one Nutella. They are pre-made and stored in a glass case, unlike other places like Modo Hawaii that make them when you order. The donuts come in a nice box. They are large and dense and chewy, but weren't to my taste as I like them smaller and lighter, but that's just a personal preference. I'm not sure if I will go back, but I hope they do well at the Cottle location.

It may actually be a strong contender to dethrone my current #1 matcha spot in South Bay I arrived with the full intention of trying their coveted banana matcha latte, but had to pivot to try their seasonal melon matcha latte once I saw it on the menu. Amazinggg flavor! The matcha was creamy, earthy, and just strong enough. The melon flavor was so well executed in this drink and you definitely taste the melon notes right away, which was delightful. It was refreshing and fruity without being overpowering. Best way I can describe it is like a honeydew Melona ice cream bar melted into a matcha latte. My friend got the double matcha guava latte with a guava cream top, which was delicious and tropical, but we both agreed that the melon matcha latte was the standout by far.
