One if the worst sub sandwiches ever. Will give them credit for being fast, but beyond that this place is just lacking on so many levels, never again. I've definitely had better, and can't think of any worst. Poor quality, sub par ingredients and poor handling of our food (smashed beyond belief) and quite honestly I don't believe the person who made our sandwiches would have eaten them theirs selves. It was just plain gross. Needless to say we did not finish them and we will not return. A complete waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor - find some place else. Terrible food, not sure how they stay in business other than they are cheap. 1.5 stars - rounded up instead of down for being quick. 00402

Blt without the t and I ordered extra bacon didn't get it

They are ok. First time I've been. I asked for BLT without the T. And extra bacon. I didn't get extra bacon but paid for it. I didn't look at sandwiches before I left. My husband got big john. He said it was ok to much lettuce. But ok. Very loud music. I couldn't hardly hear cashier.

Turkey Tom with sprouts, I need to finish this now..

Freakishly fast sandwiches! Came in for the first time today to compare against subway. The bread is very good and baked on sight. I am very satisfied with the sandwich I chose, the Turkey Tom. I got the optional sprouts which really add a nice green flavor to the sandwich. Service is very friendly and the prices are in line with the size of the sandwich. I can't say that I favor jj over subway or vice versa, but I can say that jj is very good and I would return for a refreshing change over subway. The Springfield store is indeed open even though google will tell you it is closed. The employees are aware of this but google has made its decision.

The place was gross. Clearly hasn't been cleaned for who knows how long. Very sub par sandwich they need an inspection at this location.

Five Guys - A Five Guys cheeseburger, milkshake and regular order of fries sits on a table inside a Five Guys restaurant.

Short: Super friendly, delicious, great sizes, and so many options! Visited week of Sept 26th 2022…read more When I arrived, there was a queue of 3 people. The register staff was super friendly and polite. Along with patience, as my friend has never been to a Five Guys. They served us our Milkshakes as we waited. There was pick up/online orders, but we still received our food within 10 mins. You can pick up some peanuts as you wait as well! The location looks to be well staffed, had 3 cooking, 1 cashier who later cleaned thoroughly the dining room. [Food, Shakes, & Cost]: I got a "little cheeseburger" [$7.95], regular fries, and a milkshake [$6.25]. My friend got the "little hamburger" [$6.95] and milkshake. Mix-ins to the milkshakes are included in the price/free! [You can even mix in **bacon** into your shake] The little cheeseburger was the size of a normal fast food burger (about the size of your palm & some), so bigger than little! The only cheese they have is Cheddar. I added grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos (raw), green bell peppers (raw), BBQ Sauce, and Mayo. The beef was fresh and grilled right there to view. On a sesame bun, Five Guys burgers are really what you imagine a burger to traditionally/stereotypically look like. Overall, the taste was delicious and it wasn't overly greasy. Just got a bit messy with all the fixings not with grease. The fries are served in a drink cup. Which I find cute and original. Five Guys uses peanut oil to fry their fresh and locally harvested potatoes. They post in the front by the line where the potatoes came from and even display peanuts [and peanut oil] in the restaurant. The fries were hot!! It wasn't super greasy but did have oil to them, but they probably literally just came out of the fryer. I found my batch was a bit overly dark, but it wasn't a disgusting burnt crisp. Their fries still held a good crunch but softness. [Shakes]: The milkshake was chocolate and malted milk [!!!!]. I really hunt and love malt shakes, they just taste different with almost a different consistency as well. It truly did taste like a chocolate malt shake. (I even saw a clump of malt powder at the bottom). My friend got Banana. I am happy to say it was not that [gross] artificial tasting Banana but *fresh* fruity banana taste. Overall the consistencies were great and of good quality in taste. I just wish it was a tad bit chocolat-ier and for the price I was expecting it to be a bit bigger. Overall, seriously love this Five Guys location, everything a Five Guys should be and is. Definitely want to come visit again for burgers, fries, and shakes!

The lighting inside was a bit dark, but there were plenty of tables and seemed clean. Our order took a while to prepare. It seemed like they had a lot of mobile orders. We ended up waiting around 15-20 minutes for 3 bowls, and they did end up forgetting our hot sauces. We could have added them to our bowls ourselves since they have a station with hot sauce bottles, but we didn't notice until we were in the car. The bowls themselves were simple, had fresh ingredients, and was filling. This place seems like a slightly less sodium-heavy alternative to Chipotle for around the same price.

I like that this is a healthy fast option. It's definitely a whole food, you can recognize and name every ingredient. With all the synthetic and petroleum based additives going into food these days, it's good to have safe and healthy options. My favorite part is the Yumm sauce. This stuff is so delicious it should be classified as a narcotic. I doubled checked the barcode using my Yuka app and sure enough, it rates clean of additives. All this stuff is natural actual food, and they made it taste good! Imagine, healthy food that actually tastes good, especially the vegan version without any meat added. Walking in, the store feels very clean and comfortable. At first I noticed the array of do-it-yourself kiosks. I prefer to deal with humans, so I walk directly to the counter and happily enough, there is a smiling face asking if she can help me. I look up and there it is all laid out on the menu board. In no time I had it figured, ordered and paid for with the warm human interaction as opposed to the cold flat screen. This store is well lit with plenty of natural light coming through the large windows. This yumm sauce is amazing in its flavor. I think I have a new addiction for a while.
