This UPS store is situated in the same parking lot as Luckys and Chase. There is ample parking, however, it can get crowded. I visit this location often to drop off packages because of its location and parking. Recently, I needed a document notarized and UPS made the process so easy. read more

This UPS store is has been a lifesaver for me when I need to print documents and don't have access to a printer. You can bring in a flashdrive and print. Easy peasy. Recently I need to print some documents quickly and I did exactly just that! 33 cents. Yeah! Quick and fast and efficient service here which adds to up to being my go to office store in the area. I use a lot of UPS stores. Let me tell you. I had to get something sent off that to be honest I just kept forgetting about. I mean who really remembers with everything going on that you meant to send that 1 box like 3 weeks ago...I digress. Can I say too how clean the store is... you ever walk in and there are scraps of paper and people just standing around like is this how you kill time?! Anyway all that to say we spoke with the owner Joe and he was so sweet. His cashier even sweeter. Made the transaction easy and pleasant and this will be my main shipping spot moving forward. I had such a positive experience visiting this location with my daughter. She needed to print a brochure for one of her class assignments. We had difficulty figuring out how to print a trifold design using the right margins on pdf. The gentleman and his daughter (I assume I heard her calling him dad) were extremely patient and helpful, making this what really seemed to be an impossible thing. They value their customers and seem to be genuinely enjoying their work. I highly recommend this location. read more

Worst service ever! Tried to get a few documents notarized . The guy (Joe) was rude and refused to do it because he's not knowledgeable about names, affidavits or California law . We will not even use this store for any shipping purpose because of the extreme rudeness and lack of knowledge by the so-called notary, Joe, who works there. From reading other posts, others have noticed this rude personality as well. If I could leave a zero, I would. Other notary at bank said they have heard this as well. Thankfully I was able to find a nice , knowledgeable notary public at the bank across the street who knew exactly what she was doing and much more experienced. read more

I have used this location for UPS "hold my package at a UPS facility," sending packages, and notary services-all have been handled extremely well. The owner/manager of this store is super! Very helpful, providing options/suggestions to help my packages arrive at the best cost point for me. They've all just been really great, I appreciate their customer service, very willing to help. As an aside, the store itself is also always VERY clean, organized, and just all around well maintained, which I value. Even the writing stations always have fresh pens (plenty of ink), the trash is always cleared, it really makes a difference! read more

I have used the UPS Store in Marina, Ca. for many years for almost all of their services. Their customer service is bar none. It's like it is suppose to be. I always feel like I have traveled back in time when I am in this store. They always go over and above to help in any way they can. They treat me like family. Do not get passport pictures here. The photos were taken incorrectly and were so blurry that they were not accepted for passports. I tried to take them back for a refund and they stated that there are no refunds, even though they took them incorrectly. I had to retake the photos at the post office and needed up paying twice-- because the business ethics of this place is non existent. Don't waste your time coming here for anything-- just go to the post office, where there is some sort of standard of customer service. read more

I just did a drop off here and am writing this as I am walking out because of the exceptional service I was given. Nothing but professionalism from the whole staff. Consistently unpleasant customer service experience. If this weren't the nearest location to me, I would NEVER go here. I am not sure if this guy owns the place and that is why he feels so free to be rude or if he's just the worst customer service employee. I would not continue to employ this type of person at my establishment. Customer service was excellent! As I set my two plastic bags full of textbooks on the ground, the young lady behind the counter was happy to help me find the right size box for each shipment. Not only that she assisted me in figuring out which pre-paid shipping label belonged to which textbooks. Thank you! I had to go back to my truck for another box, the place filled up quick with customers but the employees were nothing but respectful, patient, and attentive to all customers in the store. While the cost of shipping UPS is costly - this establishment really does make it painless and the customer service I have received here is totally worth the price of shipping! Today Anthony helped me make sure my package will make it where it's going In time for Christmas while giving me all the options. I was expecting a huge line since it was the Monday before Christmas but was pleasantly surprised that there were only two other people besides me and the one was just leaving! They do pack and ship here as well and are conveniently located. I use to go to a ups store near my home in Salinas but they closed and are now a fed ex place- so I go to this one because it's close to my work! I had one experience that was pleasant and it went really fast. Today I went to return a package (a parts core) that cost Sacramento $14.88 to ship to me but this ups store wants to charge me over $130.00 to ship the exact same part and box. This is the worst UPS Store I've ever been in. I just moved to Marina from Los Angeles, I grew up here in the 70's and I hadn't encountered such rude, could care less about you kind of people until I stepped into this UPS location for the second time to have something notarized. The two men working at this location are rude and not helpful. I was nice and friendly toward them, but they seemed to almost take pleasure in being rude to me. I go out of my way now to Seaside to use a UPS Store which is much friendly and helpful. I will never ever go back to this UPS location and I will tell others to stay away. read more
