I kept my review up because I feel it is appropriate to tell the public that the dry cleaning is amazing, but the alternations are poor. I received a call today from the owner asking me to take down my review because it was misleading. I was stunned. Original review - I'm leaving three stars because the dry cleaning is great. The reason I am writing this review is to warn people to not take alterations here. I thought this would be a one stop shop, but they completely ruined my satin skirt. I took it in with the request of a small hole repair, and the person who did the sewing completely ruined it. I am attaching photos of the before and after. I intend to talk to the owner this evening to see what they can do. I truly cannot believe how bad it turned out. I could have done a better job myself.

Also, it's same day cleaning The good? For the price, they do a solid job of dry cleaning. If your clothes aren't how you want them when you pick them up, they'll do a "do-over" with no fuss. Granted, the fact that you'll have to come back is annoying, but I really don't expect perfection when I'm paying between 50-75% less than I would elsewhere. Also, at least in my case, they've never damaged any of my clothes. Other places have, but not them. The not-so-good: They kinda try to push you out of the door when you pick up your clothes. Don't let it happen. Make sure your clothes are well done. Also, it almost always smells in there. One last note: I've had my cleaning done at more expensive places, and I do notice the difference. If you want your delicate silk blouse to look immaculate, your skirt to have exact pleating or your 3k dress to look perfect, you should know better than to bring it here. For me, this is a place to bring shirts, slacks, blazers, party dresses (e.g., from Bebe), and winter coats.
