Really clean and it's super easy to do laundry here ... not overly crowded .. the only thing is they don't have a lot of folding tables

I came in with six or seven loads of laundry, so I was constantly moving between machines, loading clothes and adding detergent. I had only been there for about 20 minutes when the owner approached me in a very casual, unprofessional manner and asked if I had clothes in one of the washers. He pointed toward the front of the laundromat and said someone had pulled them out because they were "just sitting there." I told him those were my clothes and explained that I was the only person handling several loads. With only two hands, it naturally takes time to get detergent into every machine. I had already added detergent to that washer, and instead of taking a moment to ask the customers in the building if the load belonged to anyone, someone removed my clothes with the detergent still all over them. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that what happened was wrong, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, I was questioned about what time I arrived and whether I had even been inside the building. Ironically, he even admitted he had seen me when I arrived, which confirmed that I had been there the entire time. To make matters worse, I had stopped at the store beforehand and only had enough money to buy a small bag of detergent powder. That detergent was mostly wasted when my clothes were removed from the machine, and I was left with the inconvenience and expense of having to figure out what to do next. If a washer contains clothes covered in fresh detergent, the reasonable thing to do is ask the customers inside if the load belongs to anyone before removing it. Assuming it was abandoned without making any effort to verify ownership is unacceptable. I was so upset that I took my wet clothes to another laundromat to finish drying them. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I also can't help but think about how frustrating this would have been for someone who is elderly, disabled, or doesn't speak English fluently. Situations like this should be handled with much more care and consideration. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this laundromat to others.

I have mixed feelings about this place. It's clean, there aren't a lot of people asking you for…read moremoney, it has 2 old school arcade games, and most of the machines work. Every time I come with out fail one machine doesn't do what I expect it to. Today for instance I did towels and some darks. The towels went into a super washer and they got clean. My darks went into a double wash and they did not. The driers are hit or miss. My towels are taking for ever even tho I split the load between 3 driers. My darks dried so fast I thought the drier was a super drier so I put some of my towels into that unit.... As I am folding my darks I smell them and they do not even smell like tide. They don't smell DIRTY but they certainly don't smell fresh and clean. This happens usually with one load every time. I can't explain it. Another thing is they are wrinkled af. In my experience clothes should not come out of the drier wrinkled... I mean I used to put wrinkled clothes in the DRIER to quickly UNWRINKLE them. So I don't know. I will try one more time next week before deciding to go some where else. Reg wash $5.25 for the smaller machines. And up if you want a better wash. $8.75 for the super washer. Drying is $0.25 for like 4-7 minutes depending on temperature. My towels have been in for going on 45 mins now I want to say. Maybe it is just me.... ‍
