This spot is fantastic for wash & fold services! Very fast same day turnaround, plus the staff is so incredibly nice - especially Biscuit!

I have been a loyal customer of this laundromat for a VERY long time, but after my recent…read moreexperience, I will not be returning. I came in with six or seven loads of laundry, so I was constantly moving between machines, loading clothes and adding detergent. I had only been there for about 20 minutes when the owner approached me in a very casual, unprofessional manner and asked if I had clothes in one of the washers. He pointed toward the front of the laundromat and said someone had pulled them out because they were "just sitting there." I told him those were my clothes and explained that I was the only person handling several loads. With only two hands, it naturally takes time to get detergent into every machine. I had already added detergent to that washer, and instead of taking a moment to ask the customers in the building if the load belonged to anyone, someone removed my clothes with the detergent still all over them. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that what happened was wrong, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, I was questioned about what time I arrived and whether I had even been inside the building. Ironically, he even admitted he had seen me when I arrived, which confirmed that I had been there the entire time. To make matters worse, I had stopped at the store beforehand and only had enough money to buy a small bag of detergent powder. That detergent was mostly wasted when my clothes were removed from the machine, and I was left with the inconvenience and expense of having to figure out what to do next. If a washer contains clothes covered in fresh detergent, the reasonable thing to do is ask the customers inside if the load belongs to anyone before removing it. Assuming it was abandoned without making any effort to verify ownership is unacceptable. I was so upset that I took my wet clothes to another laundromat to finish drying them. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I also can't help but think about how frustrating this would have been for someone who is elderly, disabled, or doesn't speak English fluently. Situations like this should be handled with much more care and consideration. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this laundromat to others.

I hope I'm reviewing the right place because it deserves a great rating…read more I wasn't familiar with Dexter machines. I'm so used to the complicated nickle and dime you and over charge you for everything speed Queen machines. So the simplicity of the these new Dexter machines went completely over my head. The attendant there showed me the controls. The only downside is that you have to remember to set the water temperature before you fully put your quarters in. Otherwise I have no other complaint about the machines. They are fantastic and I like them better than speed queen. Maybe it's how this place maintains their machines, but there was zero musty mildew dirty diaper smell at all. And my clothes came out well. I got there and unloaded several big loads just before the last wash should have been put in and at 830pm I was still feeding the washers quarters and soap. My 7 yr old was helping and quarters got stuck in one of the washers and the lady came and helped get them unstuck. She was concerned that I hadn't filled the washers with enough clothes and suggested pulling out a load to completely fill another. And I did. It worked out great. I was just concerned about overfilling and trying to hurry up because I knew they closed at 10pm. At 9pm I was still switching loads and could see I was running past 10 at this point. So the lady finished her closing routine and while I was frantically going through a dryer trying to half ass fold and shove back into a bag, she was kind and calm and patient and offered big clean bags to put them in and offered her help in folding and putting them in bags. She even put some clothes back in the dryer when they were still damp and even helped me out to my truck. I just had quarters on me and I tried to give her at least something for all her help, but she didn't take it. She just wanted to help. This place is clean. The washers are new and simple to use, don't hit you with surprise charges and most of them work great and don't smell. The dryers work well. They have vending machines - one for snacks another for beverages and another for laundry essentials. And a quarter machine if you need quarters. And customer service as mentioned is top notch- attentive and helpful. What more do you need. I'm not a fan of the laundry cards, so I'm glad they don't have that here. But I know a lot of people are. You can make an argument either way. But for me, it's one less card I have to worry about losing, expiring, or not fully using. You have to purchase them. And if lost you have to buy it again. And lose any money left on the one you lost. And any rewards you may have gotten. Obviously I'm a little jaded and bitter about my experience. But really I just don't like to waste money like that and time when I could have just used quarters and not given a second thought. So again, I'm glad they don't do that. I'll definitely be back again. And earlier this time...

The machines are clean and modern, the staff is nice and helpful, and the experience wasn't awful. The cost of laundry is much more than I expected, as of this writing on April of 2023, the large capacity washers are $6/load, and the regular capacity are $3.50/load. The dryers can handle big loads pretty well and the will give you 6 minutes of drying for every quarter (about $1.75/load). There are lots of baskets to wheel your laundry from machine to machine or to the smallish folding tables, but the whole place is kind of cramped and getting wet clothes from one place to another is a challenge. It does beat some of the other, skivvier places in town but that's a pretty low bar.

Every time I come with out fail one machine doesn't do what I expect it to. Today for instance I did towels and some darks. The towels went into a super washer and they got clean. My darks went into a double wash and they did not. The driers are hit or miss. My towels are taking for ever even tho I split the load between 3 driers. My darks dried so fast I thought the drier was a super drier so I put some of my towels into that unit.... As I am folding my darks I smell them and they do not even smell like tide. They don't smell DIRTY but they certainly don't smell fresh and clean. This happens usually with one load every time. I can't explain it. Another thing is they are wrinkled af. In my experience clothes should not come out of the drier wrinkled... I mean I used to put wrinkled clothes in the DRIER to quickly UNWRINKLE them. So I don't know. I will try one more time next week before deciding to go some where else. Reg wash $5.25 for the smaller machines. And up if you want a better wash. $8.75 for the super washer. Drying is $0.25 for like 4-7 minutes depending on temperature. My towels have been in for going on 45 mins now I want to say. Maybe it is just me.... ‍
