She provided an excellent overview of the menu and provided recommendations (if you ever come try to sit in her section)! I started out with the Endless Pit of Desire and this was a delicious drink - made perfectly! I love Buffalo Trace so on my next trip, I'll have to try a drink with that. We ordered appetizers of Caviar Bites (x2) and Whipped Ricotta. Then we ate the Ricotta Gnudi - I enjoyed the duck/duck skin in the pasta but wish the carrots were cooked a little bit more - dipping the pasta in their crunchy bread made the dish better! My main included - Prawn Scampi - and I enjoyed it. The prawn was cooked good and the noodles were settled nicely in the sauce. My only complaint would be the saltiness of the dish. The Bone Marrow fries, as a side, is a nice touch! We did enjoy the fries as the marrow added very tasty notes! We ended with some desserts - flan and zucchini cake - I enjoyed the flan but the zucchini cake was different but enjoyable. Overall, this was an amazing place and we had a good time. The food was amazing, but we had such a negative experience we won't be going back. Waited over an hour for our food, silverware was dirty, waiter forgot drink orders, and to end the night, they brought out drinks in flute glasses for us all. I'm pregnant, asked what the drink was, and the waiter told me it was non -alcoholic. My friend across the table asked what kind of wine it was and the waiter said prosecco. On to eats -- I am an absolute fan girl for a good wedge salad. This one hits all the notes. Cold, crisp, crunchy, with all the right accoutrements. Be still, my beating heart. For our main, my lover and I split the pork chop. This was an absolute beauty. So perfectly cooked and displayed in such a lovely way, begging to be devoured. Double cut, double delish. The charred Brussels sprouts were a lovely accompaniment. And...after reading all about them, we got the bone marrow fries. It feels like a bit of misnomer to call them that. The fries are undoubtedly tasty. And the spectacle of a person using a torch to melt what is most likely an herb butter that has been placed into a bone onto fries is fun and unique, but it isn't just marrow being melted with a torch onto fries. I really liked this place! Valet is fast and efficient, service is excellent and very pleasant! Ambience works for date night or girls/friends dinner but is more on romantic side. We tried couple of appetizers: caviar bites and whipped cream ricotta and both were good, we also had a pasta with duck which was okay, when you order French fries as a side they burn bone marrow on top which creates an experience and adds tasty notes to the French fries, I ordered filet and it was cooked as I asked. Steak was good. Appetizer presentation was a highlight of the meal. Oyster were missing basic dressings like lemons and salt. Service would disappointing at best. We rarely received refills and want to order more bar drinks but couldn't find anyone to order from. Whose dumb idea was it to open the window blinds in a dark restaurant? The host and waitress (Stephanie) were so nice and automatically took that into consideration even though we never even asked. The service was fantastic! When you enter there are eye painting everywhere which is kind of cool. Lights are dim and they have designated seating at the bar and bar adjacent. Larger tables throughout the venue for bigger parties. I really thought the atmosphere was chic. The drinks were by far my favorite. Try the one with Mezcal! Delicious. The food was OK. Perhaps that was my fault since it is branded as a steakhouse and I ordered the Cacio e Pepe and hamachi. Next visit I will try the steak. What an incredible night of dining for us a this gem of an Italian steakhouse. We chose to sit at the bar which wound up being a great decision because the insight we got from the bartenders on the food was insane. We started with the bread and beef tallow candle. It's actually candle that melts and you dip the bread in to soak up the rich flavor. We got oysters, which were solid. The Italian onion soup was packed with flavor and just delicious, definitely a must try. We also had the caviar, twice! We were able to get it on tiny baked potatoes! The brisket ravioli is something I have yet to see at any other resturant, and it didn't disappoint. The hand made fresh rigatoni was also a star dish. I easily could have had multiple dishes of both. The Texas wagyu ribeye was unreal. I've had plenty of ribeye before but this steak just crushed it!! Came here on a Saturday for a date night and overall had a pretty good experience. It was a little empty when we arrived at 6:45 pm and I was easily able to push my reservation back by 15 minutes which worried me a bit, however the crowd picked up closer to 7 pm. For appetizer we started with 1/2 dozen oysters and the lobster arancini. The oysters were great and nice and fresh. Loved the lobster arancini and was happy with the amount of lobster meat! For entrees we ordered a Filet Mignon, Rigatoni Carbonara, Brussel Sprouts and Bone Marrow Fries. The filet was good but a bit salty. The rigatoni was also good but it was definitely lacking on the pancetta flavor and just a few too many peas. The Brussel sprouts were also good but it had something that made it entirely too creamy which made the dish a bit heavy which kind of defeats the purpose of having a vegetable. The bone marrow fries were the high list of the meal - SO GOOD. For dessert I was disappointed they only had two options. We got the dark chocolate creme brûlée and it was just average -- dark chocolate and custard just don't go together. All in all we had a good experience, but not a GREAT experience. read more

I had my heart set on dining at The Saint but our experience turned out to unfortunately be bittersweet. Our waitress was absent quite a bit, meanwhile, the waiter at the next table was constantly present and had high energy; we found ourself wishing we could trade waiters by the middle of dinner. The food was okay, but the long waits in between courses turned our anticipation at times into being uncomfortable. Sadly, it took so long to get the sides of our dinner, we sent items back because they were cold. We had the rolls, a Caesar and a mixed green salads, the mushroom risotto, brussel sprouts, a ribeye and scallops. Yukon gold potatoes with roasted garlic and crispy onions was amazing. I was super excited for the white asparagus, the top 2/3 cooked al dente. The bottom 1/3 was very fibery. The manager came by to check and I let him know to inform the chef, hopefully they change up prep based on the quality of the ingredients. Saturday night we're in the neighborhood for a Flamenco event. Looking for a place nearby and came across this. Pricy for a spur-of-the-moment dinner, but the night was magical up to that point, so why not dive into the deep end and see what happens? I can report that it was mostly positive! First, I checked online and it seems we could get a reservation in the bar, lounge or main dining room within 15 minutes. Knowing that, I decided to just drive over and do a walk in, as I had no clue where I would want to sit. We valet parked, walked in and were greeting by a nice hostess who pointed out the various spaces and said we could have our pick. Nothing happening in the lounge, bar was of course bar seating (high chairs) so we went for main dining room and were placed at a two top near the back of the house. Not great as all I could see was the back wall, but there wasn't much to look at people-wise as it was a very light Saturday night for 8:30. As for ambiance, it's dark, dark walls, floor, ceiling... very much a 40's speakeasy feel. I loved it. Our hostess turned out to be our waitress, which was good as she was personable, and knew about a few things on the menu, to help guide us. It was late so we decided we would just do some shared plates. Started with whipped ricotta served with some hot honey drizzled over it and pepper flakes. Toasted bread was perfect. This dish was 5 I had a half dozen gulf oysters. Mississippi I think she said. They were tasty- I prefer gulf oysters for their full flavor- but they were very small. Served with some interesting "sauce"- rose mignonette... which is generally made with finely minced shallots, cracked black pepper, and vinegar, often red or white wine vinegar or champagne vinegar. I know this is the stuff of high end dining, but I would have preferred a red cocktail sauce with a bit too much horseradish. When it comes to oysters I'm traditional that way. And while Pappadeaux generally offers both with their oysters, I tend to skip the fancy stuff, and either have them raw by sliding them into my mouth, with the juice, directly from the shell, or dunking in that overly hot cocktail sauce. I'm going 3 here. Maybe it's just me. Probably. Next up was the Gorgonzola Tortellini. I'm not going into detail here. I'm just giving it 5 and saying don't miss this! It was the highlight of our meal. Amazing! One to the entree: Pan Seared Diver Scallops. 4 scallops as I recall. Creamy mascarpone polenta, Wagyu bacon jam. I'm quite mixed on this dish. I love real scallops. But even if these were real, it was had to tell as they were very small cubes, and chewy. The bacon jam was a nice touch. The best thing about this dish was the "garnish" they called mascarpone polenta. It was 3 clumps of arugula with seemingly thin crunchy strips of parmesan on a bed of mascarpone. I would love to have a full salad of that! It was delicious. The scallops themselves just were underwhelming. Especially at $38. 3 As a side we had the Mac and cheese. We were warned about its sharpness. After the Gorgonzola tortellini it seems fairly ordinary. Not sharp at all. And we were sold on it because we love sharp aged cheese. If it's for crystals forming, I want it! I'm going to say skip this and try something else. 2 For desert, a wonder chocolate pana cotta. If it were not so chilled I might go higher than 4 In summation, there is a lot I like here. I suspect if I lived in the area I'd want to find my groove with this menu as I bet some of our poor choices could be replaced with better choices. After tip we were just north of $200.00. And remember we had one entree. I should mention the valet just handed us our key and didn't even bother to point out our car. Which was close by, but seriously, bring up the car, ope the door for the lady, and I've got a nice tip for you. Just hand me my keys and continue your convo with the other guy standing there? Their drinks taste almost multidimensional because they incorporate your sense of smell first flavor second flavors and after taste. They take so much pride in their work and speaking of pride in your work so do the chefs. The chefs are eager to receive feedback on their dishes, so I wonder if they improve their dishes overtime. I was just so impressed that when the staff asked how you enjoyed your meal, they literally want to know how you felt about it. Speaking of staff once again they are so attentive and so friendly. They even comped us for an appetizer we didn't like. Your drinks will be readily refilled, table cleaned in between courses, etc, etc. the entire staff works hard. We were trying to decide where to host my daughters 30th and without a doubt it didn't disappoint, as all parties were please with food, service and thr ambiance. When we arrived we were greeted with a SMILE by Courtney and was then seated immediately at a table that we requested. To top it off we were greeted personally by the Manager and then our dinner request was taken by Salom, ( apologies if I misspelled the name) either an upbeat personality that cannot be praised enough!! I've had this spot on my list for a while and finally visited last night. Inside was dark. I liked all the booths. Our waitress was great. She was very friendly and not pushy. Gave us time to talk. The carbonara was lick the plate good. But, I did have some issues. Drinks were incredibly expensive. The salad was over dressed, good dressing but too much. My friend found her food too salty. We ate here tonight for Jamie's bday, and had a lovely time: Ambiance: Big open dark space with medium loud contemporary music, edgy modernist art, and temps a few degrees chillier than we would prefer on a coldish December evening. Service: Buddy at the bar and several other people took good care of us, just the right balance of attentive and giving us space. Food: Excellent! We had arancini, prime ribeye, prime filet, and brussel sprouts, and all were outstanding, prepared just as we ordered. Amazing experience! Upon walking in I was already greeted with a welcoming smile and warm greeting! I will say prior the parking is on the left side of the hotel and valet but it is complementary. The cocktail menu was amazing with various choices. I asked the bartender to make me something strong but sweet at the same time. For an appetizer we choose the cheesy asparagus, and Mac n cheese! The ravioli and wagyu steak were amazing and delicious! The ambiance was very dark and gothic but with a romantic feel. Super date night vibes! I give this place a 8.5/10! read more

Beautiful restaurant, great for special occasions or date night. I came here for a birthday dinner and we received complimentary champagne to toast the birthday girl. The waitress was all friendly and helpful. We waited quite a while to get our food and I think it was alright. Expensive for the taste it was giving. Portions are also small. For the vibes more than the food. We got the gnocchi bolognese and there were probably only 6 gnocchi, which was disappointing for the price and portion. The wagu bavette had rich flavor but did not stand out much to me. 7/10 read more

The ambiance in here is perfect for a date night or intimate dinner. I had the perfect date night here. We ordered margaritas, one blood orange one. Both were delicious. For an appetizer we started with the fried lobster dish, which was a 10/10. They also brought out a complimentary Cesar salad which was also an easy 10/10. For our meal we ordered a steak (can't remember which one) and a side of papas frittas and the Gorgonzola tortellini pasta which was very good. The pasta is served appetizer style so it's def a small portion. Lastly, the service was just ehh. It took a while for our drinks to be ordered and throughout our meal everything was very slow.
