I came by on a Sunday afternoon to pick up my drinks that I ordered through DoorDash on their website. The inside is nice and there were plenty of tables available. However, we went to the counter to pick up our drinks and were ignored by all the employees for 5 minutes. When they finally acknowledged us, they told us to go order at the kiosk. We told them that we ordered online, and they got our drinks out of a fridge, which meant they had been ready the whole time. We got a banana matcha 75% sweet and a raspberry black tea 100% sweet. Both were very sweet but good. I might come back and get the drinks less sweet, but I definitely wouldn't order online again. The bad customer service discourages me from coming again.
My co-workers and I would dine-in for lunch or after hours a great place to hang out serving boba drinks at a reasonable price. Bro and I came by on a Saturday morning shortly after 9 best time to avoid the crowd and shoppers alike. Menu selection is via kiosk payable by credit or cash which ever is more convenient. I order the taro ube milk 25% sweetness regular ice a popular Filipino drink with added condensed milk a mixture of creamy purple aroma. Bro choice Thai milk tea 25% sweetness regular ice a refreshing cool summer drink vibrant has a distinct taste. The cashier was super polite and greeted us as we came in. Definitely a top notch been coming out here for nearly eight years highly recommend whereas there are so many boba tea cafes a stiff competition only the strong survived.
It's been a really really long time since I last visited but since I was in the area grabbing dinner... why not make a quick stop since I was thirsty. The menu offering @ Bobaholics is huge. The snack menu alone will leave you in awe. Here you will find teas, milk teas, coffees, smoothies, & lemonades. Things only get more interesting with all of the different ways to customize your drinks. Add some popping boba, an assortment of jelly bits, add an extra shot of espresso, or top your beverage with some cream??? Whatever your heart desires, Bobaholics is sure to have whatever you're in search of. Purchases: *COMPASSION FRUIT TEA *VIETNAMESE COFFEE *ROASTED OOLONG MILK TEA + HONEY BOBA & EGG PUDDING Drinks are good- refreshing, tasty, and well balanced with the sweetness. The boba is perfectly chewy and while the pudding was a little skimpy, it was good. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and your orders are made to your liking/requests. 4 stars. I'm tempting to come back and try out their snacks...
Visited on Saturday evening, it's quite empty, ordered via kiosk and got our drinks right away. Creme brulee Thai milk tea was pretty good, creamy and smooth texture, we opted for large size 32 oz, it's a good choice for two to share.
I came at lunch time and here's my experience: 1. Ambience (5/5): it was surprised me because the inside was totally different from what I imaged :). It was big and very clean. The decoration was very elegant and bright. There were plenty of seats when I came. Hidden Easter egg:). 2. Service (5/5): we almost served ourselves using kiosks at the front. We ordered from the kiosks and got the food at the cashier counter. The staff were very helpful and nice when I asked for some water and a sharing cup. 3. Food (3/5): - Matcha with mango and honey boba (3/5): personally, I wish it had more matcha flavor. The boba was normal, and the taste was quite bland. One plus was the drink was not too sweet. - Chicken popcorn (5/5): it was hella good:). Very tender and flavorful. The meat was not too dry and it hadn't too much flour. One plus was that it had skin, so yummy. - Calamari rings (3/5): I thought they would be some thick, circular rings like the ones I've had at other places before. It was quite chewy and not too fresh. By the way, I liked the squid tentacles. - House special sauce: good, matched well with the fried food. Overall, I loved the atmosphere here, it was very clean and bright. I lowkey liked the chicken popcorn a lot. Next time, I would try a new drink to give another review.
Nice cafe with some seating, a total of 2 outlets, and free wifi. Drinks are more expensive but they are a bigger size than usual. The creme brulee croffle is just tossed with sugar and served with a little container of cream. It was good though and $5. Store is not too busy and nice to do work at on a Friday :)
Quick service and lots of seating available. Great spot for studying (spacious, good WIFI, outlets accessible). Got the viet coffee and the fried tofu, yum! Love the aesthetics here. Would come back.
I was in the neighborhood and needed a boba fix so I decided to stop by. The shop is located in a strip mall close to the City Sports gym. It's on the side of the gym and there's a very close driveway on Oakland Road if you can spot it on your maps. So I ordered the Oolong Milk Tea with Honey Boba. Overall the drink was good and I would have independently given it 4 stars. However, I'm only giving it 3 stars because the guy/kid at the register was sub par. It looked like he didn't want to be there. I had a question about the differences between some of the boba offerings and I didn't get a great answer. There was another person there also and she brought out a food order for some other patrons. She also didn't exude customer service skills nor look very enthusiastic. There's a ton of interesting things on the menu and I want to come back but I'll have to see. There are too many other places around where the food and the service are notable.
I ordered mango coconut with mango crystal boba, 40% sugar and ice in regular size. The drink was good and refreshing. Not overly sweet. Their menu has variety so may be another day to stop to try their food along with boba. I am so glad to find a place that has so many good options to make a boba drink without tea/coffee at the same time catering to boba tea enthusiasts. Also the staff is friendly and the place is casual and clean. If you not already know about them, visit.

Hello friend! All above outlined flavors are a total ball for your taste buds and are my absolute go to! The business is also beautifully and tastefully cute in design.
I was in the shopping center nearby, running some other errands, and thought I'd stop in to Bobaholics for a drink. Fruit flavored teas tend to be my favorite, and I saw that they had some options. There were a couple issues, unfortunately... I ordered the peach green tea, and was expecting it to be just a nice light fruity tea. It ended up being a lot more floral than I had expected. Personally, floral flavors just don't do it for me. Would have been nice if that was indicated on the menu more clearly somehow. That's more of a personal preference thing, though. The bigger issue was that I asked for my drink to be 50% sweet. When I got my drink from the counter, the first couple of sips were intensely sweet, and the remaining drink wasn't sweet at all. I even gave the cup a swirl for good measure before I put the straw in! I'm used to most places thoroughly shaking/mixing their drinks when they hand it off to a customer. I'd give this place a try again, but I can't say my first impression was great.
It's been awhile since I last stopped in but noticed they have new coffee drinks, sell cookies, and remodeled. Compassion Tea: Green tea infused with mango, passionfruit, & peach (50% sweetneess). It was flavorful, fruity, and refreshing.
Love love the pandan waffles. Best by far! Drinks are tasty and oh can't go wrong with the popcorn chicken on the side! We were greeted and treated nicely. Clean new establishment. No complaints here. Thanks!

Got an egg coffee, medium, 50% sweet, less ice. As a coffee lover...it slaps. The egg gives the strong coffee more body and richness than cream could ever, delivering a great mouthfeel. Only complaint is that "less ice" appears to mean ice all the way down to within an inch of the cup bottom. If I come here again, I'm getting no ice. read more

This place is pretty decent for what i got. Im pretty sure its syrup but its not overdoing it since i can still taste the tea. I like the vibe of the store and my frinds also enjoyed the drinks they got. Just get less sweet if u know that they are gonna have multiple flavors. I would go back and get the sunset drink read more
Bobaholics is honestly one of those places I like to come not only for the great drinks, but also to get myself a little snack. The crab rangoons are my favorite, there always piping hot. Service is fairly quick and even if it gets busy they have a cute seating area to relax while waiting for your order. read more

Ordered the Taro Ube Latte and the Dubai Chocolate Matcha. I really appreciated the fresh taro puree and taro pudding; I could taste it even before I clarified it reading the directions. The Dubai Chocolate Matcha was rich and good. The service was fast and responsive. The ambiance is very simple, clean, and comfortable. read more

I came to Bobaholics to try their new matcha series after seeing it hyped up on social media. I ordered the Banana Cream Matcha in their smallest size (16oz) for $6. I almost placed the order online but luckily I didn't since they charge an extra 25 cents for online orders. The drink did take ~13 minutes to make which is kind of long considering there wasn't a lot of orders. The drink was NOT good. It was super watery and definitely needed another scoop of matcha. I couldn't tell if the matcha was good quality or not since I could barely taste it. The banana cream itself was decent, but nothing special. I've had a lot of banana matchas around San Jose but this one ranks at the bottom of my list. I was VERY disappointed since social media hyped it up AND this is the closest boba shop to my work so I was hoping to be a regular. Unrelated to this visit, but on a previous trip, they messed up my food order. I got the snack sampler, but they forgot to include the crab rangoons and didn't give me a chance to substitute them with anything else. Overall, I was really disappointed with their drinks. I think it does have potential but they need to work on not watering the drink down. Also, the 16oz is a bit small for a matcha drink so I'd recommend getting their 24oz. read more
Bobaholics has been around for a while. They serve good quality boba drinks at reasonable prices. You get a decent size drink (24 or 32oz) for roughly $7. The service is fast, but as typical for these places, you order on a kiosk so barely talk to anybody. The place was clean and comfortable. The Ube boba had lots of boba and taro. It didn't disappoint for that price point. The boba tea had good flavor. I thought the honey boba were fresh. I didn't try the food but the drinks were good. read more

First time trying out Bobaholics, and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Banana Cream Matcha and Taro Latte -- both were delicious. The shop has two self-service kiosks to place your order, which makes it super convenient. They also offer a variety of food options and sweets, so I'll definitely be coming back to try more. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean, and inviting. The staff was friendly and welcoming -- overall, a great experience! read more
I am basing this rating on the flavors I ordered and the taste. I ordered from a kiosk so I did not have any interaction with the boba makers to make any comment about service. However, I can say the order came quickly. I unfortunately did not take pics of the drinks itself but I ordered a few drinks. The Egg Cream, 0% sweet, extra shot, less ice. This drink still has sweetness to it which was probably the condensed milk. I also got a Vietnamese Coffee, 50% sweet, no ice. This drink was actually less sweet than the egg cream but also delicious. Lastly I ordered the Taro Latte, 0%, no ice. This was delicious. I am really into shots of coffee with a Ube milk tea or Ube cream. The inside was cute. It has plenty of seating including couch seating and a neon sign. I'll definitely visit another location if I run across one. read more

I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Matcha (through DoorDash): 16oz, 50% sweet, oat milk, regular ice I appreciate when a boba spot offers milk subs so much!!!! The drink itself does not give matcha at all. The Dubai chocolate and tiramisu are def the dominant flavors in this so if you're wanting matcha perhaps add more matcha. It really just tastes like a mocha. I really liked the little bits of crunch you get from the Dubai chocolate for the added texture. Presentation was nice as the separation of the flavors are always pleasing. I'd still recommend this drink, but would add more matcha next time. read more
I love the fun names they give drinks. I was sold on the business as yuzual. I don't see yuzu used often so it caught my eye. It was an enjoyable drink, ordered at 50% sweet. Service was great and fast. They have a wide selection so I can't wait to come back and try more. read more

I was in the area and decided to get a milk tea and enjoy the day out. Looking around yelp, I found this shop that I haven't tried before, so I swung by to see what it was all about. They have a huge variety of options - there's something for any craving anyone might have. After looking through the extensive menu, I decided on a brown sugar milk tea as I was still stuck on trying it at different places. I also added some sweet potato fries to round out my treat. My order was taken quickly and customer service was friendly. There wasn't anyone in the shop when I came in, but a few other customers came in to order as I was waiting for my drink/snack. On a weekend mid-day, it was nice and quiet - everyone took their drinks to go. The shop was cutely decorated and I could see myself hanging out here with friends or a date for a period of time to chat. The drink came out cold and the fries were hot. I really enjoyed the tea - it had the right amount of sweetness and the boba pearls were a good consistency. The sweet potato fries were missing something, but overall not a bad snack. I would definitely go back for the brown sugar milk tea and try some of the other drinks on the menu as well. read more
When you order less sweet. It should have a stronger taste of tea right. Tell me why it tastes like sweet water? It's weird that the trash is always full and when you tell them the trash is full, and you don't want to play a dancing act game with straw wrappers tell you throw your trash outside which is also always full with their cups too. Also, weird that they don't have a trash by the door, you have to walk to the back to throw stuff away. So today instead of creating more trash in and out of the store, I opened the straw and had my first sip in the car. What a waste of 7 dollars and not worth the drive back to complain. Drink: Went with the Brown Sugar Milk Tea w/ honey boba. Medium sweet & medium ice was the perfect blend for me. I felt like this drink hit the mark for sure. Ambiance: Very clean and organized inside. Great customer service and barely any wait for your drink. In and out within 5-10min max with others beforehand is too. Parking: Plaza parking so it's a bit difficult to find a spot and you will need to wait a bit before you do. read more
Solid boba shop with fresh ingredients and rich tea flavor. Service is efficient with the assistance of a self ordering kiosk. Easy to grab-and-go or hang out at one of the tables or lounge chairs. Really enjoyed the Ube boba with a plentiful amount of taro and grass jelly. read more

I would put 5 stars but they stopped serving aloe vera, which was the main reason I was a loyal customer here :( I don't think I'll be coming back or ask my friends to meet me here for tea, since that's the only topping I get. Please bring it back!! read more

Drinks: THE SIZE FOR $6 IS SOO WORTH!! I'm so used to boba costing almost $10 for the same size!! Reasonable price and fast!! Next time I have to try their snacks! The cookies looked so big and good!! Service/Ambiance: I think it was the owner working when I went, but whoever she was, she was so nicee!! I saw a lady accidentally spilled her drink and she offered to remake it for free. And I thought my milk tea came with boba and she offered to remake it too!! I just wanted to leave a review and say thank you for the wonderful customer service! I came in with my seven-month-old in a carrier and decided to dine in. After I ordered and sat down, the owner brought over my drink and potstickers, and even went back to get me napkins without me having to ask. Any mom knows how heavy carriers can be, so I truly appreciated the extra help. It made my visit so much easier--thank you! read more

BobaHolics is the absolute cutest boba spot ever! The chic seating area gives it a modern, cozy vibe, and they offer some pretty good food items and smoothies too. Ordering is super convenient via their self-serve screens, so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the great playlist they have going. Pricing is as expected for a boba shop. The only downside was that the boba wasn't ready, so I didn't get any in my tea--but everything else was on point. Still, I totally love the vibe and will definitely be back! read more

You can pick as many flavors as you’d like! We recommend up to 6 flavors so it doesn’t get too sweet but the choice is still your’s :-)
