pink bunny boba parfait
Tessa V.

The Pink Bunny Boba Parfait (~$10) was disappointing for the price. The soft serve quality isn't amazing, and the toppings were fine but the description said strawberry jelly but it was moreso just a sauce drizzled on top. Also the photo of it in the kiosk menu showed traditional dark boba, but the boba we got was super light-colored and almost clear. I thought it could be crystal boba but it still had a chewy texture. Just seems like there are some discrepancies with the menu advertising and the actual desserts. The employee working there was kind though, and we had a good time eating inside at their one table by the window, but I wouldn't come back here for the dessert.

(Overall: B) - Reasonable quality teas at fair prices given the Stanford mall location. Curious to try their rest of the menu! (Hula Black Tea: B) - Love the intensity of the tea coming through without any sandpaper afterfeel, though I wish the tropical notes of guava, mango, and passionfruit were more individually distinguishable. (Grapefruit Jasmine Green Tea: B) - Unassuming drink with pleasant citrus forward notes without being overtly sweet and overpowering. Food: +1 Presentation: E Price: E Overall: 4 stars Insta/Beli/TikTok: @amei_eats

I accidentally stumbled upon Rabbit Rabbit Cream when walking through Stanford Shopping Center and I am glad I did. Rabbit Rabbit is a very small desert location tucked away in a corner of the shopping center and it has quite a bit to offer. There was cute decor and everything was very vibrant. They offer unique items such as Tea Floats. I ordered the English Earl Grey Vanilla Tea Float and I wish I had ordered more. I like tea and this had to be the best tasting tea I have had in a long time. The vanilla ice cream was smooth and creamy as it slowly melted into the tea. The tea itself was sweet and refreshing after a long day of walking. The float itself was light and I continued on with my day afterwards. The prices are reasonable and the customer service was fast and great. Overall, I wish I could have tried more, but for my first time I had an amazing experience. Rabbit Rabbit Cream stands out the most to me when it comes to floats and deserts. I will definitely be coming back when I get the chance.

Assam milk tea soft serve with crumbled Oreo topping

I walked by this location not knowing a thing about it.. It looked like another boba tea spot but I got curious as soon as I saw soft serve. Soft serve on a cold blistery day? Great idea. They had a huge iPad out front for you to order but I was happy to see a gal inside working the counter. When I approached her and asked if I could just place my order with her, she was accommodating and said "yes." I inquired about the soft serve and asked if it was any good. She immediately comes back and says "I can sample you on all of the flavors so you can try them first." I was already sold. For service alone, this place already had 5 stars from me. *Matcha flavor: Didn't taste too much Matcha in here so I passed. *Earl Grey Milk Tea: I could definitely taste the tea flavor but I didn't like it enough to pick it. *Assam Milk Tea: The clear winner. Not overly sweet and I was told I picked the least popular flavor which was totally fine by me. This one tasted just as the name states. All of the soft serves had the same creaminess to them. You could tell that this was the good stuff. I would definitely come back here, but I'd probably wait for warmer weather.

Not gonna lie, I didn't have high expectations after seeing some of the other reviews but this is one of those places I wanted to try anyways for the 'gram. I really liked their aesthetic and how they offer tea flavored ice cream, so here I am. I got the Iron Buddha Milk Tea x Vanilla soft serve in a cone ($6.25). Saw the unpleasant surprise of a convenience fee again, unfortunately. The cone was a lot thinner and smaller than I expected. Flavorwise, I feel like I mostly tasted the tea flavor, and not so much the vanilla. On that note, I did think that the ice cream overall lacked a good creaminess to it and tasted more thin and icy. Definitely far from the best ice creams I've had elsewhere. I don't think I have some super strong tonguing skills or anything, but after just a few licks of my cone, half of it just fell off. I saw that the inside looked rather hollow, so maybe that's why it lacked the structure to hold. Very unfortunate I couldn't enjoy the entire thing. I took a sip from my husband's Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea as well. Similar comments to the ice cream, I definitely tasted the tea flavor, but the drink just seemed so watery rather than milky.

Left to right: Kyoto Matcha Latte, Brown Sugar QQ Jelly w/ Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Passion Fruit Kyoto Matcha Latte with Lychee Jelly
Christine L.

Got to order: Passion Fruit Kyoto Matcha Latte with lychee jelly. Most notably, they typically use non-dairy creamer while also having oat milk, milk, and organic milk options. No restrooms, so you will need to use the shopping center's. It's not really a sit-down café kind of situation. It's very small inside, mainly for ordering and pickup with little to no seating. They have a couple of outdoor chairs and tables outside with umbrellas you can grab if available, but this area is convenient in that there are plenty of benches and sitting areas around. Parking is absolutely atrocious on the weekend, especially around lunch and dinner. They're also one of the only places in the Stanford shopping center to serve ice cream/soft serve besides McDonald's and Pinkberry with their frozen yogurt. So if you're looking for a frozen dessert that isn't a baked good, Rabbit Rabbit Cream has milk tea, fruit tea, tea, smoothies, soft serve, and parfaits. Of tea-flavored soft serve, I like the assam the best. This is the best place I know that does passion fruit matcha lattes and does it well! They are owned by the same group that opened Rabbit Rabbit Tea at Westfield Valley Fair (that kiosk being their first location). This Stanford location is very convenient in that they serve as another boba/dessert place in the Stanford Shopping Plaza. I love Wanpo, but they seem to have a long, slow line no matter what time of the day or week it is. Mind you, Rabbit Rabbit Cream does tend to have a crowd as well, but they move along a bit faster. They also have a bit more variety than Zero&. It's all about what kind of mood you're in. Overall, this is my go-to for after when we have lunch or dinner at the Stanford shopping plaza. Since we have Wanpo in Cupertino, Rabbit Rabbit Cream is a bit of a rarer treat. so

It's clean, it's quick, it's easy to order, it's unique, it's cute, it's tasty. What else do you need in a drink? Rabbit squared is a unique and cute drink boutique in the Stanford Shopping Center. You order at one of the kiosks, enter into the very white shop, pickup and leave (because there is no place to drink inside the store)! Prices are what you'd expect in Palo Alto, and decor is modern and chic, just like what you'd expect at Stanford. There are some fun flavors to try!

Jasmine green tea, matcha ice cream and boba.

I want ice cream in my drink but I can't order any drink and add ice cream to it. I can only order it from their "float" section which they only have 2 options. I ended up having green tea with matcha ice cream and boba. It's not bad but it's not very memorable. Service is nice and quick. There are a few tables and chairs outside the store in the courtyard that you can sit and relax to enjoy your drink in the nice weather. I may not come here all the time or dream about it every day. However, I enjoy my experience today.

I was considering ordering ice cream, but the cleanliness inside the shop made me uncomfortable. There was a wall mounted ice cream cone display that was visibly dusty and dirty, which raised concerns about overall hygiene. While I understand this item may be decorative, visible areas not being cleaned properly makes it hard to trust that food equipment especially ice cream machines that require strict sanitation is being maintained well. I shared this experience with my kids as a reminder of how important cleanliness is, and we decided not to step inside again. I should report this shop to Health Department.

Wanted a little sweet treat while walking around the mall so I decided to get boba here! They seem to have a solid selection of soft serve desserts and drinks but also a pretty big tea menu. I ended up ordering a Lavender Earl Grey Milk Tea w/ boba and it was great! The flavor was a good mix of both lavender and earl grey. Lavender notes were really strong and floral and the boba was soft. Overall good spot to stop at for a drink or bite if you're shopping! It's cute inside but there isn't too much seating so better to walk around the shopping center with your dessert/drink afterwards.

Assam Black Milk Tea Soft Serve w the cutest decor
Christine L.

The cutest rabbit-themed spot offering soft serve with Asian-inspired flavors and yummy boba drinks! You can order and pay at the kiosks inside and outside. The shop itself is so cute with the little rabbit window and wall of ice cream! No seating though. So many flavors but I was debating between the Assam Black Milk Tea ice cream and the Earl Grey one, but ended up going with the Assam. My friend got the other which was nice to try! The Assam has a stronger tea flavor, while the earl grey was more floral. The boba was good too, tried a sip of my friend's creme brûlée one. Overall a welcome addition to Stanford shopping center, i just wish it was around 4 years ago!

Was doing some window shopping at the Stanford shopping center and I decided to get a sweet treat so here I am. I ordered the vanilla & earl grey milk tea soft serve in a waffle cone with oreo and pocky added on to it. A little icy but the flavor of the soft serve itself is valid. The way you order is pretty simple. You order at one of their two kiosks outside and then they call you when your order is ready. The shop is pretty small but it's nicely decorated in a way that suits their theme. Try it out if you like. :)

Is their soft serve more on the milky side or more icy/watery? Thank!

I ordered the swirl Matcha green tea and Iron Buddha. While the tea flavors definitely came out and the soft serve wasn't overly sweet, it was on the icy side. It's refreshing and not too heavy cream wise.

My mom is a traditional mexican woman, she speaks great english in my opinion but has a little bit of a hard time with technology. This specific location has touch screen pads to order and of course the register. My mom happily went in to order and waited at the register. A rude little white girl proceeds to ask her what she needs and that she can order on the screens. My mom nicely explains that she doesn't know how to use them and would like to just order. This employee proceeds to make a face at her and tell her it is very easy to use and that she just needs to tap the screen. My mom nicely reiterates that she doesn't know how and would just like to again ORDER. This employee is then told by another employee to just take her order and stop with the back talk. My mom is finally able to order and is left really uncomfortable and confused why she was belittled in such a ridiculous way. Normally i wouldn't make such a review for something like this but this is seriously so unprofessional and micro aggressive as fuck. I will happily never return to this location! AMAZING!!! One of my all time favorite dessert places in the bay!!!…read more This particular location is SO cute. And also located in a very adorable shopping/restaurant grid, so the surrounding shops and streets are also so nice to walk around in! I was overwhelmed with the delicious options in flavors for the coconut pudding desserts! From persimmon (my favorite), to durian, to mango sticky rice, to black sesame...oh my god asian flavor galore. My friend and I got several flavors because we couldn't just pick one! We tried: Persimmon Mochi - This was my absolute favorite. The mochi at the top wasn't chewy by any means, but it had such a nice goopy mouth feel that was very different from the tofu-like pudding. The persimmon itself was so fresh and sweet, just simply addicting. I loved it so much I ordered another one to bring home. Durian - If you like durian, you'll like this. While the flavor was delicious and fresh, I wasn't particularly wowed because all the other flavors seemed to have some extra huzzah going for it. The durian one was mainly some mashed durian on top of the coconut pudding, without any pomp and circumstance. Don't get me wrong, still delicious, just a bit more straightforward than I expected. Mango Sticky Rice - LOVED this one!! This was a 3 layer dessert, with mango at the top, coconut pudding in the middle, and purple sticky rice at the bottom. The rice was an excellent chew texture, and the layered spoonfuls were divine! I would definitely get this flavor again!!! Black Sesame - I loved how the black sesame portion on the top was its own texture/consistency! I liked how thick it was, and fragrant. We also ordered the corn latte and the matcha cloud! The corn one was bit too grainy for me, especially towards the latter half, but the matcha cloud was SO good. The matcha was a deep earthy flavor, definitely quality! And the cream at the top was to die for. The interior is so adorable, and very comfortable to sit and catch up with a friend in! The staff is so nice, and I love that with every order, they hand you a cute little paper bag with utensils and napkins already set in it. Everything was just packaged in such a careful and whimsical way. Just such a treasure of a desert spot! There is a 3hr free parking garage only a block away. Various street parking spaces available too, but it gets pretty hard to find a spot since this area is so busy.

I visited on a Sunday evening, and there were a couple other customers, but it wasn't too busy. After we ordered, our drinks arrived in minutes. There's no seating in the store but plenty of random chairs/benches outdoors. My go-to drink is the strawberry fields, which features any milk of your choice and strawberry puree. I absolutely love how refreshing this drink is. On a hot day, this is the drink that I crave. The strawberry puree is perfectly sweet but not overpowering. When you mix the puree with the milk, it makes for a creamy, satisfying sip. I would consider Boba Guys drinks quite reasonably priced, especially given its location.
