I've been going to the Cupertino location for a while, so I was really excited to try out this spot for the gelato! We got the Apple Qilan Oolong Tea Latte, Dragon Well Green Tea Latte, and White Peach Guan Yin Tea Latte. The fruit drinks both had good flavor, but the aftertaste, I was not a huge fan of. It felt like when someone where's too much perfume that it just lingers a little too long. The fruit aspect of the flavor tasted a bit "perfumy" for a lack of better words, so much so, you could still taste it even after drinking the Dragon Well. I really enjoyed the Dragon Well, probably one of the most fragrant and perfectly sweetened green teas I've had. We had light sugar and light ice on all of the drinks we got. The gelato we got the dragon well pistachio and sweet rice organic milk. The DW pistachio was super flavorful and I would get it again, the sweet rice was not my favorite. It didn't have a strong flavor and the rice texture was stiff yet chewy. But, both were flavorful and not overly sweet, so I appreciated that. There is a decent amount of space to sit down inside and outside. There was a slight wait, maybe 20min after ordering, and we went on a Saturday afternoon. There was plenty of parking around, either on the street or in the lots.

New specialty tea house in Palo Alto. I saw this last week when I was at the area but didn't stop by. It is pretty good size for tea store. It was busy when we arrived. The store has plenty seating area. There's other store in Cupertino. You can order online or via the touch screen kiosk. My advise is to order online as it took a while to order using touch screen kiosk. They have tea drink and gelato. Only this location has gelato. For tea we ordered Wow Orange jasmine tea We order dragon well pistachio gelato snd Qilan o Oolong olive oil gelato. As it is busy store, it take a while for order to be ready. The tea was refreshing and the gelato was very unique as I never had these combination before. The gelato were not very sweet which is perfect. Overall the tea and gelato were good.

I really enjoyed their milk tea flavor. I did my hw (aka read through the yelp reviews of their other location), and ended up choosing lapsang souchang black milk tea. It was great - I should've chose a lower sugar level though since it was just slightly too sweet for me. Maybe 50% next time. I did like that they didn't give me too much ice. Price wise - I'd consider it a splurge, but I do think the taste is comparable with the other popular Chinese tea brands that are known for milk tea (Molly tea/ moon tea). We went through the parking lot entrance that led us straight to the underground garage, but I did notice that there were outdoor/ground floor parking lot right next to the store.

Interesting different offerings, they have a mochi rice topping and mochi rice gelato. However, it took about 40 minutes to get our drinks.. very long and crowded. The mochi rice gelato is very nice- it's a sweet milk flavor with hard and chewy mochi rice inside. 4/5 Jasmine tea - fragrant jasmine with soft chewy and fresh tasting boba. 5/5 Oolong milk tea- rich, lingering taste complicated tea leaves. "light sugar" is perfectly sweet =50% sweet. 5/5 Matcha mochi cloud- rich matcha with drinkable mochi, it's like a soft runny mochi with bits of sweet rice. 4/5 too rich for me, and the drinkable mochi is novel but I may not order it again.

I passed this place on my walk down Sherman Ave earlier in the week and saw that inside decor and boxes were lined up by the window, plus some signage. I didn't have time to really pay attention to the name or even if there was an opening date. Today, I saw several people walking around with drinks with a blue sleeve. I remembered that this place had blue decor and I figured that it must be open now. My friend and I decided to check it out. Yes, its open! Well, they are in their soft opening stage. Certain drinks are 12% off. They have a screen on the left hand side where you can order. I'm thinking....and just a suggestion but maybe having another screen for people to place their order. This will be beneficial in the long run to avoid lines especially when they are in full open stage and with the summer approaching. The decor is simple, super clean and great little area to lounge while enjoying your sweets. I ordered the Wow Orange Best Jasmine with Boba. So good! and refreshing, especially on a hot day like today. Both the orange and the jasmine was not overwhelming. When I placed the order, I was able to choose the level of sweetness and the amount of ice that I wanted. Also, if i wanted to add on boba. You can become a member of their rewards program when you place your order. Their door entrance is more on the Sherman Ave side, right across from Starbird. I am soooo happy that there is another food/drink location in Palo Alto's Cal Ave. area. I wish them all the luck and hope that they can stay open for many, many years!! You can find street parking or there are lots nearby. They also have all gender restroom in the shop.

This is a very cute store that we have to give it a try. There are seating space if you want to hangout for a bit. Since we have already got drinks from another place, we decided to try their ice cream. We got 2 flavors in one cup. If I remember the flavors correctly. They are jasmine tea and earl grey tea. Both flavors are so strong and so good!!! Definitely will be back to try their drinks next time.

I ordered a iced jasmine tea latte with oat milk and it was so delicious. The store was quite busy but we got our drinks actually quite quick as you can easily order from the digital screen. The packaging for the drinks are sturdy and however a really nice design, there is a lot of seating and the store is very bright.

Dragon well mochi rice with matcha cloud
    Melody T.

I got the dragon well mochi rice with matcha cloud drink. Not much of a cloud so not sure why they gave me a dome lid when there was no whipped cream or ice cream. It made it hard to mix the drink because the straw was too short. I took off the lid to mix but by then it had matcha and milk near the top of my straw so it was sticky... the mochi rice is kinda cool but man was it expensive like $9 it's also really loud inside but I guess that's to be expected when they have to make drinks. It's nice inside but some of the table choices is questionable because why is it so high for I would bring noise cancelling headphones if you want to work or study there. Bathroom is quite nice too hehe. I would just get tea next time or try the gelato.

Delicious tea and great ambience. I went three times already. Love the osmanthus oolong and apple qilan tea latte. You can place orders ahead of time on the snack pass app and skip the line.

AMAZING!!! One of my all time favorite dessert places in the bay!!!…read more This particular location is SO cute. And also located in a very adorable shopping/restaurant grid, so the surrounding shops and streets are also so nice to walk around in! I was overwhelmed with the delicious options in flavors for the coconut pudding desserts! From persimmon (my favorite), to durian, to mango sticky rice, to black sesame...oh my god asian flavor galore. My friend and I got several flavors because we couldn't just pick one! We tried: Persimmon Mochi - This was my absolute favorite. The mochi at the top wasn't chewy by any means, but it had such a nice goopy mouth feel that was very different from the tofu-like pudding. The persimmon itself was so fresh and sweet, just simply addicting. I loved it so much I ordered another one to bring home. Durian - If you like durian, you'll like this. While the flavor was delicious and fresh, I wasn't particularly wowed because all the other flavors seemed to have some extra huzzah going for it. The durian one was mainly some mashed durian on top of the coconut pudding, without any pomp and circumstance. Don't get me wrong, still delicious, just a bit more straightforward than I expected. Mango Sticky Rice - LOVED this one!! This was a 3 layer dessert, with mango at the top, coconut pudding in the middle, and purple sticky rice at the bottom. The rice was an excellent chew texture, and the layered spoonfuls were divine! I would definitely get this flavor again!!! Black Sesame - I loved how the black sesame portion on the top was its own texture/consistency! I liked how thick it was, and fragrant. We also ordered the corn latte and the matcha cloud! The corn one was bit too grainy for me, especially towards the latter half, but the matcha cloud was SO good. The matcha was a deep earthy flavor, definitely quality! And the cream at the top was to die for. The interior is so adorable, and very comfortable to sit and catch up with a friend in! The staff is so nice, and I love that with every order, they hand you a cute little paper bag with utensils and napkins already set in it. Everything was just packaged in such a careful and whimsical way. Just such a treasure of a desert spot! There is a 3hr free parking garage only a block away. Various street parking spaces available too, but it gets pretty hard to find a spot since this area is so busy.

Too pricy and not something I will try again! Parking is a nightmare!…read more However the sitting area is nice!

The interior is modern and really cute, and they even have a dog check-in photo wall which was so so cute ! We got the snowy Jasmine with boba. Drinks themselves were light, fragrant, and refreshing. Even at 100% sweetness, they actually weren't too sweet, I would even argue getting 125% to match other boba places 100% sweetness. The boba had a really good flavor and sweetness to it that balanced everything out perfectly. Overall a great spot to grab a drink. Next time I want to try their Pistachio Matcha Coconut water so I will be coming back!

I even got a pic of the seating without anyone in my photo. SCORE! I would highly recommend a day other than the weekend. I would give this place a 3.5 if I could. I just ordered a drink for myself and for my brother. In and out in maybe 10minutes? There's a kiosk to order and a spot to pick up your drink-- very efficient. I got the basic jasmine milk tea because I love jasmine tea and knew that if any place were to make the best jasmine milk teas, it would be this place. Molly is Chinese for jasmine anywayyyyyy (shout out to my coworker for telling me this!). I did not try my brother's tea so I cannot comment on it. I liked my jasmine tea, I can tell it was higher quality than other places I've had jasmine tea, but is it worth the hype? I don't think so. It's good, don't get me wrong, but wait-in-a-3-hour-line good? nothing is. I think I've also become desensitized to the high tea prices that $7-8 is somehow normal? When it shouldn't be! My only frame of reference nowadays is seeing how much tea cost in Asia. And in Taiwan (the birthplace of boba) I got boba for $3 ;( *sigh oh well I live in one of the most expensive places in the country but also I cannot believe I let myself think this is okay. Anyway, it's a treat, not a habit I would give into everyday.

The outside of the store has a large pink rabbit and is great for cute photo opportunities, the chairs inside and outside are pink which fits their theme pretty well. Everything inside the store is mostly pink, and they have a small wall on your right when you first walk in with trinkets and other small items. I ordered a mango matcha the matcha was well concentrated and not too watered down, the ice cream that came with the drink was so delicious. It was creamy, smooth, and not too bitter but you still taste the green tea/matcha flavor. Make sure to mix the drink because the mango chunks at the bottom help sweeten and add depth to the matcha. My friend got a crème brûlée pudding drink (I think I am not sure what it is called) and she said it was good. The pudding was soft but still dense which made it easy to break and drink up with the straw, the milk tea was also very good, it was sweet but not too sweet with the small chunks of pudding was amazing though. It took about 10-15 minutes for them to finish our two drinks, and with other people ordering, online orders too, and the complexity of the drinks their workers worked fast and efficiently which was a really nice. Over all this place is definitely the place to go to when in close by, definitely try out one of their matcha or mango drinks!

I visited on a Sunday evening, and there were a couple other customers, but it wasn't too busy. The store has a whole wall of fun snacks/merch, including Cheetos and aardvark-holding-boba stuffed animals. You can either order on a kiosk or with an actual employee. After we ordered, our drinks arrived in minutes. There's no seating in the store but plenty of random chairs/benches outdoors. My go-to drink is the strawberry fields, which features any milk of your choice and strawberry puree. I absolutely love how refreshing this drink is. On a hot day, this is the drink that I crave. The strawberry puree is perfectly sweet but not overpowering. When you mix the puree with the milk, it makes for a creamy, satisfying sip. I would consider Boba Guys drinks quite reasonably priced, especially given its location.
