They serve quality tea with punny names, but their Roasted Oolong (Roast is History) was some of the best I've had in the Bay. I like that they offer a variety of unique drinks and fruit flavor pairings that sets them apart from other milk tea stores! I ordered the Dew Berrymore at 25% sweetness and less ice, and it still came out really sweet! Super strong artificial honeydew flavor, which I enjoy and find refreshing when paired with the sharpness of the jasmine green tea. I think if they incorporated a berry flavor into this to match the name of the beverage and reduced the honeydew, it'd also have a nice aftertaste! My boyfriend ordered the Blush because the description in the store said it was infused with strawberry puree, and he was a tad disappointed since it doesn't seem like these drinks have actual fruit in them. Short review since we were in and out just to buy drinks. We decided we wanted to get tisane since we were in the area so we drove over and we definitely came on the wrong day and at the wrong time. This location shares a plaza with a Safeway and an In-N-Out so parking was pretty tough. I know this is a popular spot for large friend groups to get drinks and hang out so I wasn't too surprised. The line was literally out the door, but it moved pretty fast as long as whoever is ordering already knows what they want. It was crazy to see a long line out the door when they had 2 ordering kiosks and also someone taking orders at the register. Drinks are always good here regardless of what you get. And if there's something that you don't like about your drink, you can always ask them to fix it. Honestly the only downside is that they share parking with the In-N-Out and the Safeway, which makes parking a little tough. If you come on a weekend at night, be prepared to follow someone to their car for their spot. read more

Tried Tisane for the first time couple weeks ago. Will definitely say if I'm in the area late night I will be visiting this Tisane again. The ambiance was really cool, they had nice lights inside and big mirrors around the indoor sitting area. Definitely gave off club vibes. The service was really good, the bobarista gave out very good beverage recommendations. The drinks of course were just alright. I definitely had better at other locations. I overall give this business a 4/5 star review. It's the not the best tasting milk tea shop I have tried this year but I would say the vibes and the social space of this business was the great. I like coming here for boba. The place is really fun inside and the staff are nice and friendly. The blush milk tea and RPM fruit tea are both very good and flavorful. The drinks all had funny names and I was a bit overwhelmed by how many drinks there were. Luckily they offer free samples so you can try it before you buy (never seen that before at a boba shop!) I tried their mung bean drink (basically the same as the mung bean drink from 7Leaves) and the Bae-nana which was banana milk mixed with jasmine tea. I tried that one and immediately knew I had to get it. I never seen that blend of the two flavors before but it worked amazingly. It also came with some jelly (most drinks I believe have toppings already included for their standard price of $6.50.) Pleasantly surprised by this place! The jade is a honeydew and lychee flavor green tea with lychee jelly and basil seeds. It's a unique flavor I think and not much other boba spot has it. Their gram brûlée is also popular. I liked the ambiance of the place, makes you feel like it's a good place to come hang out with your friends and have a nice boba. I went with my family and we didn't have to wait very long to get our drinks. I'd say we probably waited 5 minutes or so after ordering, and there was a good amount of people there too. I got the Luv U Berry Matcha (i thought the name was clever), you could taste the strawberry and the matcha. Personally, I've had better matcha, something about the flavor didn't feel so authentic, i give it a 3.5 out of 5. I did love the claw machine, it had all my favorite childhood cartoons. I've tried pretty much everything on their menu, but this one stands out. It's a smooth ube blended drink layred with their Gram Brule Crema and topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The combination is absolutely delicious, and I love how the creamy ube blends with the crispy sweetness of the cereal topping. It's a unique drink that I haven't found anywhere else, and the texture and flavors work perfectly together. I used to be all about the Blush before I discovered the ARKnado my daughter loves the Blush, and according to her, it's the only place that "makes it right." We've tried similar drinks elsewhere, but they never quite match up. The balance between the tea and strawberry flavor is spot-on. The atmosphere is cool, with nice lighting and big mirrors creating a vibe that's almost club-like. The service is quick, even when there's a line or a lot of Doordash/Uber Eats orders. My friends and I come here if we know that we want a sweet treat to end the night. It's pretty busy but the establishment is able to get everyone's drinks out relatively quick. I want to say that from the moment we parked, stood In the line that was out the door and paid for our drinks, it was a 20 min process which is really not bad!! I've had multiple instances where my drinks have been messed up. When they're out of materials, they feel they can just add whatever they want to replace it without telling me. For instance, they gave me crystal boba instead of regular. When I asked them to remake it, they shrugged and said they were out of regular. The service is also very poor, and the workers curse out loud. When you politely ask for a remake, they roll their eyes and refuse to do it or pretend to. They always add my boba on top of my drinks THROUGH the straw hole, and recently, they got exactly two pieces of boba--one honey and one crystal--that I didn't ask for. I understand that they might be out of materials, but it's weird that they don't put up a sign or inform customers when ordering. Then, they feel like they can just add whatever they want. Sometimes they just don't add it. Why come to a boba shop if you're not gonna get boba. I've spent almost $10 for a drink and waited 20 minutes for it just to be incorrect. They need to do better. The only reason I still visited this place is because they stay open late. It seems like the night staff is the issue. I wouldn't recommend coming here, but if you still want to, I suggest coming in the morning or afternoon. I provided a more detailed response, but it seems like they've removed it. I've been going to Tisane since their grand opening. Their drinks have definitely stayed consistent throughout the years since 2019! Their drinks always come out quick and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my drinks. There is always plenty of parking in this plaza as well. My go to drink here is always Blush which comes with heart jelly! I also really like the pink tornado which is a really sweet strawberry smoothie. I was craving a strawberry-ish drink and always came to this tea house to get the "Blush" drink. It is one of my favorites and is so cute. The drink has a similar taste to fruity pebbles and is so fragrant. It comes with cute heart-shaped jellies (you can add boba too but I don't usually). I get it with 50% sugar and less ice since the jellies make it sweet. If you're going for the first time, it's a great drink to try to test the sugar/ice levels. The tea house is pretty small. It is in the corner between CEFCU bank and Panda Express. The inside is festive, they always decorate for the holidays. Right now, they have a Christmas tree. They have seating inside and outside but it's pretty small so you may not get it if you have a big group. The tea house has a nightclub kinda vibe. The tea baristas are super nice and service is quick. I got my drink in less than 2 minutes. They also have a kiosk to order if you prefer that.
