Popped into my favorite cafe while running errands to grab a drink & TGTG bag. * Tried their holiday Mulled Hojicha - pure holiday spirit in a cup. Sweet, spiced, & the roasted tea still comes through! * Staff is always kind, attentive, & meticulously thorough in preparing drinks (thank you, Calvin!) Banner outside shows they may be planning a nice expansion. Looking forward to seeing their expanded space!

I finally found the time to come check this place I out and I'm so glad I did! Super nice staff, plenty of parking and the area is so relaxing. Plenty of space and for a change really comfortable sits so you can actively work for a couple of hours comfortably. Note their opening hours as they're owned by the church next door. I haven't tried the food but it looked really good!

Venture coffee is in the venture church complex but it's a coffee shop available to everyone! Lots of room for working including indoor and outdoor seating space, I'll definitely be coming here more often, in the mornings since they close early. I ordered an iced oat latte here which was amazing and came with big ice cubes which didn't water down the drink and an Ube croissant that was bright purple on the inside but tbh tasted like a coconut topped cream cheese croissant in my opinion - still good though! Can't wait to come by again to try more of their seasonal stuff.

I just had to write a review for my new favorite coffee and zen space in one. ;) Venture is my local church and I am so happy to support them in a new way with my coffee addiction. ;) This coffee spot is in located in front of the church for anyone that hasn't been to Venture. The interior is beautiful with plants and a very clean, modern vibe with comfy chairs. My kids attended Adventure Camp this week and as a treat they gave the parents a free coffee Tuesday and Wednesday. (Yay)! I had a vanilla cold brew with oat milk because it was such a hot day and the flavor was amazing. I also treated myself to an ube croissant and it turned out being the ube croissant of my dreams. I almost fear writing this review because I don't want them to sell out the next time I visit, but I feel like I have to spread the food love on Yelp. Hopefully they will just order more if they start to sell out. ;) The baristas were super friendly and made all of the drinks so efficiently. My husband and I returned on Friday so I could put the coffeehouse to the real test since he is the true coffee connoisseur ;) (he has a coffee bean sourcing app). Lol He ordered a cortado and said it was really good. We will of course be back to praise Jesus, and good coffee. ;)

I had such a wonderful experience at Venture Coffee. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful--it feels like more than just a place to get coffee; it's a space where community and kindness are at the center. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuine, always making you feel cared for. The coffee is excellent (better than many big-name cafés!), and the pastries/snacks are fresh and delicious. What makes this spot extra special is knowing that your purchase supports the church's mission and outreach. It's the kind of place you want to come back to, not only for the great drinks but also for the uplifting spirit it brings. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area--whether to study, chat with friends, or simply enjoy a moment of peace with a good cup of coffee. I recommend trying Hojicha Latte, cold :D

Lattes at a church.... Yes please! Neighbor Bakehouse from SF baked treats - Ube Croissant was recommended and yum Saint Frank local coffee beans from SF also. Nice and new modern design with ample seating to hang out, and super friendly staff - Calvin, Kim, Ruthanne and Coty greeted us today. I spied Dandelion Chocolate - will need to try next time!

This place is phenomenal! The coffee is top quality, the baristas are wonderful and it is such a spacious place to study/work/chat in. Definitely recommend.

Tucked inside Venture Christian Church, Venture Coffee is way more than just a church café--it's a full-on coffee experience worth seeking out, even if you're not there for a service. First, the Cortado. I'm a sucker for balance, and this one nails it. Smooth, rich espresso meets just the right amount of perfectly textured milk--no bitterness, no foam overload, just that velvety magic that makes you stop mid-conversation and say, "Wait, this is really good." Then there's the Matcha. Wow. Earthy but not grassy, creamy without being cloying, and somehow both energizing and calming at the same time. It's made with care, not just tossed together like an afterthought. I've had matcha all over the Bay, and this one holds its own with the best. The vibe? Warm, welcoming, and peaceful--with big windows, natural light, and kind baristas who clearly love what they do. Whether you're catching up with a friend or finding a moment of quiet, this place has soul. If you're a coffee snob, a matcha enthusiast, or just someone looking for your next favorite spot--Venture Coffee is calling your name. Go. Sip. Thank me later.

I really like this slightly new, hidden and out the way cafe. They serve Saint Frank Coffee! The BEST IMO. It's been here for a few months now. I've visited them about 4 times and their drinks NEVER disappoint. Unfortunately, this past weekend my order was made incorrectly. I ordered an iced Gingerbread Latte but somehow got a hot GL. I quickly mentioned after they called my name, but while the barista was preparing my drink and chatting with a customer, I just hoped it wasn't my coffee since I noticed it was a hot latte. I didn't want to interrupt the process especially because it was made pretty quickly and the customer was speaking to staff standing right in front of pick up counter area. I waited to make sure it was my drink, because I also did not want to be rude about it by assuming. I'm glad they were able to remake it correctly and efficiently. however, the barista was blatantly rude after that. I thanked them, but then had to ask for a straw because this cafe does not offer straws in the self-service/sugar station area. Overall, the latte is delicious and probably the best Gingerbread Latte I've ever had! I truly hope their service can improve, as I also did notice a customer come in shortly after I was ready to pay for my order, saying he never received his drink. I was trying to connect to wifi for a while since the service is bad in this area. I was there for a good 4-6 minutes and i'm not sure when he placed his order since there was no one ahead of me when we arrived. It's usually pretty full (parking) on Sunday's. I recommend to stop by on a weekday or Saturday! I look forward to trying other seasonal items, if any. But I'll definitely be back.

    Delicious looking pastries.

They do not have any dedicated parking and you will need to rely on street parking, but from the times I have been there, it has been pretty fruitful. When walking towards the reserved area, you are greeted with very mystical decor, with hanging fake wisterias, and decorated in floral. The menu has a good amount of items to try from, and they do have seasonal drinks. When I asked the last time, they did mention they stock their pastries from Manresa (if you are a fan, you might want to order a thing or two!) The service is very friendly, and I waited max only 10 minutes for my drink. Despite it being completely outdoor, there is ample seating, and while I might not recommend it for studying or working from home, this is a cute spot to catch up with friends or even read a book outdoors. The last few times I went, I got a lavender latte (and it did not blow my mind nor differed from other places), but despite that, it still fulfilled a need. I also have ordered a seasonal orange cardamom latte (only comes iced), which had subtle floral notes and a mild citrus flavor. It was delicious. I wish it came hot, but that is just preference. A great local spot! I will continue to come back if I am in the area.

The whole ensemble of textures and flavors came together very well - it also came with these two aioli type of sauces that really elevated the burrito. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich was also delicious, even reheated on the second day. The bun was airy and the bacon was thick and crispy. We also shared truffle tots, which came as plain tots with truffle parmesan. Also delicious. The vienna latte was my favorite drink. The cocoa dusted cream top reminded me of tiramisu, my favorite. The double shot of espresso was rich and strong, and still carried through the thick cream top. The raspberry matcha special had a pleasant raspberry punch but it was too tart overall for my preference. It can get quite noisy, including in their new indoor/outdoor seating area. The line outside can look daunting but it moves quickly. Service was great! We paid about $28pp total. Would love to try the rest of their menu!

There are charging ports under some of the tables. The menu is a bit hard to read--some items are on a big hanging letterboard, some are on a laminated printout, others are in a standing letterboard, and some of the items lack descriptions (would you know what an All Nighter drink is without having to look it up?), which made it a bit confusing to order. There are some interesting food options, and the menu is on the limited side which assures me that each item will likely be or a higher quality. The prices make sense for the portion sizes as well. I think the coffee is better than the food--the All Nighter was very interesting, as the coffee flavor was pretty strongly fruity compared to what I am used to with Vietnamese lattes (this item was described as the cafe's take of one). I would love to try some of their other flavored lattes, which they profess are made with house-made syrups. The ube waffle was okay--it isn't better than anything I could make at home with a storebought waffle mix, and is not served with any condiments or toppings. I am curious about their other food options but am thus far not particularly awed. I like that they are pretty coffee-forward and that their drinks are not overly sweetened, and I would recommend it. I plan to come back to try their other offerings.
