Not only was the shirt completed ahead of schedule, but the owner personally called me as soon as it was ready for pickup. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. The cleaning was done perfectly, and the entire process was quick and stress-free. Review for Alterations Services: I've brought in several clothing items for alterations, and the owner has never disappointed. The work is always done correctly, completed quickly, and ready by or before the promised date. What I appreciate most is that if an adjustment is needed after I try something on, she is happy to make changes without any hassle and truly wants her customers to be happy with the final result. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality keep me coming back.

I picked up my jersey approximately 6 days after the drop off only to find it was completely ruined. The numbers on the front and the back of the jersey looks like it has blue dye all over them and then ironed in. The jersey is completely ruined and I can never wear it again. Her only response to me was..." if it was so sentimental why did you bring it here?"...DUH!! BECAUSE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE A PROFESSIONAL DRY CLEANER!!! She had no empathy and offered no apology whatsoever. She was putting the blame on me for bringing it to her to dry clean. I will not come to this dry cleaners until the daughter gets back from Vietnam. She shouldn't have left her mother in charge of her business. I took a pair off pants to get them altered and I told Rose that I needed them by a certain day. Well, when I went to collect them, she said they weren't ready and to come back tomorrow. Then I went back and she told me they couldn't find them. Then she started looking everywhere for them and finally found them in a basket. Well, that basket was for clothes that hadn't been started on yet. I held my composure and asked her to please have them ready for me, because I needed them the next day. She had finally gotten them done. Then, another time I took a gown in to have it altered. Again her daughter wasn't there. So, I asked her if she could alter my gown, because I was going to be in a wedding. When I picked up my gown and tried it on at home, one side of my dress was longer than the other, but I had no time for her to fix it, because the wedding was the next day. Now today 5/10/26, I went in to see if my pants and a dress could be altered. I asked Rose if her daughter is back from her vacation and she said no. I heard the lady she was attending say that the daughter wasn't coming back to the states. So, I just said "okay thank you" and I left to look for another place to do the altering.
