This experience could have easily been 5 stars but right now I'm rating if the high dollar price tag matched the overall quality of the meal. And at these prices, you almost expect perfection. So at these prices, I have to be a little more critical. I want to first give the host/hostess at the door and our waitress an overwhelming five stars. I will say my wife and I got a lil icked out when we were told "chef prefers all food orders be taken at once." We were doing that anyway but again at these prices, chill out a lil with how I go about deciding what I'm going to eat. It wasn't recommended, it was told. Whatever chef. The ambiance. Let's be real. This is why people come. And it's exquisite. The chandeliers. The yellow submarine aquarium. The amazing shelves of exceptional liquor choices. It's all there. I would easily comeback just to be in that space. Food time. The Prime Steak Tartare is a must order if you enjoy beef tartare. It had a nice Asian twist, you could certainly taste the quality in the beef, and those handmade crostinis were delicious on their own. The Crispy Rock Shrimp was simple and good. It didn't blow our minds but it didn't disappoint either. I kind of have a proclivity to things tasting or smelling fishy (which my wife thinks is insane) and this had some fishy undertones to it for me. The sides, I just couldn't wrap my head around in terms of price. For 15 bucks a side of Brussels, especially when it's is a house specialty, I'm expecting it to be unique or interesting. I've definitely had more unique and interesting Brussels at a gastro pub. The Macaroni Casserole, now there's a stunner. I'll come back just for that. Most of my bites were tough with lots of gristle. Flavor was good. It was cooked correctly. Tough to eat and at that price, I wished I ordered the high A grade Wagyu special. Last, we got dessert. We never get dessert but it was my birthday. Not complaining that it wasn't comp'd but dang we just dropped over 4 bills for a dinner for two. Comp a birthday dessert, ya know. Town Hearth was a big win! My date and I went on a Wednesday evening, and OpenTable showed wide-open availability in 15-minute increments. I booked a 7:30 reservation expecting a quiet night... but I couldn't have been more wrong. We walked into a completely packed restaurant--every table full, every corner buzzing. The vibe was eclectic and memorable, with a giant fish tank in one corner and a Ducati motorcycle in another. In between were rich red leather booths and a sharp, knowledgeable bar team turning out excellent cocktails. The service was outstanding. Hailey took great care of us and made excellent and confident recommendations that were spot-on across the board. This was one of my best restaurant experiences of 2026. A MUST go-to steakhouse in Dallas! The atmosphere is eclectic and cozy. I've been here before with my family, but it's been a couple of years. However, my husband has never been, so we decided to come here for our anniversary recently. The waitstaff is superb, and practically anticipate your wants and needs, so service was efficient, but not rushed! Our food was ALL delicious, I would reorder everything. I highly recommend the lobster bisque with an order of the garlic bread as a starter. Both of our steaks were perfectly cooked and the sides and sauces were solid. You know I am a steak girlie. So while in Texas I landed at Town Hearth. I walked in and wondered if I was in the right place because I noticed I didn't see anyone that looked like me, only the workers. None the less I stayed and I am so glad I did. The servers were very nice and the very handsome General Manager came to our table to chatted us up and even added a side of Brussels free of charge to our meal and told us he would comp our dessert but we were so stuff we couldn't accept anything else. The octopus was delicious with the right amount of spiciness. The sides were EVERYTHING!!! Brussels 10/10 BLT Mac and cheese 20/10 my steak was the best I've had thus far. Ribeye but clearly a premier cut because it did not have tons of fat. The drinks were made to perfection. Did I mention the GM came to our table a few times to make sure we were ok? Lovely first visit to Town Hearth! Brandy was our server, and she was amazing at her recommendations and with her service! We came on a Monday night for a work dinner. Our table got an array of different cocktails to start, and everyone loved their choices! I had their devil's haircut, and my god it was one of the best old fashioned I've had in my life! For apps, we got bread, tot oscar, and caesar salad. It was all ok. Herman introduced himself and took my drink order. Then he came back and we talked through the menu options. He asked about what I like and guided me to the most fantastic cod dish. It's a massive portion and was far more than I could eat... but it really was quite delicious. I also had the bacon appetizer and a side of brussels sprouts. Both were perfection. The brussels were to die for. Really... don't skip those! If you want something extra incredible, eat the brussels sprouts WITH the bacon. Holy moly. As the night went on, several other members of the staff stopped by to check on me and each made a small bit of conversation. Every single person made me feel so welcome. Our waiting was attentive and did a great job checking on us. As for food, it was on the pricier side but all portions were shareable. The menu was a little limited on protein options. My husband and his friend split one of the larger steaks and said it was pretty good and enjoyed the charcoal flavoring. I got the cod which was delicious and a huge portion but it was pretty pricey. Really delicious place! We came here for a 'Christmas Eve' dinner (a few days before Christmas Eve) to celebrate, and had the best time. The bacon was great, a little on the chewier side but great flavor. Everyone's fav was the shrimp! For our main course, I got the filet mignon and the cacio e Pepe to share with my sister. The filet was perfectly cooked and so good! The cacio e Pepe had an excellent flavor, less creamy than I'm used to with the dish but great. Really thick and delicious noodles too! My brother in law got the wagyu which was delicious, some of the best steak I've had. And made in ennis! My mom got the burger which was delicous as well. For the sides, we got the mashed potatoes, the macorani casserole, the elote, and the Brussel sprouts. All were great! The Brussel sprouts and macaroni were our fav. The Brussel sprouts were perfectly crisp with a great mustard sauce on them, very different and creative. The macaroni was also a lighter cheese that was amazing! For dessert, we got the Elvis Neapolitan, the mud pie, and the red velvet cake. Our favs were the mud pie and the red velvet cake. The cake was so much lighter than a typical red velvet which was great. The mud pie had a wonderful flavor as well and wasn't too rich. The Elvis neopolitan was good, but not my fav of the three.
