I came in here a couple weeks ago because I was shopping at the Duck store and needed a quick lunch. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, or something with those ingredients. I forget the exact name. Food was fine, exactly how I ordered it. Customer service was bland. Nothing wrong with it or the employees, but nothing they did was memorable. Restaurant was clean but small. Would I return? Probably not. It isn't anywhere near where I normally am. I simply stopped in because it was convenient on that specific day. I know it's a college town, right outside the college, but that doesn't excuse the service. I had my order completely wrong, with the wrong bread and toppings. The service remembers wouldn't even look at me and were in deep conversation with one another while taking my order (maybe why my order was completely wrong). yea it is a sandwich if you are hungry enough. We ordered an Italian sub. the meats have enough salt but the added salt on the greens was too much. we didn't add any seasonings. The roll wasn't very tasty, not warm and fresh as it could have been. our second Jersey Mike from a different state and a year or two apart. probably won't try them again. read more

Jersey mikes is a great place if you're wanting a quick bite to eat. Solid sandwiches I definitely prefer it over subway. My sub was 12$ which is not bad especially considering how big it is and how many toppings they pack in. Small shop, a few tables if you wanted to eat there but does get crowded during the school day. Employees are friendly. Good online ordering. Would recommend! read more

Received a free regular sandwich coupon in the mail so I decided to check it out! Both a friend and I got the Club Sub, and I got mine Mike's Way. All the employees were very friendly and worked super fast. They wrapped them up nice and put them in cute bags to go. There was hardly anyone in the store but it looked like it is kept fairly clean. The ingredients tasted really fresh and there was a good helping of meat which was very tasty. Oil and vinegar come with it done Mike's Way but there was a little too much of it for my taste. Overall the sandwich kind of reminded me of a Jimmy John's sandwich but at a Subway size. Overall, good sercive, decent food, and we got free $8 sandwiches which was cool! Would come again to try other things on the menu. They have a pretty big variety of cold/hot subs and wraps. read more

Extremely unsanitary workplace conditions. Employees were placing sandwiches on the counters without being cleaned at all and also putting the receipts on top of the bread and meat. I enjoy jersey mikes subs. However, today, its Eugene location of of 13th was seriously lacking in its customer service department. I can understand mixing up an order, that happens and if there is a lack of communication between the establishment and Hungry Ducks I'm sure that they will resolve it in the future. What had me disgruntled was the rude and arrogant attitude I was approached with upon attempting to resolve the matter. I think everyone goes to jersey mikes for the convenience of the store. They are very nice and accommodating and their subs are good. They also offer changing menus that are always interesting to try. I saw they recently got got chicken philly cheese steaks and I tried one the other day and I love it. I just with the subs were a little larger cause there bigger option is pretty expensive. read more

What can I say Jersey Mike's never fails at quality. As a college student, this location is perfect for afternoon lunches and always has outstanding customer service inside. The sandwich place is always clean and getting your sandwich Mike's Way is definitely the route to go. They are definitely one of the highest quality sandwich place on the market and you can taste the quality in every bite. Additionally, they have a great selection of subs you can chose from. I've been here a few times before, and by now I've figured out that ordering "Mike's Way" is a bit too messy with all the vinegar and oil. So this time, when they asked if I wanted it Mike's Way, I said, "Yes. But can you go a little light on the juice?" And the guy said "sure." Well, I think he must have been offended that I would ask that or something. I'm left with no other conclusion than that he wanted revenge on me for even asking him to "go light" on the juice --- because my sandwich came more soaked with juice than any other sandwich I've gotten there. It's a gross, wet, mess. C'mon you guys. I think you can do better. For my part, in the future I will just say "no juice", and if I decide I want a little bit of oil and vinegar, I'll go around the corner to Subway and ask them to splash a little bit on. read more

This is the real deal. Authentic Jersey style subs, which I never expected to taste again, or to find this far west of the Tri-state area. The food smells right, it tastes right, it's sliced and dressed properly, and they've nailed it perfectly every time we've eaten there. Absolutely terrible. I ordered through Hungry Ducks (delivery service), and ordered a large Grilled Pastrami Reuben with no kraut (special instructions section), for $12.95. The description said: "Pastrami, grilled to perfection, add sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, melted Swiss cheese and enjoy", with no picture (the main shop's web page does have a picture). For that price (not even a side), I expected a really nice, juicy sandwich with a large (or at least good) amount of meat with a good amount of swiss and thousand island. What I got was about 6 ounces of shaved mystery meat with barely any taste shoved into a huge 12 inch sub style bread (which wasn't terrible to be honest), with no cheese or thousand island at all...it was so dry that I couldn't even get through a quarter of the sandwich. I also ordered a half meatball with cheese, description "Melted provolone, tomato sauce and parmesan cheese over our famous meatballs". Again no sides, for $7.45. I've had better meatball subs from Subway's for almost half the price, and at least there I could get whatever condiments I want, and a choice between white and other types of bread. The meatballs were again mystery meat with little to no taste, and the only thing accurate in the description was "tomato sauce"--not marinara, not any flavor at all except for crushed tomato. They vape in their fridges and so I mean ‍ take that as you will. I swear that the employees always seem so dead and upset to be there, like they have zero emotion and do not want to be there. Quality east coast subs finally near campus!

My fiance went to get a couple subs for dinner tonight. He got there at 6:30 (the shop closes at 7). He said both employees seemed like they didn't want to be there and were already picking up and starting to close. He also said they seemed annoyed that he was there to order food, which seems ridiculous because he wasn't even ordering anything hot. They forget to put bacon in my #8, or were out of bacon and just didn't say anything, while still charging full price. This is terrible customer service, especially for people who literally just make the same sandwiches all day AND just got a pay raise. If I were the owner (I'm not sure if this is a franchise location or not), I'd be particularly upset that my employees were about to close my business early and then provided substandard service when a paying customer chose to patronize my business. read more

I ordered a sub to go, since I needed to catch a bus, and asked for the #16 with no onions/peppers. Great sandwich shop. The Philly cheesesteaks are authentic. So, they're obviously delicious. The fresh sandwiches use high quality meats and cheeses that are sliced in front of you when you order. The veggies are limited in variety, but are fresh and applied liberally. Service is quick and professional and the restaurant is clean.
