UPS charges more because they charge around $1.50/pound and a banker's box is around 35 pounds, which could then run someone around $54 a box. Monterey Transfer only charges around $10 a banker's box. What a difference. Also for a very small extra fee, they'll let you watch the papers being shred on their very large industrial shredding machine on site. That alone is worth going with them. On top of all of this, their office staff was very professional on the phone and very friendly and kind in person. The building and site was clean and organized. Highly recommended and I would use them exclusively in the future.

My belongings were packed into standard military shipping crates. Your staff did not put the seals on them and I reported it to the TMO. No other company would have knowledge of what was in that one box out of 8,000 lbs. Your company took my 8,000 lbs out of the military crates at an unknown time. I had the project as a pdf. Once we got the pdf. to the copymat computer, the person there worked hard at changing the format to fit the 8x8 size and produced the final result, which was beautifully trimmed to exactly 8x8. At the beginning, he had asked how many copies I wanted and I had said one, and his shoulders sank. But he still spent about 15-or 20 minutes inputting the specs, testing by printing and adjusting. When he thought it was just rignt, he gave it to me. said I said it was beautiful. As we went over to the register, I asked how much it would cost, he rang it up and said, $1.02. I said, that can't be right! He said, you're right, it was double sided. That would will be $2.03. I paid the money, and walked out to my car and then came back to him and said that I just couldn't do that and gave him a good tip.
