I got the Lychee Green Tea. It came out within 5 minutes. It tastes very overwhelming of natural watermelon with a hint of lychee taste in it after. It tastes natural overall so I was happy with that! Come during nonpeak hours. This is a great place for small group hangouts, one on on meetings, or dates if you want to try. She got a seasonal Mango Milk Bar with honey boba (less sweet, less ice); I got the Stumptown Cold Brew with milk, at 0% sweet with honey boba added. Right amount of sweetness with good bouncy QQ texture. Ube taro milk - 4/5, personally wasn't my favorite. I will say the ube flavor was well-executed. Didn't taste any artificial flavoring. It was my first visit and I was excited to try the strawberry matcha latte. Upon entering the shop is decorated nicely and is very clean. Lots of seating and space to hang out. The girl who took my order was very friendly and pleasant. I asked for no ice and no cane sugar, but instead more strawberry puree so endure sweetness. She informed me that they can only do light ice, so I agreed to that. As I was waiting for my drink, she had let me know they cannot adjust the amount of strawberry. I understand that she was delivering the message from her manager/supervisor, so by no means was this a reflection of her customer service skills. However, in this day and age of boba shops that DO offer a great deal of modifications... this really left a bad taste in my mouth. Updating our review more than a year later and after trying MANY, many other boba shops. Boba Bliss is still hands down - our absolute FAVORITE spot in the South Bay / all time. They have online ordering, their drinks come out fast, they use real milk and fruit (no artificial flavoring), the service is great, prices are excellent and they play bomb music inside their store. We even partnered with Nikki to bring their catering to our wedding in May 2024 and it was a HUGE hit amongst our guest.
