If you have important mail I do not recommend this location. They lost a few mail items putting at least 2 in the incorrect mailbox. One was an apartment application that had to be submitted promptly so I got it too late. Another was a lost check that took me a month to get another check issued to me. Problems with forwarding the address are the main reason for the 1 star, though. I got so many stories from them about how the post office is so-o-o horrible to them and makes it difficult to forward your mail there, but they are the ones who gave the false info about how to list the address with the post office. Then when I quit the box I gave them the forwarding address and they refused to forward the mail, but said I can come in and pick it up for 6 months after I've canceled the box. They say it's the post office that forwards it, but the post office said they legally can't and offered proof that the UPS Store is the one who is supposed to be doing the forwarding for 6 months, and said they are legally required to. It has been a huge headache trying to manage mail sent to that box. read more

I was quite pleased to discover that the UPS Store has extended holiday hours (meaning they are open for a few hours on Sundays during December!). I visited the store on a Sunday afternoon to get a shipping quote for some items I was listing on eBay. The stock of this store isn't as robust as some of the other UPS Stores I have seen, but the employee who helped me was courteous and helpful. I will definitely be returning here to ship a lot of my eBay sales! read more

Can't say enough how much I love the staff here. They are literally the nicest people I've ever met, they know me by name and my box number. Every time I come in they basically have my mail waiting for me and if there's ever an issue they resolve it immediately. Very secure place to have your mailbox at. I've been going here ten years and they have never misplaced one piece of mail of mine, and I do LOTS of online shopping. That says a lot. I never have to worry if my mail is damaged or looked through or stolen. They make my life so much easier. read more

He made sure that he got the correct address for my documents that I was shipping internationally because the address was very confusing and was super informative to when it was expected to arrive, even calling me again to make sure he got the right expecting date relayed back to me. read more

First off, this is the second time I have had a bad experience at this UPS. I thought that I should give it a second chance but I wish I didn't. I went in to print a presentation paper and get it bound. I had a previous price quote and they said on the phone that could do it no problem. When I got there, the first employee I interacted with was very helpful and did her best in figuring out why the printer was not printing the way I wanted, double sided. When the manager took over is when the experience took a downhill turn. First, she was quiet and unfriendly, and also seemed annoyed that me and my teammates were so particular in how this needed to be done: 100 pages. Double sided. Color printed. Bound. Shouldn't be so difficult. She kept printing off "sample pages" to make sure it was doing the right thing before we printed the whole paper. After almost 2 hours, it was evident that it was not going to happen. My team and I decided to leave because it was wasting our time, then, the manager has the audacity to charge us. 1. For the time we spent using their computer. 2. 150 pages of wasted prints. Not one of which are useable and all went straight to the recycling. Never go to UPS for their printing services. I am overwhelmed with their lack of professionalism. If you are ignorant about your own services, don't charge me for prints that you "test out". I send a lot of overseas packages at this UPS store. They have always been super courteous and friendly. While I usually interact with the Manager, a few weekas ago I had the pleasure of working with Jessica. She was amazing and promptly took care of everything I needed from sending 2 APO packages and one to Japan. The specific "glitter box" sent to a friend in Kuwait was especially taken care of. She helped me pull address and fill out paperwork while quoting me prices and getting the best rates. This is my first ever Yelp review, and I signed up specifically to leave this review. I am a fellow UPS Store franchisee and was extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received. There was no greeting upon entering the store and after introducing myself as a fellow UPS Store owner and asking to ship my suitcase back to my store in New Jersey using my shipper number the clerk said "NO". I asked for a courtesy as I was also an MCO owner and she exclaimed " I don't even know how!" I offered to show her how to bill to a third party and she explained that unless it's a corporate account she can't. I asked her to call the owner and she refused saying she could only text him. A second employee came in and gave me the same answer. As an owner my employees know that if I'm not in the store they can call me at any time. I am embarrassed for this owner for the employees that he has and the way he is conducting his business. This reflects poorly on all of us who own UPS Stores. read more

Don't ever go here. I had a package held here. When I went to pick it up the lady told me it wasn't there. She didn't even go look for it. She just told me that if it wasn't in a certain place it wasnt there. I had to ask her to go look for it. She acted like it was a hassle. I told her I had an email saying it was there. Then a man who I think was the manager comes over and asks for the email. I showed it to him and he said oh well we're just a franchise but your package isn't here. If it isn't in that spot it isn't here. I had to just sit there and tell him he needs to call somewhere. He called and said oh yea your package is supposed to be here but it's not. I'll have to talk to the driver. Both of these people were extremely rude. So I went home and called the UPS number and got a man on the phone and he said someone signed for it there. He called them for me and THE PACKAGE WAS THERE THE WHOLE TIME JUST IN A DIFFERENT SPOT. I can't believe the low level of customer service here. If I could give it 0 stars I would. read more

I had the worst experience at this store today. I was shocked and embarrassed by the service I received. The lady behind the counter was so rude I was shocked. If someone in management is looking through these responses I would like a response back. I go to this UPS store quite a bit and have always received excellent service. This is the first time this employee has helped me and she was awful. I came to UPS today to ship my passport renewal form but come to find out UPS doesn't ship to PO Box. So I asked her for other options and her response was priority mail but 'get off my counter and fill it out on the counter behind you'. I said ok but can you please explain to the difference between priority and registered mail? This is my passport and I want to be sure I get some sort of confirmation. Her response was 'I don't know, I'm not the post office...get off my counter and fill out over there'. I was so upset and walked out. As I walked out I overheard her say to her coworker, 'I don't care, she was rude to me too'. Then turned around to me and said 'I don't care you're rude'. I just waked out and said unbelievable. I'm so upset I'm shaking right now as I'm typing this comment. Needless to say, I ended up going to fedexp and they helped me kindly and politely with my shipping needs. I can't say never but I will say I won't return to a UPS store anytime soon. No person deserves to be treated this way. I'm truly embarrassed and very upset by this employees' behavior.
