Let me tell you. I'm almost 52 years old and never had Jersey Mike's. Why the heck not? I've been missing out. I got the turkey and provolone. It was so good. Doesn't even compare to Subway lol. I had door dash bring it, so I'm not sure about the decor or service. I think the decor would have something to do with football since they're partnered up with the NFL. Great food at great prices. A definite must try. I'm sure any of there sandwiches would be as good as the turkey with provolone. read more

First time at this location (traveling through on my way to Portland). I arrived on 10-1-25 at 8:35pm. I had a large trailer and had to park far away in the lot. Looking at the establishment, the OPEN sign was not lit and I didn't see any patrons nor employees. So I sat in the parking lot to look on Yelp and make sure of their hours. I know that all JM locations are open to 9pm, why should this one be different? After checking the hours, I eventually walked up, expecting them to be closed. However, the door was unlocked so I went in. I saw one staff member cleaning and everyone else was in the back. After a minute or two, a young girl came out and greeted me. I asked if they were open and she said they were. I mentioned that the OPEN sign was off. She said they turn it off early because they clean. She then called for someone that could use the slicer and make me a sub. I was served by Brian and when I mentioned that this was my first time at this location and I am from the Point Pleasant area in New Jersey (and I've been going to JM locations for over 30 years), that I would have high expectations. He apologized for the condition of the store since everyone was cleaning up. He was friendly and speedy. After reading several reviews, it appears that this location does not live up to the JM standards. I'd have given five stars but the OPEN sign made it an inconvenience. read more

Always clean and the food tastes really good, the amount of portions varies by person, but that's to be expected. Never had a bad experience with the service. My only gripe really is that the bread is often pretty crunchy, but it's not a big enough deal that I would stop coming here. Still a massive improvement over subway in my opinion. read more

Wow. I made an online order of two sandwiches and I'm still waiting as people walk in the door and get their food. I even had drive time here from town...super disappointed that I have to keep waiting while walk in customers leave. I'm so annoyed I can't even eat the sandwich now since I'm late to get back to work. Update: from 2 stars to 3...Now that I'm not hangry I'd say my sandwich was pretty good. There have been several times where i order ahead for take out and they are not even getting to it until 15-20 minutes after promised pick up. Meanwhile the people who walked in after me and went up to counter were eating at their table before they even started on my to go order. Manager was unhelpful and unapologetic both times. BE AWARE OF THEIR HOT SANDWICHES! My kid and I ordered the chipotle chicken and chicken sandwich which was delivered from door dash. We had taken about 5-6 bites before realizing something wasn't right. This was 3-15-2024 around noon. I called the establishment right away and the manger on duty apologized. I asked if I can bring it in and he said it wasn't necessary. I asked if I could email it to him and he agreed. I sent the email soon after and never got a response till about 7pm. I'm mostly posting because of the disregard from the franchise owner. Not one time has he called to check on us or anything. Food poisoning/Salmonella is VERY SERIOUS. While I know mistakes happen, but let's take accountability and address it. I did report it to the Health Department also. Do better on serious issues!!! So for future customers be vigilant and check your sandwiches not only here but other establishments. read more

Pleasantly surprised. A bit on the pricey side however the bread, fresh veggies, meats and layering of ingredients was really good and was worth it. I do wish they had a selection of cheeses and that the cream soda was in a bottle, it was out of the soda guns and the sugar and over carbonation made it undrinkable. Do a taster first so you know what your getting. :) Was very busy, long line but moved very quickly and the staff was very nice. Seating cramped, drink area is right in the customer line so it's sort of awkward. Just the way the building is. In the future I will probably call ahead and try take out. In the summertime, perhaps sitting outside will be good. Its nicely located next to Starbucks. Jamba Juice is around the corner and a pub across the way if seeking other beverages or food items. read more

I have been very happy with Jersey Mike's food, and service....until today. My problem is actually not with the establishment as a whole, but with one employee. Scott. He took my order, asked if I wanted them, "Mike's way" or whatever it is...I asked him what that was, and he replied, "lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, and basil". I told him no salt or basil please. Fast forward to my fiancé coming back with the order....we unwrap our sandwiches, to find 2 puddles of vinegar, and oil....along with the bottom pieces of bread, saturated, and falling apart. I called so they would maybe let it be known that oil & vinegar are part of, "Mike's way", But instead, Scott, with his smart ass tone, says that he always mentions the oil & vinegar. I tried telling him, not this time. I was shocked with such rudeness, from a place where NO ONE has ever acted like that. Finally, I gave up by saying, "Whatever! Second time eating here. First time, whoever the really pale kid is was rude and moved around like he was angry at the world for making him work at Jersey Mikes. But at least he actually gave me what I wanted. This time, a lady who yelled to ask me what I wanted told me I need to tell her both of my sandwich orders before ordering the first one. Which would make sense if she didn't rush me through the first one or just ask me if there was anything else. Wasn't busy. Maybe 3 people total there. I was in there at night trying to get dinner, and the other worker was very nice and welcoming. When it got to the veggies we wanted on the sandwich there was a very disrespectful worker with blue hair what was throwing around vinegar bottles and yelling. She didn't even say which sandwiches she was making so I could add or take off what I wanted and was throwing things around. Service - Fast! But they need to work on being thorough. They forgot our bacon on a sub (which has bacon by default) and we had to ask that it be added. They did not tell us where to get the cookie for our meal and was not given a cup until I asked. I was not asked if I was a rewards member or offered to sign up, and I was so overwhelmed with all the chaos that I did not ask to supply my #. Unsure if this is the standard, but toasted our bread without being asked (remember to decline if you dislike toasted bread!) I was asked to pay before I was asked about toppings, so that got confusing. Subs - Delicious! I really enjoyed mine (Original Italian), I need to remember to ask for light on the oil/vinegar as it was quite messy! The meats and cheeses, even breads are delicious. I made two mistakes on my first visit to jersey mikes- 1) not asking what the sizes meant and 2) assuming regular was "small" and giant was "regular", because I only saw two sizes on the cheesesteak menu. I ordered the giant, thinking it would be like a foot long. I ordered the chipotle cheesesteak based on reviews I saw. My fiancé got the California chicken cheesesteak. They don't mess around with the label giant. It was HUGE. Much bigger than a foot long. The bread was soft, meat was tasty, lots of chipotle mayo, flavor of the peppers and onions was good too. Overall, we both really liked the taste of our subs. They were making a turkey/provolone when we were there and it looked really good, I think I'll be trying that next time (size regular if I'm really hungry or mini if I'm not!). Thought I would try this place out. It is nice enough on the inside, and I am pleased that they finally put in another place to eat in this space. It was much needed. I am not sure I will be a frequent customer. The service was fine, and they had more than enough people working. I was just not all that impressed with what I had. My guy had the lg #43 I believe. I think it had philly steak, and cheese. He liked it, but the size was pretty small. On the menu board it says you can get a wrap...I was bummed it was not the unwhich kind of wrap. They only have nasty bagged shredded lettuce like you get at Subway! So they offer for you to get it made in a salad, yeah okay! Well... That comes with that nasty shredded bagged lettuce! I got the turkey salad. The meat and cheese was fine, I have had better honey mustard. This will be low on my list of places to eat. Sorry. Wanted to like it. The owner has wrote to me to say he personally cut the lettuce that day, so I guess it is not the "bagged" kind. It still does not change opinion in the flavors, and when I want to eat salad I don't want the shredded up kind of lettuce. Sorry just my two cents. I would rather have the standard size pieces, or be able to have an unwhich with a regular piece of lettuce offered as a sandwich just like most of their competitors do like when I go to Jimmy Johns they wrap my meat and cheese in lettuce and call that a wrap, and or an unwhich! Being from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I loved Jersey Mike's! It was great to have a taste of home on our way back from a trip to British Columbia. This location has just opened two weeks prior and the staff was so friendly and attentive! I had the turkey and provolone hoagie and I had it Mike's way less the oil. It was perfect! My guy had the chicken cheesesteak with peppers only and he loved it! We also got baked Lays chips and a pack of butterscotch krimpets to remind us of life back in Philadelphia where tastykakes are on every corner. Loved everything and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. We live in Northern California in the San Francisco Bay area and are hoping a franchise or two open soon here! read more

Went here this evening for the first time. I know there's Jersey Mike's all over the place but Eugene never had one and I had never tried it before! I've been longing for another sub shop as our other options are nothing special. My boyfriend and I came here about 6pm and we were the only customers. I ordered their meatball sub and my boyfriend got the chipotle cheesesteak. The first thing I thought on my first bite was how great the bread was! Probably my new favorite out of any chain sub shop. It was delicious! The meatballs and marinara were also great. The highlight had to have been the cheesesteak. I ended up wanting to eat my boyfriends whole sandwich! The subs are good, but today I was very displeased with the fact that they didn't enforce their mask policy on everyone. Two older men were inside for a considerable amount of time (between 1:25pm and 1:45pm) and no one offered them masks or asked them to wear masks. It puts us all at risk and throws the integrity of this store into question. Great sandwiches but we learned a couple weeks ago to not order their "Giant" to be shared between two of us as the bread was , apparently, not sold / used the day before and was not up to their usual "fresh baked" quality. Didn't know Jersey Mike's was in Eugene until I came by it driving by. I had to stop and try a sandwich. There wasn't much of a crowd inside, so I was able to go in and quickly order, which was a regular club. The employees were friendly and talkative. They asked for what toppings I wanted and made my sandwich quick. Sad thing is that they don't offer cheddar cheese. Not much of a fan for the cheeses they offer. The sandwich was not spectacular and was just okay. I asked for pickles and banana peppers and the sandwich was overloaded with them. Had to take many off to make it edible. Along with others that made this point, the sandwiches are extremely spendy and can hurt the wallet if more than one person with a hearty appetite. read more

This chain has good subs but I've been disappointed every time (5 times now) I've tried this location. I always order light oil & vinegar and they drown my sub. Some may enjoy that but I don't like my sandwich dripping oil into my lap. Today I said it again along with only lettuce & banana peppers. I've been dying to find a place that serves a big ol' Philly Steak Sandy, loaded with meat, cheese, and guilt. And when you've found a place that serves said sandwich, I'm quite the happy guy. My wife and I thought we would try out Jersey Mike's as it's new to the area. It's located off Delta behind Jamba Juice and next to Starbucks. They have a large selection of sandwiches. Classic grinders and subs seem to make up the majority of the menu. My first trip, I ordered a regular Philly Cheesesteak. My only complaint with this sandwich was that it was too small! Not saying that they rip you off, but I would've and could've ate another! The bread is soft, meat is plenty, and the cheese is loaded on there. When I order a Philly Cheesesteak I want it to be loaded with meat and dripping with cheese. It should scream, "Call a cardiologist!" when you take your first bite. This one did... My 2nd visit, I decided to get the Big Kahuna. A philly steak sandy with Onions, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, and EXTRA cheese. Since I felt the last one was a little small, I got the "giant", a 24" beast of a sandy. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm still full from that thing that I ate two weeks ago. Considering I eat very clean these days, I only eat here as a cheat meal. So I wont be visiting as much as I would like to, however when I'm in the mood for a meaty, cheesey, mess of a sandy, I'll grab me a philly and indulge! read more

I love this place. I eat there all the time and for the first year or two going here it was great, but the last 4 times I've gone it's been hell. The sandwich is never ready when it should be, I order online and go in at the time they give me, and it takes almost 45 minutes or longer every time. The last time I went they also messed up my sandwich 3 times! It's not that hard to read a receipt and make it but they weren't reading it off the receipt they were running back and forth trying to remember the order.
