Had to use this location today to drop off an Amazon return (be sure to pkg yourself - I thought they did it for you). Anyhow, I was greeted right away and the gentleman behind the counter was very kind and helpful. Id definitely return to this location read more

5 starts for Samantha!! She was so kind and helpful!! Would highly recommend anyone in the area visit this location read more

Fast service. Accurate service. Very professional. Clean environment. I will come back again.

This UPS store is situated in the same parking lot as Luckys and Chase. There is ample parking, however, it can get crowded. I visit this location often to drop off packages because of its location and parking. Recently, I needed a document notarized and UPS made the process so easy. read more

Received a partial refund check from UPS today. They refunded most of the charges. Told credit card company what happened, asked them to drop the dispute, will put the remaining charge back on credit card bill. Just letting it go, not worth my time and aggravation. When the Post Office didn't deliver on time got a full refund, guess UPS operates differently. Please note I never heard a word from the store or from UPS prior to receiving the refund check. Next time - the Post Office or FedEx. read more

They are always so helpful, I don't mind paying a little more than I would at the post office because I know I can depend on them and it will be delivered correctly read more

This UPS store is has been a lifesaver for me when I need to print documents and don't have access to a printer. You can bring in a flashdrive and print. Easy peasy. Recently I need to print some documents quickly and I did exactly just that! 33 cents. Yeah! Quick and fast and efficient service here which adds to up to being my go to office store in the area. Snap! Nothing more to add to this review. Happy Yelping. read more

I've known the folks at this UPS store for a while but also choose to go here because they are efficient and professional.

Back of UPS store blocking the road for too long, Indian driver came out just to see who is honking then went back inside to continue chitcahtting, cars behind me wanting to go through but this truck didn't move at all while the lady saw it too and did not do nothing. read more

The UPS Store - Really? Blocking the road at back for long hours? Have to donate stuff at goodwill ! The Indian driver came out only to see. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Marina, California

I use a lot of UPS stores. Let me tell you. I had to get something sent off that to be honest I just kept forgetting about. I mean who really remembers with everything going on that you meant to send that 1 box like 3 weeks ago...I digress. Can I say too how clean the store is... you ever walk in and there are scraps of paper and people just standing around like is this how you kill time?! Anyway all that to say we spoke with the owner Joe and he was so sweet. His cashier even sweeter. Made the transaction easy and pleasant and this will be my main shipping spot moving forward. Thank you for excellent service!!!! My mom says thank you too! read more

This place is a life saver! Always reliable, thorough, customer friendly, and quick! Could not ask for a better place !

Joe was very helpful and accommodating!! Thank you, Joe!! Keep up the great work! Thank goodness they are open during covid times. Joe was knowledgeable too. read more

I have had excellent service with this store. I find each employee to go out of their way to help. The new owners have turned this store around. Thank you! Maria L. read more

Worst service ever! Tried to get a few documents notarized . The guy (Joe) was rude and refused to do it because he's not knowledgeable about names, affidavits or California law . We will not even use this store for any shipping purpose because of the extreme rudeness and lack of knowledge by the so-called notary, Joe, who works there. From reading other posts, others have noticed this rude personality as well. If I could leave a zero, I would. Other notary at bank said they have heard this as well. Thankfully I was able to find a nice , knowledgeable notary public at the bank across the street who knew exactly what she was doing and much more experienced. read more

I had such a positive experience visiting this location with my daughter. She needed to print a brochure for one of her class assignments. We had difficulty figuring out how to print a trifold design using the right margins on pdf. The gentleman and his daughter (I assume I heard her calling him dad) were extremely patient and helpful, making this what really seemed to be an impossible thing. They value their customers and seem to be genuinely enjoying their work. I highly recommend this location. read more

I do not have good luck with the UPS stores in my hometown but I LOVE this store. Today the owner and his employee were so nice! They were friendly and gave service with a smile! I will definitely stop by in the future. Thank you! read more

I have used this location for UPS "hold my package at a UPS facility," sending packages, and notary services-all have been handled extremely well. The owner/manager of this store is super! Very helpful, providing options/suggestions to help my packages arrive at the best cost point for me. They've all just been really great, I appreciate their customer service, very willing to help. As an aside, the store itself is also always VERY clean, organized, and just all around well maintained, which I value. Even the writing stations always have fresh pens (plenty of ink), the trash is always cleared, it really makes a difference! read more

Employees are nice, fast and they know their job. I went to the store to ship items and notary services. Will I go there again? YES!

We have used this location to ship packages a number of times, and always found the employees, helpful and friendly.

I love how they never have lines! I'm able to run in and out within five mins. I have had a positive experience every time. Thanks!

They are not helpul.costumers Service sacks.they dont explain what you need to know .not friendly too

I don't really care about customer service at a ups store but to not be able to just leave prepaid packages is ridiculous. It's the whole point, to not wait in lines. They won't let you leave them they make you wait read more

I have used the UPS Store in Marina, Ca. for many years for almost all of their services. Their customer service is bar none. It's like it is suppose to be. I always feel like I have traveled back in time when I am in this store. They always go over and above to help in any way they can. They treat me like family. I only wish all companies would be run this way like they use to. Kudos to all who work here. You are truly doing an outstanding job! read more

Notary woman would not even look at my supporting documents to notarize my employment documents. Even rude about it. Ups store seaside did it without question. Up yours Marina In response to the response below. If seaside was able to do it why couldn't marina. I'm sure you have the same rules at all your ups stores read more

Do not get passport pictures here. The photos were taken incorrectly and were so blurry that they were not accepted for passports. I tried to take them back for a refund and they stated that there are no refunds, even though they took them incorrectly. I had to retake the photos at the post office and needed up paying twice-- because the business ethics of this place is non existent. Don't waste your time coming here for anything-- just go to the post office, where there is some sort of standard of customer service. read more

My family and I have been using this store for years. The service is great and the store is clean. I think its been family owned for years so I enjoy the nice service. read more

Best Ups store on the Monterey Peninsula. Joe and his crew are knowledgeable and helpful and always go above and beyond to provide great customer service. Highly recommended, read more

I read the reviews before I came here and I do not know why there are so many bad reviews. I just did a drop off here and am writing this as I am walking out because of the exceptional service I was given. Nothing but professionalism from the whole staff. They actually take the time to help you weigh out each box and give you a receipt by default, which I cant say the same for other UPS stores. This is my new go to UPS store! read more

Customer service was excellent! As I set my two plastic bags full of textbooks on the ground, the young lady behind the counter was happy to help me find the right size box for each shipment. Not only that she assisted me in figuring out which pre-paid shipping label belonged to which textbooks. Thank you! I had to go back to my truck for another box, the place filled up quick with customers but the employees were nothing but respectful, patient, and attentive to all customers in the store. I will definitely come back to this UPS location for my shipping needs. read more

Consistently unpleasant customer service experience. If this weren't the nearest location to me, I would NEVER go here. I am not sure if this guy owns the place and that is why he feels so free to be rude or if he's just the worst customer service employee. I would not continue to employ this type of person at my establishment. I am a generally upbeat person who has past experience working in customer service and hospitality, so I am very mindful of being polite, respectful, and courteous. This place has the necessary services but do not expect a friendly professional experience here. read more

I had one experience that was pleasant and it went really fast. Today I went to return a package (a parts core) that cost Sacramento $14.88 to ship to me but this ups store wants to charge me over $130.00 to ship the exact same part and box. I'm sorry but I find something wrong with that overcharge. read more

As folks will move heaven and earth to leave a bad review but often don't post good ones, count me in with the minority. I've had a mailbox here for years, and have only great things to say about Joe and his employees. Shipping, notary, printing, whatever I've needed from them, they've delivered while being attentive and friendly. read more

I come here often for copies, faxes and to ship orders. The customer service is great and service is fast. Recently I've had finger prints and it was fast and easy. I've never had any issues with this location and plan to continue utilizing their services. read more

I have used this UPS store in the past year at least forty times for faxing, copying, notary services, supplies, and mail services and have always received the best customer service. I do not understand where these bad reviews are coming from, especially now when it feels like good customer service is a dying art form. I love this place and I will continue to use them in the future. read more

While the cost of shipping UPS is costly - this establishment really does make it painless and the customer service I have received here is totally worth the price of shipping! Today Anthony helped me make sure my package will make it where it's going In time for Christmas while giving me all the options. I was expecting a huge line since it was the Monday before Christmas but was pleasantly surprised that there were only two other people besides me and the one was just leaving! They do pack and ship here as well and are conveniently located. I use to go to a ups store near my home in Salinas but they closed and are now a fed ex place- so I go to this one because it's close to my work! The employees at this location are all friendly and I have never had any issues! They definitely get my repeat business! read more

I wish the girls who's work there a little more friendly. The owner are nice but the employees need to learn how to be a great customer services!!!!!! :-((( read more

Joe has the dryest, most unappealing customer service personality I've ever encountered. Talk about someone hating their job and not hesitating to let everyone know. Chelsea was very friendly, but Joe killed it for everyone in the store including her. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely won't be back to this location anytime soon. read more

I needed a Live Scan for a position I'm starting next month. I went into the UPS Marina store and proceeded to be treated well, the staff was extremely friendly, and I left feeling very happy. Patty took great care of me and was professional and courteous. Thank you! read more

This is the worst UPS Store I've ever been in. I just moved to Marina from Los Angeles, I grew up here in the 70's and I hadn't encountered such rude, could care less about you kind of people until I stepped into this UPS location for the second time to have something notarized. The two men working at this location are rude and not helpful. I was nice and friendly toward them, but they seemed to almost take pleasure in being rude to me. I go out of my way now to Seaside to use a UPS Store which is much friendly and helpful. I will never ever go back to this UPS location and I will tell others to stay away. read more
