Asked for everything on the cheeseburger, opened it up and had add my own condiments.

Arrived at noon, only one person ahead me in the drive through... still sitting in drive through 30 minutes later, no food. Finally got the food, it was cold... had to demand a refund after waiting 45 minutes

The dippers are good as well, and although there's no ambiance, the service is good. I like the red decor. The dippers are meaty and good, and the fries are delicious. I like the ranch, and the pineapple jerk is very good-you get some spice without it overwhelming.

I came in here for dinner with my husband earlier. We hadn't been to this Toxic location before, so we needed to try it out. We were immediately greeted by the cashier, who gave recommendations and answered questions. The restaurant is clean and bigger than it looks. Food came out pretty quickly and it was delicious. We ordered burgers and chicken dippers, which are like nugget size chicken pieces. They have my favorite sauces, the raspberry habanero and apricot chipotle. Which makes me very happy. Would I return? If I'm in the area, absolutely. But it's a really long drive just for that, with other closer locations I can go to instead.

    Great outdoor seating.

Clean! Cute inside like a diner. Lovely customer service. My son keeps hearing about their famous breakfast burritos so I finally took him to try one out. He absolutely loved them. He begged for another one. Thank you so much for good food and service for me and my kid.

Oh my gaaaaaawd. We love going to Toxic Wings. My Celiac partner introduced me to this place when we first started dating, and it is wonderful. They have dedicated gluten free fryers and their chicken and fries are all done gluten free. Which is amazing, since what we usually order are chicken strips. Technically, they call them "bone-out" wings, but they're long like strips. They come with a side of sauce and we usually bundle it with fries. They have a number of sauces, but my partner's favourite is the raspberry habenero. I've tried several but usually go back to the Spicy BBQ. Honestly, I would go spicier but the main reason I don't go for any of the super spicy sauces is that the base tends to be made with Frank's Red Hot Sauce....and I personally detest Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Like...a lot. And I can never remember which sauce comes with that as a base. But regardless, the spicy BBQ is great. My one kid loves the sweet BBQ and my other kid prefers to get a cheeseburger. We live in Salem, so it's a little bit of a haul to get here, but often times on a Saturday or Sunday, we'll get up and head down to Eugene via 99 for a little drive, to grab lunch, and then will find something to do in the area. It makes for a nice destination, with food we all know we're going to like. They're very conscientious about gluten contamination, which is important for us. When we go through the drive-thru, they bag the burger separately to keep it away from the chicken, and when we eat inside, they bring the burger out on a separate tray. And their customer service is amazing! When I made a mistake and forgot to nix mustard from my son's burger, the woman noticed me wiping it off with a napkin and brought out a new slice of tomato, more lettuce, and a new bun, so that my son wouldn't have to have any mustard contamination on his burger. That was one of the sweetest things, because she just took it upon herself to try and make my son happy! I have no complaints about coming here. The service is great, the inside is clean and kept up, the food is great, and my partner has never gotten gluten-sick from eating here. I can't recommend it enough.

Okay, here's the thing... I wouldn't call this "fast" food. We had 2 cars in front of us in the drivethru... by the time we got to the window we had sat in line for 30 minutes!! Got our drinks right away then waited another 8 minutes at the window. I assume it must be normal wait times because the worker didn't apologize for the wait or explain why it was taking SO long. Unfortunately that is a bit of a deal breaker for a drivethru joint for me. Hard to say I would go back unless I wanted to take a break and sit in my car for 40 mins ha! Anyways, for all that wait time & only 2 burger combos (fries & drink) I think that is absurd. The burgers were alright. The patty was extremely thin, the bun was thick and looked good, but was a tad dry and wasn't great either. There was one pickle spear, one tomato, mayo, cheese, a small handful of shredded lettuce & the patty for the "cheeseburger". I did really enjoy the French fries! They were hot and just the right amount of soft, and crunch. Not too salty, but just right. Super good. Overall it was filling and decent food, but not going to be running back simply due to the long wait time.

Nice atmosphere, clean and friendly employees. Wings were ok, sauce so-so. Burger was good but small portions. But, will go there again.

However, the crust was way too thin toward the middle of the pizza to even hold the toppings. It just flopped over. It was maybe a mm thick?? With some orange slices and lots of cubes of beets, pickled red onions and sunflower seeds. Too much oil in the lemon vinaigrette IMO since it all tasted a bit oily. The beers were excellent. Service good (order at counter and they will bring it to you). Parking in the neighborhood, a bit sketchy.

This is a large working brewery, which you can see from the outside. But it's also a large taproom and restaurant, perfect for small groups or large events. They had a bunch of outdoor seating and bike parking, but it was too cold that day on our visit. The interior really leans into their brand with everything in bright green. There's a bar with seating, tables, a merchandise shop, and lots of packaged beer to take to go. The staff were welcoming. They came to the table to take our orders, most of us got flights and burgers. The food was better than the beer to be honest, however, all the beers were good too. If you're a beer fan, this is one of those must-stop places.

The brewery itself is also great as they have lots of inside seating options and a pretty big outdoor patio. The beer was great too, we found out about Hop Valley because we were in town for the Eugene Marathon and they're one of the sponsors. The only downfall was the food service, we ordered a simple salads and chicken strips with fries and it took about an hour to get our food. We came Sunday afternoon after the marathon and it wasn't too busy here. Outside had about 3 tables either partied of 5 plus people. You would t think starter/appetizer could take that long. While we were still waiting for our food we heard the table next to us ask the food runner what's taking so long & he just replied "the food doesn't come out in any particular order."

Not a huge beer drinker but I knew they had my Chimay Trappist Grande Reserve that I like. I brought this over to the bar so I could enjoy with a menu item. This was the first time I was asked if I wanted my Chimay in a tulip glass. Of course I do, that's the way it is traditionally served. Next I decided to try their burger. I don't even get a choice as to the degree of doneness that I would like my burger. Well done equals dry and flavorless. The pretzel bun the burger was on was extremely chewy as if it had been microwaved. I opted for cheddar cheese, which brought the price of my burger meal to over $20 for a slightly below mediocre burger. Typical lettuce, tomato, pickle and small slice of onion as a topping. I opted for seasoned fries as the side and they were mediocre as well. Still searching for a truly good burger that is worthy of a $20 price point.
