    Bacon Cheeseburger wnd Regular Fries

I mean, for what you're paying for, it sure is hot, greasy, in your face, om nom nom nom's. But you are indeed paying for it. And for what you pay for it. It just misses the mark of a good burger. The meat is bland, and the toppings help to mask it, but it's not there. I do appreciate that it is made fresh, nut 10 mins to wait for a paper bag of food when there literally was nobody else in the restaurant was a little odd. As was the fact it was served in a paper bag? Wouldn't it be more beneficial to have, like, idk, trays or something for dine in? Unless that's part of the pizazz. The brown bag special. But again, for the prices, they can afford to do better and be better.

I came in here with my husband last night. We had to go to Best Buy, so we figured it was something different than what we typically eat. I'd been here once shortly after they opened, and it wasn't a pleasant experience. Like, I got so sick before I even walked out the door, and had to stop at Target for stomach medicine. Customer service wasn't exceptional either. So I had basically boycotted it since then. My husband suggested it a few times since then and I always refused. Last night I figured, what the hell? Let's try again. The customer service has improved significantly. Austin was our cashier. He was a nice kid, who actually listened to our requests, and they were fulfilled. We waited a while, as there was a million loud college students in there from various sports teams. Luckily we didn't have trouble finding a table. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Mine had extra pickles on it, and my husband's no mushrooms. I love the way they organize it. Each sandwich labeled 1,2,3, etc, with the receipt showing which is which. Perfect. No questions. Now, every time I order extra pickles in a fast food place, there's like one extra pickle. God help anyone that forgets my pickles. Here, there was a good amount. It was obvious they followed the extra pickle directive. High points there. My husband noticed they have peanuts. He loves peanuts. We ordered a large fry, which was huge. Like, the size of a soda cup. Then they pile even more into the bag. My husband commented that they gave new meaning to the term bag fries. Lol. The food tasted pretty good. I had no complaints. I don't see what everyone raves about though. It wasn't really memorable to me. Like, I remember the bag fries comment from my husband and the extra pickles. There wasn't anything else to rave about, really. Would I return? Probably. There's nothing bad about my experience here last night, so I can't complain. I'm not big on fast food these days, given I'm trying to loose weight, so I've cut out processed food. But if my husband suggests it again, I won't protest as hard as I used to. Review 68 of 2017.

Five Guys is my go to burger joint whether this one or the one near my house in Portland. I give them high ratings for: Consistency of experience Good food quality - love the fries Fast and efficient made to order burgers General overall building cleanliness Friendly staff Free peanuts Open kitchen 50ish retro style I would like the endorsement signage updated. We know you're tasty, but none of the signs are proof points newer than 2010. Give us some more recent press highlights to show you're still doing great and keeping the image and quality up. Enjoy.

Love the bacon cheeseburgers. Pro tip you can ask for extra bacon and (or) cheese for no additional charge. I usually get just the extra bacon as the cheese slices are thick and one is plenty. Love the fries a small size is plenty for two people.

first impression. The layout of the place is pretty cramped. Too many tables to seat people comfortably... I had to weave my way through a maze to get a seat. After a bit of a wait, the burger was nice and plump. The size was the best part, a the cheese was still cold, and the meat was only luke warm. The meat also lacked any flavor. The fries were plentiful and full of oil. So this first impression left a lot to be desired. For comparable prices, there are better burgers in the area.

So I'm Keto, and finding places that have keto friendly dishes on menus isn't the hardest but can be a bit of a challenge! I come here often on my lunch breaks because it's close to my work. Bacon cheeseburger bowl (no bun), with grilled jalapeño, grilled onions, tomatoes and pickles! Side of mayo. It's so good & filling. The staff is always great and accommodating for me. It's very much appreciated!

Feels like a hot take around here, but I like it better than most of the local burger places. Service was super friendly, too!

All of the staff are amazing and I've never had a bad experience with customer service. Many staff are high school students. My son worked there and absolutely loved working for Addi. Many customers are regulars and many out of towners that hear word of mouth how great this place is. Prices are fair and you get ALOT of food. Everything tastes great. I have yet to have a dish that didn't taste good. Fresh and made to order. Very flavorful food. The pancake is huge as well as the cinnamon roll. 4 people could eat it and each would have a belly full. The vibe is cute inside and very cozy. I love to sit and look at the decor. You can't go wrong with Addi's Diner.

Addi herself waited on us and was super personable and sweet. I heard her across the cafe ask after a customer's new baby -- he hadn't been in for a year, she just remembered. A homeless guy came in and she listened to his rambling story attentively, then got him some food and sent him on his way. She's a gem. The food was pretty typical greasy spoon breakfast, which is exactly what I wanted. Solid meal and much appreciated at that hour. I think I heard then say they opened at 4am. Delightful little life saver of a spot.

The fish and chips was sad, the pieces they gave were tiny very dense and breaded almost like a chicken strip and they looked like half of a tilapia fillet, definitely not what I expected from the GIANT picture on their reader board. Dairy Queen's chicken fingers are bigger than these pieces of fish. The tartar sauce is prepackaced and super processed and very chemical tasting. The saddest part is what they call their coleslaw, I get it, its a burger joint but dang the coleslaw is literally cabbage and no sauce, no flavor, there seems to be very little QC or manager checking food and taste on some stuff here at this location. The service at the window is always friendly and prompt once you get up there but the wait is usually pretty bad. I know you guys are local and I know you guys can do better. Whoever is managing this location you need to step up the QC on things like the slaw, make your own tartar sauce, and just step it up. I expect so much more from a local place like this, but as it is your just a bit below what I'd expect from a Burger King or McDonalds.
