YAY! I didn't realize they were here. I've been to their Santa Theresa location which is quite far for me but when I'm in the neighborhood we definitely stop by. Nice location - lots of parking and we love to have found a Vietnamese coffee place. I typically get the egg coffee but decided to go with their new Peanut Butter Latte and I'm so glad I did. It comes already with oat milk which is perfect. I will say - for the large the ratio on cream to coffee was little off. I'd prefer less of the cream and more coffee but it was still delicious and refreshing - not too sweet and had a lot of the PB flavor. Hubby got the Pandan Matcha. He loved it - though it was a bit too sweet for him so he waited for the ice to melt a bit. Not sure if we could have adjusted the sweetness. Youngest got the Banana Latte and devoured it quickly. My service was lackluster...asked for a large nitro cold brew and was told they only sell one size, and that it was "impossible" to sell me the larger size cup with cold brew. Also, the menu says nitro on the front window, but also told they don't sell nitro. Fascinating. Also, taking a name for a coffee order when there is only one person waiting is comically unnecessary. We met up and since I'm a big fan of peanut butter and based on the reviews, I ordered a cold Peanut Butter Latte. It was delicious and refreshing. I think I finished it in 2 minutes! My friend ordered the Peach Mango fruit tea and she said it was very good. The one thing to note is that seating is limited, both inside and outside. I came by Pour Decisions on a Monday morning to try their banana matcha. It wasn't busy and there were a few tables inside that were open. Parking in the lot was easy, but I bet during busier times it could get more hectic. The banana matcha was really good. It had a real banana flavor and the texture was smooth. The banana was pretty sweet and the matcha flavor was light, so I might get it less sweet next time, but it was still very good. I was visiting from out of town and stopped in for a peanut butter latte. It was so good that I ended up coming back the next day to get another one (in the larger size)! The peanut butter flavor was perfect without being overly sweet, and it was easily one of the best and most unique lattes I've had. You'll find Pour Decisions on the northern end of the shopping center, near the City Sports. There's a bit of seating inside and outside, not a whole lot... it is not really set up as a place to hang out for a while. Upon walking in and looking at the first menu panel above the counter, I was surprised to see that they offered beer. I guess this gives them an excuse to open early in the morning for coffee and stay open late for people who want a beer later in the day. Although they don't really stay open all that late. LOL The lady at the counter was very helpful when I asked for advice. I was trying to decide between the ube cream coffee or the salted cream coffee. She told me that both were popular choices, however more people preferred the ube. So that's the one I went with and it tasted pretty good. The sesame cream was also good, but it had less sesame flavor come through in the cream. I thought that the coffees were pricey for the size you get. I appreciate it when drink shops have a public restroom available. I can't comment on theirs since I didn't actually use it. The shopping center can get busy at times so your parking experience will vary. The City Sports & Marshalls nearby attract a lot of people to this side of the shopping center. read more

I came across Pour Decisions on my maps app of all places and decided to check it out. They're open early in the morning and have not only their local beer selection but also classic drinks like coffee and matchas. I'm not a beer person but I know they have both local pours and the canned variety. Ask staff for more details. I chatted with employee "Jar" Jaressie. She's so awesome! Very informative and she answered all of our questions. She said they're planning to open a Fremont location apart from Mtn View & SJ. Drinks: Blueberry Matcha Horchata Latte Viet Coffee I went back twice for the blueberry. I believe they hand whisk their matcha(?), mix it with milk of choice, and top it off generously with their blueberry cold foam. They sprinkle on some graham cracker crumbs and sometimes actual blueberries. I got half sweet and it's so good! We tried some of their savory baked goods: Bolognese empanada BBQ chicken empanada Bacon cheese galette Breakfast Burrito They ran out of the Korean garlic bun both days I went. The empanadas were decent. The galette was oily and the breakfast burrito was alright. I would say drinks are solid and go to Posh Bagel a few doors down for breakfast. I was excited when I found out that there's a Pour Decisions closer to me. This location is a bit smaller than their SJ one, but parking is a lot easier in my opinion, just because this plaza is less busy. I tried their salted cream jasmine tea and it wasn't great. The tea itself had that over-steeped bitterness that lingers on the tongue. The cream was not bad, but I feel like I've had better. Maybe I'll stick with their specialty coffee next time. I also tried a sip of their traditional coffee - it tasted closer to just regular black coffee than coffee with condensed milk. It seemed like they only had one person working on the morning we visited, so she had to hop back and forth between the counter and making drinks. read more

I had wanted to visit Pour Decisions in San Jose for a while, so I was happy to see they have a Mountain View location, which was convenient when I was down in the South Bay visiting a friend. We stopped by for matcha before dinner, and I got the pandan matcha with oat milk, while my friend was excited to try the blueberry matcha. After receiving my drink, even though I gave it a good stir, I at first thought it didn't have a very strong pandan flavor, but it became more pronounced toward the bottom. I would've preferred a bit more matcha and pandan flavor, but it was still pretty good. The main selling point is that the drinks here are very instagrammable. This was my first time at this Mountain View location, I've actually only been to the San Jose one. Goodness was it great to see the exact same set up in both locations. I love their elevated seat seats, which are perfect for a background picture and your drink. Lol they have a smaller seating area here, but it was raining so I didn't want to sit outside. They had great beers on tap, and I loved my pumpkin latte with almond milk! I got to sit here for an hour or so and get a lot of work done. Lol both barista working seemed like they liked their job and had some jokes here and there as they worked in between customers. There were a lot of DoorDash's that were picked up this particular Sunday, so I'm glad to see this location has a lot of business like the San Jose one! Yummy drinks with a Hawaiian/Asian fusion twist that's popular these days, with flavors like coconut, ube, and pandan. Drinks are on the slightly sweet side but not sickeningly so. I got their special, which was a coconutty drink with whipped cream as a bit of a treat on a dreary, rainy day. They did get my hot/cold preference wrong, but I didn't mind that day. There isn't much in the way of seating, although the inside is nice and cozy. Baristas/cashiers are friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the menu. Service is a little bit slow as they do seem to get backed up quickly, but we were just hanging out and happy to savor our drinks on a weekend so it wasn't a big deal. POUR Decisions.... I needed coffee and make a lot of these (heehee) so I had to go here! It's 5 stars just for the name and for offering unique Asian-inspired selections, likes ube and sesame Vietnamese coffee. Customer service from the cashier was stellar. She was friendly and cool, and she spent time chatting with me about the drink. Granted, there was no one else in the entire place, but still. It was really nice to be greeted by someone who has a genuine smile. The store has a nice organic vibe with the clean aesthetic and bench seating with staggered pillows. The only thing is, for a coffee lover like myself who likes to work and spend time at a cafe, Pour Decisions' interior provides more of an environment for temporary socializing or order-waiting rather than long-term hang out because there are limited tables and the interior is fairly small. My ube coffee had delicious hot -- and strong -- coffee with cold ube foam. (I thought the coffee was going to be flavored with ube, so this was an interesting surprise.). The size of the drink was a little small (like 5 oz and part of it was foam), but that is about all I can drink of Vietnamese coffee anyway since it's stronger. Next time I plan to try their sesame coffee, and hopefully they'll have more pastries next time. read more

Had to the chance to visit during the grand opening and I was already excited beforehand because I took a peak at the menu. They have the rare blueberry latte that is so uncommon in places, but oh is it so good. It got the ultimate Chinese compliment from my mom as "not too sweet" and I agree. It had a nice blueberry flavor balanced with the coffee and some, what seemed like, graham crackers mixed in. It's such a rarity to find, and they do it really well. The drinks are on the pricey end, but considering the location and rent prices, it's understandable and I would still come back. They also have other specialty drinks that aren't commonly found at other places which I also want to try. Staff is super nice, inside has a nice ambiance and look to it. There's some seating, but not a whole lot. There is a parking lot, but it is shared with a Bay City Sports so it could be busy depending on the time. Overall, I would definitely comeback. First of all, this is NOT a coffee house. I saw this new spot advertise on IG and went there expecting/hoping to find a new coffee spot. I clearly had the wrong expectations. The interior is small and they have one of those stairs/bench set ups on one wall. I know this was a design trend recently, but it takes up a lot of the indoor seating and with rainy season right around the corner I can imagine folks being a bit picky about getting their pants dirty. They do have a countertop on the outside with several high chairs. Unfortunately it's exposed to the rain and overlooked the parking lot. However, it does provide more seating options for those who want to stay and enjoy their beverage. I was here for the soft opening, so the place was full of staff. The person working at the register did greet me, but there wasn't any warmth or excitement expressed about the new place. There was a gentleman walking in with a delivery box who said hello, but besides that the staff was doing their own thing. I found this weird given this is a new location for this business and you'd expect them to be warm and welcoming, at least put in some effort to drum up some business. The coffees are an assortment of iced, sugary treats with a few different flavor variations, very similar to all the tea shops popping up, but with coffee. I went with the traditional, and it was definitely flavorful but at over seven dollars for what amounted to less than 8 ounces of liquid, I thought it was a bit overpriced and not what I was hoping for on a cold and rainy day. The canned beer selection was actually great. I'm not sure what the open container regulations are in the shopping center, but it could be a boon for both this spot and the pizza joint next-door if you could enjoy your pizza and a beer while sitting at one of their tables. read more

I'm going to specifically rate their peanut butter latte a 5-star! It's tasty with just the right amount of sweetness. It's almost like a peanut butter shake but with espresso. I do want to make a small customization to this drink, and that's adding a salt foam on top to have some more notes. I think this will bring it over the top with a new experience. They have lots to offer but their main focus is their specialty drinks such as their Vietnamese flavored drinks; Pandan, Coconut, etc. The place isn't that big of a shop. They have a few seats with some additional outdoor communal high table type seating. This is more of a grab n' go type coffee spot. This is perfect for my post-workouts from next door! I came by in the morning so didn't try their beers, but the ube coffee and pandan cream coffee were both good, even the traditional viet coffee was solid, although the iced drinks had a bit too much ice for my liking (the cream mostly just ended up stuck to the ice cubes). The pandan was good but much more mild than the ube, however both tasted great and refreshing. Each drink was between $6-$7. I preordered online but did still have to wait inline with other folks as they did not have a dedicated pick up line, although staff was quick to retrieve my order once I made it to the front of the line. Interior is fairly small for a coffee shop, but they did have some patio seating as well. Parking seemed alright given they are located in a shared lot, but it was pretty full even early in the morning. It was nice they open pretty early for craft coffee/beer place. My drink took a pretty long time to get - last in my group, but eventually they called out my order. When I finally got it, it was very dark like coffee, so I asked the employee, if this was my order - the Salted Cream Jasmine Tea. She double checked and confirmed the name and drink. I was still skeptical about it, but since the employee confirmed it was order, we just left after we all got our drinks. After leaving, I tried my drink (which I should had before I left) and it was definitely coffee and it was super strong (I do not like or drink coffee at all).
