I went back to check on the store's end and I was immediately dismissed by the clerk and told it was my problem, not theirs. All other stores in the area are kind and helpful. CSAA does ensure Uber drivers and they are actually Uber's own insurance provider. I don't know why I was told this, but I definitely was lied . I would not trust these guys.
