I came in with six or seven loads of laundry, so I was constantly moving between machines, loading clothes and adding detergent. I had only been there for about 20 minutes when the owner approached me in a very casual, unprofessional manner and asked if I had clothes in one of the washers. He pointed toward the front of the laundromat and said someone had pulled them out because they were "just sitting there." I told him those were my clothes and explained that I was the only person handling several loads. With only two hands, it naturally takes time to get detergent into every machine. I had already added detergent to that washer, and instead of taking a moment to ask the customers in the building if the load belonged to anyone, someone removed my clothes with the detergent still all over them. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that what happened was wrong, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, I was questioned about what time I arrived and whether I had even been inside the building. Ironically, he even admitted he had seen me when I arrived, which confirmed that I had been there the entire time. To make matters worse, I had stopped at the store beforehand and only had enough money to buy a small bag of detergent powder. That detergent was mostly wasted when my clothes were removed from the machine, and I was left with the inconvenience and expense of having to figure out what to do next. If a washer contains clothes covered in fresh detergent, the reasonable thing to do is ask the customers inside if the load belongs to anyone before removing it. Assuming it was abandoned without making any effort to verify ownership is unacceptable. I was so upset that I took my wet clothes to another laundromat to finish drying them. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I also can't help but think about how frustrating this would have been for someone who is elderly, disabled, or doesn't speak English fluently. Situations like this should be handled with much more care and consideration. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this laundromat to others.

Such friendly Staff, very clean environment, and a very safe and convenient location. The modern contactless payments are great in my opinion! Also Just a short walk away from a few local coffee shops for the early birds that like to wash early :) I have recommended this laundromat to a few friends and family members and we all loved it. When I asked the employee for help, she told me I had to pay again because I had stopped the machine. I spoke to the owner, Brenda, on the phone, and she was extremely rude. She told me it was my fault for stopping it and that she 'would rather I leave.' In the end, she gave me my money back, but very reluctantly and with an unacceptable attitude. There's no sign explaining their refund policy or what to do if a machine malfunctions. If you're looking for a place with good customer service or equipment that works properly, I suggest you go somewhere else. I, for one, don't plan on returning.

Instead, they completely ruined it. Not only did they fail to clean it properly, but they actually created additional stains on the fabric and took it upon themselves to remove the original tags. I have clear before-and-after photographs documenting the pristine condition it was in before I handed it over compared to the damage they caused. When I brought this to their attention to ask for a reimbursement for the ruined item, they refused to take responsibility. I had to go out and purchase a completely new replacement dress out of my own pocket because of their negligence. Bill the owner was rude and unwilling to work anything out. Save your money and your wardrobe--take your business somewhere that actually cares about customer service and values quality care. I will not be returning.

To make matters worse, they offered a replacement that was not only of inferior quality but also six sizes too big. I understand mistakes can happen, but repeated errors like this--and the lack of accountability--make it hard for me to trust their service moving forward. The cost of laundry is much more than I expected, as of this writing on April of 2023, the large capacity washers are $6/load, and the regular capacity are $3.50/load. The dryers can handle big loads pretty well and the will give you 6 minutes of drying for every quarter (about $1.75/load). There are lots of baskets to wheel your laundry from machine to machine or to the smallish folding tables, but the whole place is kind of cramped and getting wet clothes from one place to another is a challenge. It does beat some of the other, skivvier places in town but that's a pretty low bar.
