Master cleaners indeed!! I brought my nearly 10 year old jacket to be cleaned. It looks brand new! It's clear they know what they are doing. The lovely woman who helped me at the desk was able to manage my expectations for my jacket just by looking at the tag. Knowing my jackets age, I just wanted it freshened up but when I picked it up it looks brand new! They were even able to accommodate a tight turn around and I was able to get it in time for Valentines Day. She got out a stain that's been there forever too! I have taken so many alterations here and am satisfied every time. The service is efficient, product is beautiful, and overall a great experience. Specifically for anyone who has a more gender neutral and/or gender bending fashion sense this has been a safe space for me, so hopefully it will be for you too. I am a 5'9" shapely hoe and have taken dresses, softball uniforms, workout gear, and even formal wear and every time she welcomes me and my business. 20/10 recommend -- she is a tad pricey, and it's totally worth it. read more

We used to go to Kings (for Dry Cleaning) for years and were so sad when they closed. It took a minute for us to try Master Cleaners, we are so thankful for them! There dry cleaning service is always impeccable. We went to Sew Sew Maria in Capitola for a long time and didn't have a reliable place for some years. My husband and I always need jeans hemmed when we buy new ones (I have a machine and can do it, but I'm scared because its old and the material is thick!) They have a little room to go put the clothing on, pin it and the turn around for alterations is always very quick. Family owned and ran. They are so darn friendly! My intention was to take my daughter's bathing suit to get it altered. The bathing suit top was too big and I wanted to have the tailor alter the straps around the body. Instead of taking the top and making money off of me, she gave me a brief tutorial on how to do it myself. WHO DOES THAT THIS DAY AND AGE? SHE WAS SOOO KIND. She could've easily made $20+ off of me instead she was kind and took 5 minutes out of her time to teach me how to fix it myself. I brought my special silk Johnny Was Tunic here for dry cleaning. When I went to pick it up the silk was pilling and the garment was ruined. The lady working accused me of dropping it off like this, which I know for certain was not true. I will never be back here. If you drop off clothing here I'd recommend taking pictures of your items before drop off for proof of condition. read more

BLUF - The best tailoring experience I've had in years. In a last ditch effort, I realized I needed to get at least one of the three new pairs of jeans I purchased hemmed. An original hem to be accurate. I jumped on my phone and searched for every place in the area and came across "Master Cleaners". Let's just say that I have trust issues with dry cleaning places that do alterations. Usually they aren't all that good at it and I give my clothes away to the less-fortunate afterwards. So I called and the lady answered the phone. We discussed what I needed and she politely but firmly said that she wouldn't be able to guarantee a pair done before the end of business (hours are 7-7). I pleaded, effectively as it appears, and she suggested for me to swing by immediately to look at what needed to be done. Long story short, she measured out all three pairs of pants and assured me that she would try to get one pair done that night and the other two the next day. I was overjoyed. That evening I did not hear back from her and figured I would call her first thing in the morning. At 7am she cheerfully informed me that she was working on my last pair and to swing by. She wasn't late...she was basically 12 hours ahead of schedule! I swung by there immediately and tried all three pairs on. The work was excellent and all three pairs had original hems. Furthermore, her husband had pressed them for me so I could wear them to work. They have won my business for as long as I live in this area. Absolutely great work, the price was 36% cheaper than the last tailor I used, and the turn-around time was 88% faster. A massive improvement and clearly shows that Master Cleaners is exactly in-line with my own expectations of service. Great owners, price, and quality. Thank you again! read more

I was extremely satisfied with the work and continue to use this service. I also had a coat collar re-faced w/ fabric I brought in. Again, an excellent job.
