Daniel Hollingsworth came highly recommended from friends, and I was able to quickly pass him my expired estate/trust documents to 1) make them CA-compliant and 2) also insert my own needed updates to reflect my current estate situation. After he had a chance to review my expired estate plan, I met with Daniel; he explained the differences between my previous state's laws and CA law, the changes he recommended and the rationale for each change. I found his opinions to be very insightful and appreciated the examples and scenarios he gave me to consider for each change.
