    Strawberry Matcha Latte

Finally had the chance to drop by again. I ordered their Iced Blueberry Matcha with Oat Milk. The verdict this time? YES! Perfectly balanced and refreshing. I'll be back to try their other matcha creations.

You'll find Pour Decisions on the northern end of the shopping center, near the City Sports. There's a bit of seating inside and outside, not a whole lot... it is not really set up as a place to hang out for a while. Upon walking in and looking at the first menu panel above the counter, I was surprised to see that they offered beer. I guess this gives them an excuse to open early in the morning for coffee and stay open late for people who want a beer later in the day. Although they don't really stay open all that late. LOL The lady at the counter was very helpful when I asked for advice. I was trying to decide between the ube cream coffee or the salted cream coffee. She told me that both were popular choices, however more people preferred the ube. So that's the one I went with and it tasted pretty good. The sesame cream was also good, but it had less sesame flavor come through in the cream. I thought that the coffees were pricey for the size you get. I appreciate it when drink shops have a public restroom available. I can't comment on theirs since I didn't actually use it. The shopping center can get busy at times so your parking experience will vary. The City Sports & Marshalls nearby attract a lot of people to this side of the shopping center.

Banana latte not overly sweet, good milk to coffee ratio, cream was banana flavored too

I came across Pour Decisions on my maps app of all places and decided to check it out. They're open early in the morning and have not only their local beer selection but also classic drinks like coffee and matchas. I'm not a beer person but I know they have both local pours and the canned variety. Ask staff for more details. I chatted with employee "Jar" Jaressie. She's so awesome! Very informative and she answered all of our questions. She said they're planning to open a Fremont location apart from Mtn View & SJ. Drinks: Blueberry Matcha Horchata Latte Viet Coffee I went back twice for the blueberry. I believe they hand whisk their matcha(?), mix it with milk of choice, and top it off generously with their blueberry cold foam. They sprinkle on some graham cracker crumbs and sometimes actual blueberries. I got half sweet and it's so good! We tried some of their savory baked goods: Bolognese empanada BBQ chicken empanada Bacon cheese galette Breakfast Burrito They ran out of the Korean garlic bun both days I went. The empanadas were decent. The galette was oily and the breakfast burrito was alright. I would say drinks are solid and go to Posh Bagel a few doors down for breakfast. I'll be back to try other drinks!

    Salted cream Jasmine tea

I was excited when I found out that there's a Pour Decisions closer to me. This location is a bit smaller than their SJ one, but parking is a lot easier in my opinion, just because this plaza is less busy. I tried their salted cream jasmine tea and it wasn't great. The tea itself had that over-steeped bitterness that lingers on the tongue. The cream was not bad, but I feel like I've had better. Maybe I'll stick with their specialty coffee next time. I also tried a sip of their traditional coffee - it tasted closer to just regular black coffee than coffee with condensed milk. It seemed like they only had one person working on the morning we visited, so she had to hop back and forth between the counter and making drinks.

Banana Latte and Strawberry Lychee Lemonade

Staff here were all nice and full of energy. A new go to spot in Fremont for sure. I got the Iced Banana Latte and my daughter got the strawberry lychee lemonade. Both were bomb!

Tried this location with daughter as she never tried Pour Decisions drink. This location is smaller than the San Jose, Cottle Rd one. Daughter ordered the ube latte and I stay with my usual sea salt coffee. Coffee is just as good as San Jose location. I like my drinks creamy and strong. I can't drink Vietnamese coffee now without the sea salt cream.

Tasty drinks. Limited customizations and not very large in size. However, very nice and helpful staff which made the experience that much better.

    Iced banana latte
    Rimmi S.

I got the iced banana latte and I will say it was really good. It had the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness without tasting overpowering. The drink came out to $8.25, which is a little pricey, but the flavor made up for it. The shop itself is very small inside, so it's more of a grab-your-drink-and-go type of place rather than somewhere you can sit down and study for a while. They do have a bathroom available though, which is convenient. One thing to know is that apparently they only offer the Korean garlic buns and some of their food items on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

I love pour decisions! Always something knew I can try and end up loving and hoping they keep it on the menu! I didn't know they had a location here since I'm always in the area but maybe I just wasn't looking but glad they have a location here. Smaller than the first location but still the same vibes. I ordered the apple cinnamon matcha which was so good especially the toppings and also got my all time fav and glad they kept it on the menu the peanut butter latte ! I've had the apple cinnamon latte before and I was gonna get that too but just had to hold back! Also got a banana bread and that was delicious as well.

If you're going to spend 9 dollars on a coffee make it a good one. Make a " pour decision" . Seriously our coffee was perfect. Strong but yummy! The cold foam is their specialty. I visited once before work on a Thursday. The line was short and I had pre ordered online. Super quick in and out. The next time I visited on a Saturday and waited about 15 min. It's popular so I get it. Worth the wait And it makes for a great picture. I'll be back soon. 10/10

Very unique flavors here! We wanted to try a little bit of everything, so we ordered four drinks, the ube cream, egg cream, banana matcha latte, and the traditional. All of them were delicious, but the ube one was definitely my favorite. It's a very casual coffee spot with limited seating, so more of a grab-and-go place. The staff were friendly and nice.

    Pumpkin latte with almond milk

This was my first time at this Mountain View location, I've actually only been to the San Jose one. Goodness was it great to see the exact same set up in both locations. I love their elevated seat seats, which are perfect for a background picture and your drink. Lol they have a smaller seating area here, but it was raining so I didn't want to sit outside. They had great beers on tap, and I loved my pumpkin latte with almond milk! I got to sit here for an hour or so and get a lot of work done. Lol both barista working seemed like they liked their job and had some jokes here and there as they worked in between customers. There were a lot of DoorDash's that were picked up this particular Sunday, so I'm glad to see this location has a lot of business like the San Jose one! I love small businesses and I'm here to support the community!! Sadly, this Sunday around 3 o'clock they were out of almost all their pastries, but I'm glad other people got to enjoy them before me. I will definitely come back again!!

The fermentation concept is woven into everything from the beers and botanical mocktails to the food and it actually works incredibly well. The drinks are creative without feeling gimmicky, and the flavors are layered and thoughtful. The food was surprisingly memorable too, especially how vegetable-forward dishes still felt rich and satisfying. The atmosphere has this warm, artsy, almost hidden-gem energy that makes you want to stay for hours. What really stands out is that the place feels intentional. You can tell the owners care deeply about craft, community, and creating an experience instead of just another brewery. Easily one of the coolest and most distinctive food/drink concepts in San Jose right now.

Fox Tale Fermentation is a small place like a Japanese ramen shop. My high school classmate suggestion this place and I thought she was vegetarian. I asked her why this place; she wanted to try it out but she's a meat eater. I'm down to try new places so we went. When we went, it was really crowded for a Thursday dinner time. A lady saw my cane and offer her table to sit at so I felt seen. You pretty much order at the front counter; you pour your own water. Front counter was so nice to us as we try to order. We got the funk salad and kombucha. We didn't order a lot because we wanted to try the place. When we got to our table, it was near the door. Our funk salad came and it was hefty mf. It was a bowl of salad all right. So you know how I said earlier that I don't like vegetarian food? OMG I was amazed. The best salad I've eaten. The vinaigrette was so good; it was citrusy. My salad was cut into small pieces so it wasn't big that I need to cut it. The sweet potato was sauteed. The princess sauerkraut was so good. I don't like sauerkraut at all but it was divine. I never tried kombucha because I thought it was dirt tea. I was wrong. It has the fermented taste and I never knew. After trying it, it's not something I would order again. I liked how I was eating "healthy" food after I ate bad yesterday. I don't have that bad bloated feeling. It's very wheelchair friendly and restroom is unisex. The restroom is clean. The establishment is clean. I would go here again if I have a vegetarian visitor. This place rocks!
