Of course...went with the Polish dog and added mustard, sweet relish, picked, jalapeños and cheddar...as you can see they melted the cheese with a small torch at the end...artistry at work! And the result? One fantastic dog! The sausage was both sweet and spicy! The bun was Hawaiian bread...and the toppings were delish!! For $8.00 you truly get what you paid for. I mean it was a basic hot dog and I think 711 could of done better since they are way more juicier when you bite into them. Now here at beer Garden, they do it a little different. I got a nice little set up of alcohol, beer and wine and from what I can tell, they have pretty much set food trucks in the back that are there for the long haul, no pun intended. As far as the food is concerned, you can order it right from your phone and they bring it right to your table and there's about a half dozen or so trucks to choose from with all kinds of different choices from Hawaiian to Thai to burgers and lots more. I opted for the clam chowder and the spicy fried rice which came from two different trucks and both of them were really good. As far as the alcohol is concerned, you wait in line for the beer and wine or cider in one area and cocktails is in another area. They have a spacious outside area also and on this particular night, they were doing trivia outside from when I was told not that we participated since we were visiting with friends and family.
