I picked up 20 shirts that day - am I supposed to take all shirts out of the plastic and inspect them all that night and then return the ones they didn't do right? I can understand if I was a new customer but 20 years worth of business. I told them I wouldn't be coming back and taking my business elsewhere....no response. They may be the cheapest place in town but after years of being okay with shirts not properly laundered and broken buttons, I am done. Evelyn was super friendly from the start and agreed to repair and wash the blanket if I would ship it to them. They did a fantastic job of reinforcing all the binding and repairing a rip that my horse had done. They also washed it and managed to get the smell and most of the hair off.
